The best experience from a personal perspective in years.My tire blew a week ago and I was not able to make it back until 7 days later.They had no issues with my car being there and me bringing a tire I had not purchased from them.I will find out the name of the individual who may be the kindest automotive tech Ive ever met. Maybe the kindest person also. He needs to be known.Please go there for services on your car. I live in Westmont and will be heading there soon for real, billable work.

Low air pressure light went onI cannot get down to check or inflate my tires as I am 71. The nice young man checked pressure in all 4 tires and told me which one was low so I can monitor it. I am so grateful. No charge. I will go back.

I recently brought my vehicle here due to having a nail in one of my tires. While I was in a rush over the weekend, I had first brought my vehicle to another Tire Shop for the nail in the tire. I was told by that place that the tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. I held off and brought it to Kallemeyn on the following Monday. I informed Todd and Josh at Kallemeyn what was going on, what another Tire Shop had told me. Kallemeyn was able to repair the tire and told me that I did Not need a new tire. Thank you Kallemeyn for your Honest services. I will make sure to spread the word and my positive experience with you!

Simply horrible. Any self-respecting body shop, that cant not only get a bumper repainted perfectly on a brand new car, but make the situation worse is a lost cause in my book. Maybe my expectations were too high for Kallemeyn, and if so they should have stated so from the get go. Dropping off the vehicle, I specifically stated what needed to be fixed. The estimator didnt take any notes, and that should have a been a signal for me to just leave. I didnt, and the nightmare began... Picking up the vehicle 2 days later: - the bumper was repainted, but had multiple blemishes; overall, virtually just as bad, as when the car was dropped off - driver side rear quarter panel was scratched during repair, most likely during bumper removal; chipped paint was not repaired - rear wheel well guards removed to disassemble the bumper were reapplied so poorly, their misalignment was visible from distance - flap guards were not re-installed correctly, and were loose - bumper guard was reapplied so poorly, it was already peeling End result: The defects were fixed, but it took 2 additional days. No apology from the owner, and no effort to make it right. Maybe Im unrealistic, but paying a premium price, I expect perfection. If youre detail oriented, I would not recommend Kallemeyn.

This has been the worst experience. I was told that the car would be ready in 3-4 days. It is now two weeks. Everytime I call I am told, It will be ready in two days, or tomorrow. They have no real excuse for the delay. Very poor customer service. Huge lack of communication.

Unfortunately, I have had quite a few visits to Kallemeyn over the years, and they consistently provide high-quality and complete auto repair. I have also compared quotes, and Kallemeyn usually comes in below other shops.
