Always quick and friendly service
I used to work there, the owner never paid me, they dont give breaks, or lunches and most of the times not even days off. You get charge for thing you dont even use.
I have never written a negative review in my life. Until now. This store is a joke. I feel that I would be doing our community a disservice if I didn’t share my customer service nightmare of an experience in an effort to save somebody the trouble of doing business with them. I went into the store on the day after Christmas looking to buy a new phone. I told them that I was considering switching to Apple. So I checked out the iPhones. I was trying to decide between the X and the 8. The owner of the store (or who I assumed to be the owner as they referred to him as “boss”) was in there. I asked him if he was an Apple user. He confirmed that he was. I told him that I was brand new to Apple, switching from a Galaxy S8 and asked his advice on whether I should go for the X or just save my money and go with the 8. He asked me what I planned on using it for. I told him that the ONLY reason I wanted it was for the Portrait Mode, because I’m a barber and the quality of the pictures of my work is extremely important. He said that if that’s what I wanted to do with it, just get the 8. At the time I was reassured by the fact that the owner suggested I go with the cheaper model. So I went ahead with the 8. When they rang me up the girl told me it was $700 and some change. I asked why so high? The phone was $450, the monthly plan $50 plus insurance and a $15 screen protector. They then said something like they forgot to port my number over to get the price that was advertised. After much time of me waiting and them doing whatever they had to do to figure it out we got the correct price and I purchased the phone. AFTER ALL THAT. I get home and the 8 does NOT have portrait mode. I was so annoyed but I figured no big deal, I’ll take it back. Well, it being the holidays and the fact that we just got hit by Hurricane Michael and I’ve been being pulled in every direction, it was about 10 days before I could come back. Now they say I waited 3 days too long and have refused to exchange it. And I’m having to go through the Dealer Support department of Customer Service. I mean, really? I figured I could take the owner, manager, and one sales associate at their word. I don’t know how people can do business like this and look at themselves in the mirror. What an absolute joke this place is. Two thumbs down. They’ll tell you anything to make a sale. Save yourself the trouble and go deal with someone with some integrity.
