Very pleased with the Barak! He’s always very professional and courteous! He was transferred to another store for a while and he was definitely missed everything seems to run a lot smoother and the employees seem to be way more polite with him there. Make sure to give home a raise.

Had to take off my own hubcaps, Waited 3 hours to change 2 tires WITH an appt, and they tried taking my hub caps off with stripped allen keys. Will NEVER return.

Its a Walmart Auto center. Youre not going here for quality care. Youre going here cause its cheap, and its convenient. So youll get what you pay for.The workers are okay, its just bad when they constantly forget little things youve asked to be done.Very - meh -

We have had mixed experiences here.. Sometimes its 5 star, sometimes they barely get 1.. Depends on who is working. Good luck lol

I had to come back up several times as my tire sensor got broke while getting new tires on my car and was told not sure what was wrong. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed although I was refunded the costs Im still giving a one star for the amount of time it had taken to go through this process. I had to show up back there at least 4 times.

I came in to the Pampa, TX store with an incident from a Jacksonville, FL store not resetting my oil level on my 2015 Buick Verano. I immediately asked to speak with a Manager & EK didnt hesitate to oblige. I explained my situation to Amged (TLE Mgr) & he spoke with the Store Mgr. By the end of the call, I had a free oil change because of the distance Im traveling and the mistake made by the previous store 7days prior. Amged & EK both displayed excellent customer service skills. They were sympathetic towards my situation and honored me as a Walmart employee with a new free oil change. Thanks to their collaborative efforts I can travel another 5,000+ miles without worry while I relocate across country. I am truly appreciative to them both. This was truly one of my best experiences within the Walmart organization. May blessings be with you all always.

People act like they know tires, and more, when they are not at all.When they dont know, they try to feed you jibberish. I managed a large scale Auto center in South Houston metroplex, and I know my stuff. Please take the time to educate your tire guys.

They are cheapest and quickest for oil changes, new tires rotating and almost all ur car needs.

They did put the right size of tire I what 275 /60/20 tire that ok this time it take 3hr to put tire on my pickup

Way too busy for the lack of employees they had. Generally any type of tire place would have a floor jack for a bigger vehicle but this one did not. Useless to even stop

Overcharged us by $80 on tires. I wont go back.
