I began doing routine maintenance on my car a while back because I had a couple of occasions where I was charged for auto repair services that were not delivered. I had a rear brake line leak last week and this was something I wanted an experienced mechanic to do the job right. I called Alpha Carriers and spoke with Mike. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and came out to tow my Toyota Camry to the shop. I work in customer service and need to make sure customers are happy at work. I know good customer service when I see it. Mike let me know exactly what was going on with my car at all times and only charges me for services that were needed. I will definitely be giving Alpha Carriers a call if I need towing or auto repair as they are a fair shop and provide great customer support. Mike even mentioned that I could call my insurance company to get reimbursed for the tow charge. I didn’t know that I could be reimbursed for tow. Thanks Mike!

Mike At Alpha carrier experts is absolutely the best!I had A little bit of extra time because of a canceled appointment. I called Alfa carrier experts Inc. to inquire if they could squeeze me in for an oil change, flush my radiator, and put rotors and brakes on the front of my truck. With his contacts he had the best quality parts available to the shop in 15 minutes. He did everything within an hour. He combined the three task and did the work like a N.Y. symphony. This guy is an extreme perfectionist that is professional, timely, Fair, & courteous. He is very reasonable price wise. I would use him 100 out of 100 times versus going to the dealership. I got a flat on 83 and they were able to tow me to the shop, change my tire with a used tire, and got me done in less than an hour! Everyone was super nice and gave me a great price.

Man these guys are the best my car wouldn’t start. called them for a tow, not only did he tow my car but he towed it to his shop then he checked for the starting problem. Unless then 5 mins he told me it was my starter.he gave me a good price for tow and repair.
