When I called Pinckard and Son, they sent John & Phillip to my home to repair my Garage Door within an hour. They were respectful, kind and efficient. I understand why they have 5 Stars, they deserve everyone of them. I will be calling them for all future projects related to door.

The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. From Tuyet explaining the difference between the doors that I narrowed my search down to, through the installation by John and Jon Marc I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. Also I spoke with Tara several times to get updates on my order and she was also very polite and professional.I was informed from the start that the lead time would take longer than usual because the countries oil pipeline was hacked and Covid was delaying many aspects for the manufacturer receiving materials. In spite of the wait, which Pinckard and Son had no control over, it was well worth it. Highly recommend

Just moved in, husband deployed yesterday, and today our garage door wouldn’t open. (Go figure) In a panic, I called and spoke to a very kind woman on the phone and she helped me fix the problem over the phone. She described it in a way that I understood, using an analogy that I could relate to. If ever I need repairs, I will always use this place. The customer service in the initial phone call is where it begins. A big thank you to the kind lady that answered my call. I was pretty stressed, overwhelmed, and clueless and she literally made my day a million times better.

I called and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. When the technicians got to my house, they knew exactly what the problem was and knocked it out in about half an hour. In that time they also gave my garage door a tune up, greasing down the wheels and tracks, and making sure everything else was functioning properly. Knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any garage door work done.

One of my two garage door torsion springs broke. I called Pinckard & Son to have both springs replaced because I figured it was only a matter of time before the second spring failed also. I was quoted $300.00 over the phone for replacing both springs. When they arrived the next morning, they looked at my door and said they could install one stronger spring that would do the same job as the original two and it would be less expensive. They completed the job in about 20 minutes, saved me $150.00, and my door works better than ever. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to garage door company from now on.

Excellent work! Got here early, completed the job quickly, and at a VERY reasonable rate! We called another guy who was $100 higher and was talking about maybe he has the parts, maybe not, and if not, wed have to pay a trip charge for hi, to go to Pensacola for him to get the parts. A simple blown spring on every garage door in america? Yeah forget that! Go with these guys, Josh and John, they were awesome!!!

The employees arrived at the time promised and completed the work in a very timely manner. They explained what they were doing and was replacing just the broken spring. I ask if I should replace both and he ask if I use the door as my main entrance to the house I said yes and he recommended I replace the second spring. He never pressured me but gave his professional opinion on why I should replace the spring. They were both extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was very friendly and helpful with any questions. They did a full replacement for a door and opener after Hurricane Michael damaged ours. Our new house didnt come with a garage door opener for our two car garage. I went to Home Depot and bought the best reviewed 3/4 hp Chamberlain opener on sale then gave them a call to set up an appointment for installation. The guys came out and got right to work. They were super knowledgeable, nice, and very respectful and got the installation done in a fraction of the time itd take me and my buddies to figure it out. Thanks yall!

We had an outstanding experience with Pinkard and Son’s garage door service. I was out of town when they arrived. They repaired the track and reset the spring/cables for an extremely reasonable cost. They were honest and didn’t attempt to sell my naive wife a bunch of extra parts and service we didn’t need. I don’t do many reviews but I will definitely recommend them to any friends with garage door needs.

Very happy with the repair and installation services of this company. They maintained some old garage doors and openers for us for several years. When we decided to install two new doors, openers, and all hardware they were a natural choice. They did not disappoint.

Somebody came out to help quickly, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable - clearly a skilled tradesman who knew what he was doing.The repair was completed quickly and very friendly service. Id have no problem using them again or recommending to anyone.

My appt was at 2 and they were there ahead of time. I had asked for 2 springs to be replaced and it was actually a better deal to replace both with one larger spring. I appreciate that they didnt take advantage of my ignorance and did a great quick job! Complete in 20 mins! Definitely would recommend them.

Had an old garage door with torsion spring give out. Called around to get prices on replacement and installation. Asked a local builder for a recommendation, which led me to contact Pinckard. These folks answered the phone (not a message machine), took my info and gave me a price- tax tag and title- that was $150 lower than next closest. Understood wind ratings and took my door order over the phone for a non stock color without requiring a deposit.When door arrived (as promised) they showed up 10 minutes early. 2 experienced guys who worked well in concert removed my old door and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. They reconnected the opener, loaded the old door on their truck and went on their way after cleaning up. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!
