Cashier convinced me to get a rewards card. I thought it was free, but noticed I was charged $5.00 a month. When I called to inquire about charge waited on hold for a long time. When I finally was able to speak with someone they informed me I would have to call credit card company to get refund. Not sure how a company can charge you without your permission. I asked to have a manager call me. Waiting 5 days so far for the call.

Pharmacy is going downhill fast. Was told twice to come back the next day because my script hadnt come in on their truck maybe tomorrow . Then I get notifications that my scripts are ready, go in to be told itll be 45 min to an hour and a half. Its kind of disrespectful to my time and gas to go there and have to leave and come back. Dont say things are ready when they arent. They really need to get their act together.

Had a Covid test appointment at 10:00AM today. Arrived at 9:35AM requesting if the test can be done before 10AM since I have to attend an important meeting. The pharmacist Casey with a very rude ill-mannered way replied that it could not be done. However, at 9:50 since the driveway was empty and no one available both sides, I pulled in to get the test done. After the lady asked if I have a confirmation and DL. she came back and said I have to leave and come back at 10:00AM Sharp. I was back at 10 and was made to wait 9 minutes till they came with the test which took only 40 seconds to be completed. Asking the pharmacist if it would be done by next day since I am traveling of Friday early morning, he stated it can take up to five days and I have seen it come in five days.Now, the pharmacist manage Casey should not be rude, should not state lies that he have seen the test for travel takes five days when the requirement by all airlines is to have it within 72 hours before departing. However, will cancel all our rewards and membership with this CVS, and Walgreens at around the corner which always been helpful, and for the pharmacist MANAGER Casey, please grow up and change your professional attitude.

Efficient staff. Helpful and caring. If you are having problems with your insurance coverage don’t blame them. They will help you sort it out

I just LOVE MY CVS!!!! I particularly love the Pharmacy staff at our Palos Heights CVS. I have never gotten anything but a cheerful smile and heartfelt greeting upon each visit. They are so very helpful and truly make me feel special every time Im there. Casey and Mary are my personal favorites but believe me, they are ALL just delightful. The store is always clean, adequately stocked and staffed.A real joy to visit!!! ❤️

I will never go to another pharmacy except this one! I have a ear infection and needed antibiotics badly. I dont have insurance and it was gonna cost me over 300$! They helped me out and dropped the price down significantly! Great customer service and very friendly staff!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Several members of my family take multiple prescriptions and they never fill them at the same time even though I have requested for two years that they only fill the prescriptions together so I can make one trip. I have made up to five trips to get three prescriptions filled correctly. Never In two years have they been able figure out how to do this. I miss Osco! For twenty years they were able to fill our prescriptions without incidence. When I complained, they told me I was venting and needed to call back. Every mistake they blame on me or my doctor. The manager sent me an email that she was going to call me and try to fix the problems but she never did. No surprise.

Pharmacy manager and Pharmacy in general is amazing and kind.I dont understand the complaints because theyre always polite and go above and beyond.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy, the pharmacist is so lazy, her employee (Elizabeth) was too busy worrying about clocking out that she ruined my prescription transaction and didn’t apply my insurance. I didn’t know till I got home and by that time they were closed. I’m so upset now I’m stuck with only 5 pills of medicine which are supposed to be 60. Thank you Elizabeth you definitely shouldn’t be working at a pharmacy!

A member of the pharmacy staff is extremely rude, useless and at this point ruined the such good store reputation.

Lots of items available and convenient for those living in the area, but most items are very much overpriced!
