I got my iPhone 11 screen fixed from here about a week ago and not only did it take the guy over 1 hr to fix it, the moment I leave the shop n head to work I noticed my screen freezes and it doesn’t let me touch anything in the middle of my screen so I am using 80% of my screen every since I left this shop. My phone was working perfectly fine with my old screen it just had a few cracks. Not the new screen they put on is horrible and is so frustrating for me to use. I also forgot to mention since I left the shop tht I live 1 hr away from they never want to open the doors anymore or answer my calls. They answered 1 time a told me they will be opening at 11 so I can come in, I go up there at 1130-1140 still no one is in the shop and doors are locked. But is crazy how they are never open at 10 or 11 anymore and tht is the time I dropped my phone off to them some time last week.

The employees working at this facility have very good customer service. They have service plans and sell phones also. They also sell all types of Electronics. Anything you think you might need for a phone they have it

Just left there about 5 minutes ago. The man at the counter was super nice and provided quick and prompt service. We called in 30 minutes before closing and he was finished with my girls phone in 7 minutes. Definitely recommend! Fast cheap and awesome customer service!!!

They sold me a phone that got blocked 3 days later. Paid more than $500. Said they will take care of it in 3 days. Its now 6 days later. They barely answer thier phone and I drove over there and the place was closed that day too. Its irritating i have to keep calling . yesterday they said they would have more phones to switch it out for today (after nobody called me back and still having to call like 10 times) and now nobody is answering again. smh!
