They wasted so much of my time and money. I ended up paying several hundred dollars out of pocket for special contacts they insisted that I needed. After getting a second opinion and switching doctors, I am now seeing better than ever. They made it seem as though my eye problems were significantly worse than they actually are just to get me to pay more and come back more often. I’ve honestly never been so displeased with any medical treatment as I was here.

Everyone here is so nice! Dr. Grider is amazing and truly takes pride in her work. She makes sure her patients feel comfortable with each assessment and makes sure you understand all aspects of your appointment. Highly recommend this office!

No complaints at all. Valeria at the front was extremely kind and fun, and Dr. Najir was also very kind and helpful. Did not have to wait at all either, very smooth process. Will definitely go back next time I have eye needs

I have been going here for years. However, this weekend was my first time seeing Dr. Grider and the visit was excellent. The staff is very professional and highly experienced, I recommend checking this place out and dont be afraid to ask questions!

They have very poor and disrespectful customer service. They were also very deceptive with what they were doing and with what/how much they charge. I would not recommend from my experience.

Office was incredibly clean and well run. The medical staff was so courteous and Dr. Nisar was very thorough and knowledgeable. Covid precautions were very thorough.

I had been struggling for yeas with gas permeable lenses. I was only able to use them for 7 to 8 hours per day due to pain. I would not wear them on weekend. I had pretty much given up. With the Dr. Mans recommendation to use scleral lenses my quality of life has changed dramatically. I now use the lenses 15 to 16 hours per day 7 days per week with no pain. Incredible difference. Life changing. Additionally, the office is well run. When I have an appointment I am in and out under an hour. Finally, the Dr. is also familiar with what is and is not covered under insurance off top of her head. Exceptional experience

They are not transparent about out of pocket charges. If they were upfront about their charges, I would have gone to my old optometrist. I feel extorted and will not be going back.

The doctor lost me as a patient due to surly attitude of woman taking appointments. It must be nice to make so much money you are willing to laugh at and mock a person for trying to make an appointment.
