Wife was having problems with data service and online chat couldnt help. Went to the store and was told many customers are having network issues while my Sprint SIM cards is still working just fine! First off all, shouldnt an outage be something all CSRs should be aware of so customers dont waste their time going to the store? Second, why phase out a network that is more reliable than theirs? Youd think they would keep the more reliable of the two!

I came to this location at about 7pm on Saturday 09/04. The two ladies that were there exceeded my expectations. The rep with longer black hair was the one that finished my transaction. Ive been in business and sales for many years, and I would have loved to hire my sales rep. She actively listened for my needs, my budget, and got me out the door feeling accomplished. She was transparent throughout the whole sale and made sure I would be leaving with no regrets or questions. The thing I was most impressed about was, when she didnt know the answer to something or needed help....SHE ASKED FOR HELP! This is an admirable skill that people dont do. She had humility and courage to reach out to another colleague! WE NEED MORE OF THESE PEOPLE! Phenomenal service, please make sure to value your employees!

Was out of town and went into the PCB store. Spoke with Nelly and she was fantastic! So helpful and informative, maybe the most attentive of any associate Ive dealt with. She answered my questions and made me feel more confident about the decision I had to make. Wish there were more like her.Also, the other associates were very friendly as well

Great experience, twice! Customer Rep Nelly has helped us twice in the past few months. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. She explains plans and products very well and even set up our new phone and smart watch. We will definitely be back. (T-Mobile customer for 5+ years)

After 2 days of calling Sprint and going to a different T Mobile store with no resolution to our issue (migrating an account), the staff at the 23rd street location were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt and Kim were proactive in finding a solution while being both professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this location above the others.

Horrible customer service! No help whatsoever. Sold me a phone and didnt bother telling me that the new one was coming out THE FOLLOWING WEEK! Never put the 5g Sim card in that was supposed to come with it! I wondered why my reception was inconsistent and it would drop calls. Called customer service to find out I didnt have a new Sim card! Then they tried charging me for it! When my contract is up...see ya Tmobile! Its ALWAYS something with them!

Its to bad we cant swap over to t-mobile because we cant wear a mask an was kick out of the 23rd st store in Panama city Florida. In case you havent kept up t-mobile Florida is a no mask state, but you have the right to keep your employees muffled up just like I have the right to no use your services.

Had to spend three trips to 3 different T-mobile stores and more than 5 hours on the phone with customer service to straighten out my phone service. In the end they got more money out of me and I’m getting nearly the same service I was getting before at half the cost...

I went in to get my daughter a phone and I left with a brand new free phone! Buy one get one free! Plus 2 apple watches, one of them were free! Amazing customer service and great environment! Everyone was awesome! Everyone should visit T-Mobile on 23rd Street!

We have been TMobile customers for over 3 years. Came in this evening to purchase 2 note 20 ultras and waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us waiting. We would have waited longer if someone would have said Ill be with you in a moment.It didnt help you could hear someone having conversations about coke (the drink) and cursing from the back room.Guess well go start service elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I agree with all this bad reviews with store, Costumer service sucks if you return stuff they are very unfriendly, but if you buy they so nice to you best thing to do is buy online or call t mobile directly they have better Costumer service than this store. I have been with tmobile for almost 18yrs never have problems. So stay away from this store go to Callaway they have better costumer services.

The quality of service depends totally on who is there to take care of you. We came in this afternoon to pick up accessories for 2 Google Pixel 4XL phones. As soon as we came in, a man called Juan (who was not wearing a mask when we entered) said we were not permitted to come in without a mask even though we were the only people present & we were maintaining social distancing. I advised him that this was not the case when I came in two days ago to purchase items & he said that this went into affect just now. I tried to ask if there was a way to purchase the items like other stores (curbside, online, etc), but he was insistent that we leave now. This is not the first time we have had issues with this particular employee. Back in November, we wanted to purchase one of the Google Pixel 4XL phones mentioned earlier & he said he didnt want to open the case because no one was there even though his fellow employees were outside smoking. When we asked to speak with a manager, he huffed & puffed & opened the case with a great deal of complaint mumbling a number of choice phrases under his breath. **UPDATE: I spoke with a representative of T-Mobile & was advised that As a company, we do not require masks to be worn.

Went to T-Mobile on 23rd street last weekend. I was told we could transfer the lines from Sprint and get bogo on Samsung Note 20. We went back today and was told that was incorrect. This was after waiting 1 hour 20 minutes. Called T-Mobile on the phone 30+ minutes, the call was not transferred correctly and got disconnected. Chatted with Sprint without a resolution. One minute we are one then thats Sprint or thats T-Mobile. 😡

Update 2 day 2:been trying for over an hour now and still noone is answering the phone, I have 1 simple question but cant get it answered because even their site says the stock is unavailable so we dont know if they have the phone in stock. Very unprofesionalUpdate:Spent over 2 hours trying to call the store and never got anyone to pick up.Cant seem to ever get anyone to answer the phone. Absolute nightmare

I walked into the store and there was no customers just 3 workers with nice uniforms but all of them they don’t want to work.I approach one of them he told me he sorry he is going to lunch and referred me to the next person who also didn’t want to be there.I’m sorry for the owner of this place.But the employees didn’t even try to help.Very bad customer service.Don’t let the ratings fool you all the good reviews are couple years ago and all the recent reviews are bad.

Terrible experience with the lady manager.I was returning an unusable cell spot and was told not to leave until she got the return label email from customer support. I was told not to return if I left and the police would be called if I returned.The manager then told corporate that I was told not to return because I created a disturbance with my language. I did not use profanity or say anything that could be reasonably characterized as creating a disturbance.I was told not to return if I left not to leave for creating a disturbance. The manager is not truthful.

I cant get in contact with anyone and this is the only TMobile in the city. I tried to go to the trailer they moved the store to while the store is being repaired but that was completely empty too. And this was at 4pm on a Friday.The phone number on listed here isnt working, there are no hours listed for when this place could be open, and there is no physical location to go to.
