Every time I have something done here it is just excellent work. Yesterday I had a grill guard put on, the person that ordered it got the perfect one for my pickup. It looks great! I would recommend them to anyone. The staff there are the best. Thanks Prestige!

Helpful staff but, not exactly on the ball, when it came to paperwork/ estimat actually being sent to my insurance company,,they sell yeti products (yeti supports democratic gun control) so based on those 2 things I took my business elsewhere.

My car was in 3 different wrecks in the last 9 months. When the Simi truck tire hit it they gave it back in perfect condition. When someone backed into it it came back 10 times better. When an idiot ran a stop sign and almost totaled it they were able to save it! By now I just believe the car is a target. But I will always bring my vehicles to Prestige.

We had to have lots of glass replaced due to a storm. It took a long time, but that was ok. We wanted a good job not a rush job. We are happy with the results. The vehicle was cleaned for us; inside and out. They even left a few gifts for us! How sweet. Friendly, helpful; especially with the insurance process. The store portion is nice. Products that are not usually found at ordinary parts places. We will use them again. Our car needs a small door adjustment. Well take it to them. I dont know how much, if any, mechanical work they do. I think it is just body work. This is first time weve used them. My sister and a neighbor recommend them as well.

If they dont have what you are looking for they order it for you, good service.

The body shop is the best Ive ever seen. When I got my truck back, it was better than before the accident. They even detailed it inside and out. Ill never use another body shop again.

I had some work that I needed to have done on my rig. I live about 100 miles away and have little time off work so I set an appointment, a week before hand, and made a schedule with Prestige. I dropped rig off and was to pick it up at noon - as arranged and conformed with Prestige. So I was up at 5:30AM (on my day off!) and out of my door at 6:30AM in order to make the drive to Pampa. I arrived just in time and dropped the rig off- 8AM as scheduled. Then I went and sat around in a cafe waiting for the work to be completed… At noon I went to get my truck and… I was told that they had not started it yet…My time is valuable and I did not appreciate Prestige blowing off the schedule we had made. In addition I was up before sun-up to make the appointment and burned about 40 bucks of gas for nothing. Yes, I was put off by this and instead of sitting around another 4 hours waiting for them to hopefully do the job, I took my keys and left.I have a choice of where I take my truck and I where I take my dollars. So yes, I have moved on and found a shop in Amarillo that will do the work. Yeah, its farther but for me, it is worth the drive. Prestige lost my trust and undermined the confidence I had in them.

Had hail damage fixed several years ago. I pointed out that the original plastic runners on roof were used and I paid for new ones, made them fix it. Now I have water damage on the inside liner. Obviously was not done right.

Awesome place to take your car for body work or hail damage!!! Plus lots of different stuff to get for trucks and cars. Need to check it out.

Do Not even think about this place, we gave several chances and did not see any progress on any of our vehicles. I recomend just drive 48miles to amarillo. Employees are nice with the worst vehicle results.
