Because, from the moment I walked into Target, I was happily greeted by a wonderful lady who went above & beyond to assist me in every way, from showing me how to find a wedding registry & then showed me exactly where the item I wanted to purchase was located in the store. Tonya C. was a God send. She even took the time to check me out & make sure I had the correct item I wanted. Thank you, Tonya! You are an asset to Target. Because of you, I will definitely be shopping in Target alot more often.

Items out of stock are listed as being in stock on the website and have to wait for an order cancellation email to find out theyre out of stock. Other than that, great customer service and friendly staff.

Location, location. This place has less than other Target locations Ive visited in the past but still holds up to the quality they promise along with some great savings opportunities. I especially like their selection of apparel, some oddities found here but all in all a great go-to due to the convenience and promotional offers. And, I must say... I snag a lunch or a pick-me-up from here often. Banging these bucks in the best of ways.

Theres a good selection and its not as rushed and as busy as some of the bigger chain stores or supermarkets.

Usually get great service with the drive up pick up. Today on our first arrival there was a heavy thunderstorm complete with lightening. We happily returned 30 minutes later when the rain had stopped. When we said we were there for pick up the customer service desk advised we’d have to come inside. As seniors going inside is a risk. I went inside and came out with a staff member delivering drive up orders to other customers. Very disappointed!

Very bad retail store..not because of there staff but there policys and the system..dose not work well at all..Difficulties ordering and reciving what you ordered.. Unfortunately Toys R us has been closed...and our mall here in Panama City Florida gone as well..... only stores able are walmart and unfortunately Target... I No longer wish to go through the hell of target No longer will I be searching at Target or using this store ever again...its a joke...first I had to apply to there credit card 2x. Still recived false statements from them about my good credit..lol..they have me at 500 mark when indeed its 714 in reality..no were on there statement do they place a number to call and discuss there findings..so I went a step further..and found there number ..Upon trying to discuss the matter I was giving the runaround about how they do differently with their credit scores and how they add other factors in only not to tell me what the factors were...I got excuses that were not validated.. a bunch of Gibberish and poppycock...I have very good credit standings hold cards with many stores and places...They just suck as a retail chain store was going to go there to buy books and stuff my kid loves for Christmas.... But our house hold has Boycotted Them to us they dont exist...nothing but problems and get the run around ...save yourself the head ack....

Recently bought milk and it was spoiled although still om date. Thought it was a fluke bought milk from there again yesterday and its not set to expire until the 17th and it is also spoiled! I dont know whats going on but Im disgusted.

I love both Targets in the Panama City area. However they seem to have a problem keeping the salted caramel creamer in stock. So I go to the beach store and theirs is the same way. I saw a stock person 1 day and they investigated for me and did order more! Awesome... but they are gone and have been for over a month now. And the Vanilla just sits there ... lol Help please.

Target basically coned me out of $300+ dollars I bought a tv that’s been acting up since day 1 and they say it’s nothing they can do

I like coming to this Target because everything is easy to find. The prices are decent and sometimes a different selection then going to the other large store. They have a nice selection of clothing brands. This target has a pharmacy and they also have a fast food section. I came here looking for cleaning supplies and laundry supplies and they have plenty of selection to choose from.

Old hag yell “mask” when we walked in. Said we had to wear mask once inside, then pointed at the table of mask. Not sick, not wearing one, not shopping here. Walked right out.

I just called to see if they had an item in store and i was put on hold so long the phone started ringing again. They picked up and just sat the phone down and never came back. I called back and now i cant get an answer at all.

Its Target. Everyone loves target. Deals are great, while they arent Walmart deals its better than going to Walmart cause ew Walmart. Employees are always friendly. Just wish they would stop hoarding the Funko Pops in the stockroom or letting the employees have first grabs of those Target exclusives.

