Went by Bill Cramer just to look, had a very helpful young man named Roy. He was very knowledgeable with the different vehicles and understanding in what I was looking for and that right now I am just looking. He didnt try to push a vehicle on me like so many others have tried. I will definitely be back once I make a decision on what would be best for my family. Keep up the great work and I cant wait to work with Roy in the future to find my new car!

Absolutely terrible customer service in the sales/finance department, along with very rude “talk over you” employees. HORRENDOUS communication between colleagues. Not to mention they went back on multiple promises made trying to close the deal. Wouldn’t sell us the car at the agreed upon price, and they were supposed to meet me 1/2 way because I lived 4 hours from them, and of course that didn’t happen either.They sold us a “certified pre owned” car that clearly did not go through a “thorough certified inspection.” The lane keep assist was non functional as well as adaptive cruise and auto high beams…. This easily could and should have been seen by a easy press of a button or two “if” they honestly did a thorough certified inspection. Thankfully our home dealership took care of everything immediately with class.I strongly recommend revamping and thoroughly training some staff.

I have an 04 Cadillac CTS-V thats been having electrical issues. Called to get my car looked at and was told they wouldnt work on it because the parts are hard to find. Imagine buying a car from manufacturer and then having that same manufacturer tell you they wont work on their own car...

This is my 2nd caddy from Bill Cramer and they are fantastic. Service is near perfection. Staff if helpful and they go out of their way to make it right. Highly recommend. Ill be back for my 3rd caddy in the future!

I have dreamed of owning a caddilac since I was a kid..my sister had a new one every yr growing up I loved riding in her cars ..I thought by my age I would have one but now I am raising my grandchild who is autistic..I have raised 5 boys ..now a girl..I love this dealership..they are very kind..one day before I die I will drive one off the lot..lol

I have never been disappointed with the quality of service I receive from Cramer Chevrolet. There is no comparison when compared with other car dealers - glad I switched years ago! I just had my truck serviced here. I was quoted 59.99, came to pay the bill and noticed a 5$ service charge had been added - I dont remember any service on top of my oil change, I didnt even have a coffee or remember seeing a server....When I queried this with the cashier I was met with a confused look and a I just have to put that on every invoice as a response. No clue at all what it was for, no real response.Nothing worse than companies adding on expenses without providing a reason, without informing you in advance and for absolutely nothing - thiefs!They wont be seeing my business again.

I had a 2pm appointment for service today since Monday and arranged a loaner car as I live in Northern Bay County and my job requires local travel, their shuttle would not work for me. This was confirmed by e mail and phone with Cara. I called and spoke with Cara again today confirming I could bring my car in on lunch break (45 minutes) and pick up the loaner car. She said yes, come on down. I went only to get there and have to wait on a service person. She gets my information and then looks at the two women who sent me to wait at that computer who shake their heads no and tells me no loaner cars have been turned in and do I want a shuttle ride. So before I get hot I say I just spoke with Cara and she said to come on down. According to the service lady Cara works in another part of the building and may not know loaner car status. I dont care. When I called and asked for service Cara answered. The e mail came from Cara in service and I just 30 minutes prior confirmed I could come in on my lunch with Cara. So yes, now I am hot. Told them to cancel my appointment that by far was the worst customer service ever. The Karma comes in as I decided that if the repairs were going to be over $750.00 I was going to buy another car from them TODAY, CASH. Just like I did when I bought this one. So in return for rude crappy service they got a bad review, lost a service customer, all future car sales from me and no more referrals for life.

I have a myriad of complaints for this place. But heres the one that bothers me still. If you buy a car from these clowns, they sell your contact information to countless third parties. Here we are three years later and Im still getting harassing phone calls and letters from some random warranty company saying my warranty coverage is about to expire. I NEVER HAD A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY, EVER.EVERY time they call I ask to be put on the do not call list and I block the number they called from. Every letter is returned. THEY WILL NOT STOP. THREE YEARS!!! Also, onstar and XM/Serius radio wouldnt stop pestering me (for months) until I started threatening them. NEVER signed up for any of this. So glad the sales dept, service department AND service express are working together to rip me off. But theyve sold my info to 3rd parties to let them try. HOW FUN!! Stay away from this place at all costs. You will loose. They rip you off every chance they get. Adding on random fees and charges to get back any amount youve talked them down and then some.Service will make up random problems with your car and charge you thousands. The service department is as inept as can be with the simplest of tasks. They wont honor the (extended GM) warranty they sell you. But that wont stop them from trying to up sell you unnecessary repairs and services. They reuse old, one-time-use parts and cause failures. The kids they hire seem to want to stand around and vape instead of actually diagnosing problems.My car could break down on 23rd street and Id have it towed/push it to Destin or Pensacola for service.

I brought a car from them being a first time buyer n its been a terrible experience since i brought this car but i had to make the best out of this experience...i told them the problems i had with my car before my warranty expired and the car sevice department acted like the typical thing am just a young woman who thinks everything wrong with my car so i been getting things fixed on my car the whole 4 years i had the car. I went there to support a hometown person i knew thought i would get honest treatment but he passed me to someone else...I will NEVER buy another car here.Ps. My salesman was a pastor thats the worst part of the deal when i went to talked to him he didnt care as long as he sold..talk about the irony.I learned so much from this experience
