Needed to lower the action on an acoustic guitar I bought online on Amazon. He did that and offered to put on lighter strings since I was a beginner. Playing my instrument now is so much easier thanks to Scott. Service was not overly expensive and was reasonable. He was fast, responsive and an overall 10/10 guy. If you need any sort of repair on your guitar Scotts the man.UPDATE: I recently got a pretty beaten up electric guitar and decided to take it to the only man I knew who could restore it. It was missing screws and washers (I forgot what they call em in guitars) in the tuning pegs and the previous owner used a crude staple as a string tree. The bridge was also messed up and overall the guitar looked dirty with the metal having lost all its shine. Scott did what he does best and replaced all the missing parts, fixed on a proper string tree, fixed the bridge, polished all the metal - tuning pegs and screws -, gave me some nice strings and probably did a lot of things that a non-expert like me wouldnt know. What a great guy! I even contemplated fixing the guitar myself when I got it, that probably wouldnt have gone well. Go ahead and let THE GUITAR GOD fix your guitar.
Scott is by far the best Luthier in town as far as I know. He is knowledgeable, credible, and honest. What else do you want in a guitar tech? I am always blown away by his attention to detail. Your guitar is in good hands here.