Panama City Target has always been a great place to shop. Its always clean, fairly organised as far as department stores go and has friendly and helpful team members to assist you.Since Hurricane Michael, the store has had a complete remodel featuring the Lace Department (womens intimates) and the Swaddle Department (baby basics).However, my new favorite thing that I love about Target is the Drive-up service. Unlike their competitor who offers frozen and fresh food pickup, Target does offer dry goods and merchandise drive-up service within a two hour time frame (which in my experience takes less time). You can go on to the Target App, shop for a 50lb bag of dog food, 5 cases of water, and a pack of pencils. Use cartwheel, any drive-up discount, and get an extra 5% by putting it on your Red Card.You will be notified by email that your order is ready. Go to your Target App click that your on the way, provide a vehicle description and head to the store! When you arrive click the button on your app (most of the time you dont even have to do that once youve entered the parking lot the app takes over and announces your arrival)A team member will bring all these heavy items out to your car (rain or shine) and load them into your car for you!! About the only downside to this is that you have to unload your car when you get home, but if you have a husband, a boyfriend, or have kids they can unload it for you!! 😁... Its that easy!All kidding aside, it is a very convenient way to shop on the go. You can order what you need, run your errands, and swing by before heading home and get your drive-up order without getting out of your car.And thats why I like it!! It caters to my lazy side! 👍😎😁

Target is a pleasantly nice store. I find that some prices match Walmart and some are higher. If you like the brands you will enjoy shopping here.

The stores are clean, the cashier that checked me out is always so polite and helpful . I find that a few other employees in your store, the younger ones, are rude and not helpful ; one came close to hitting me when she was walking while looking at her phone and posting something on facebook. There is room for improvement with the younger employees but I still prefer shopping here.

Good customer service. Very nice young man working the snack bar. Another person in the toy department took extra time to engage my grand daughter about her toy choice. Very sweet.

On a recent visit, the diaper changing station in the womens room fell down hitting me on the head after Id put it up and was readjusting things in my diaper bag. Also, this same visit my 2 year old daughter cut her knee when walking by one of the poles between the check out lanes. I, naturally, informed the front area (customer service) and left a corporate message as Ive NEVER experienced this in my life of Target shopping. I was contacted within 48-72 hours if I recall and apologized to. We returned just the other day and the pole was duct taped around and the changing station was already down but appeared to be as lose as it was in my last visit. I honestly dread going in here with my kids. The people are also very... Uninviting. Correction, the cashiers tend to be more friendly, but mainly because they HAVE to talk to you and the six foot rule doesnt apply to anyone else in the store. Its not my standard of Target at all. I would give it fewer stars, but we always find fun clearance things my kids dont need. 😁

This is a nice older Target. It has the full line of of products you would expect at a department store. It has groceries including produce but does not have a meat department, deli, or bakery. I was there to pick up a projection clock radio and though they had one, not one I felt was worth a long term investment. Every employee I encountered was helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was clean and well stocked with a variety in all the departments I checked out.

I was using coupons and was made to feel like I was a criminal. It should be easier to use coupons (especiallu since they were cut from the paper and were manufacture coupons), Im very disappointed. It used to be much easier. I also miss not being able to print out target coupons. the app is very confusing

I had purchased the wrong replacement filter for my Pur water pitcher and was able to return the incorrect item and get the right filters for my water pitcher.

I am impressed at how neat and clean this store is even years after they opened.We visited the pharmacy and were delighted at the extra time and effort Jody took to chat with us while he was checking our prescriptions and then offering extra information on them.

The people at this Target are almost always so nice and helpful, and most of the people who work in the pharmacy are always so nice and helpful, they have saved me so much money which I have found to be almost unheard of. Most pharmacies dont tell you how you can save money or pass on savings to the customer but they have helped me several times. I am so glad that I started coming to this Target store.

Where ever we are if there is a Target nearby my wife will find it. She loves the clearance items and can literally be in their for hours. Just browsing their wonderful seasonal selections.

The baby section is amazing, fully stocked, variety of items, and organized. Puts all the Walmarts in bay county to shame when it comes to baby stuff. Staff was super friendly and helped me get the crib I wanted to the front to check out then even helped put it in my van.

This store is ridiculous the managers do not even know their own sales. I try to buy some cat food for rescues and they wont even honor their posted price. Ridiculous! False advertisement!!! Poor customer service, get your act together.......

Was in the store yesterday to make my payment. Customer service had a sign at one of the registers that read BE NICE OR LEAVE. I dont think that is appropriate for any part of the store, especially where you are to go to be helped.😧😮😦😱

I have shopped at this Target since the doors opened 25 years ago; There is one particular cashier who has checked me out for 24 years. I look for her every time I check-out. She is the perfect example of customer service and one of the main reasons I shop at Target.

Target is always clean and has a good selection of items I need and use. Their prices are fair also.The only negative thing I have to say is that their Cartwheel app is AWFUL. It has glitches often and you have to scan every item you buy. You do not save very much, if at all. I wish they would change it as it takes too much time to use and I have had problems with it several times.
