Recently came into Panama City and had the chance to check out Fluent again. I have always gotten great deals and amazing service. Today was again a great experience- Thanks to the awesome staff and especially Will for helping me today!
I went in not knowing what to expect as a first time customer. I was greeted by the staff and was shown a variety of product. Hope was very knowledgable and guided me through making my decision on what was recommended for my conditions. I chose to stick with traditional flower and the product was amazing and fit my needs well.
Easily the lousiest dispensary there is. Nothing against the staff. Theyre nice. The product is mediocre. At best. They legit dont have wax. And they charge $60 for a half gram of distillate. I dont know if theyre too high or maybe just too high on themselves. Regardless, they suck compared to literally every other dispensary and theyre laughably bonkers... Maybe theyll get bought out. Fingers crossed. It helped LHS tenfold.
Ive been legal for over a year now have been to all of the dispensaries in the area. for some reason I never came to this store even though its around the corner from my house . I did today and found out why you should trust your gut feelings . horrible customer service . didnt feel welcome at all and did not walk me through my first time visit like all the others do. Boooo
I assume the quality of product is competitive. Where this place goes above and beyond is the AWESOME staff.

Worst Customer Service. It was my first visit. The guy was rude and rushed me. He didnt want to be there at all. I was trying to look at the menu, as I was unfamiliar with their products and he just kept asking if I was ready. It was uncomfortable and literally gave me anxiety. I didnt get a chance to take full advantage of my first visit discount. (Maybe using the discount was the purpose of his disdain) Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I will probably avoid it from now on.
Every one is raving about their customer service. They are very friendly & helpful.The issue is their products. I asked for the best sativa they had. I also explained what I was used to & looking for. What they sold me was garbage. It was immature & way over fertilized. The buds are airy & small. It smelled like hay. I even found seeds in 3 out of 4 eighths. That’s not a bonus in my book.I also tried a couple of different pens. They were pretty good but not better than street & way overpriced.If you need quick low mid grade homey, go for it.If you prefer premium, high grade buds, go somewhere else.
You guys, I moved from Cali one year ago ... and tried all the dispensary’s out here - you won’t find better customer service - Stacey literally remembers what you liked what you are looking for - her recommendations are genuine and she’s just a joy! The other employees are also very good- the quality of the product is amazing and when she tells you something is strong - sit down - she’s not playing! But, I appreciate that so much - real input - real feedback and real love for the products as well! One of my favorite places out here thanks guys 💜
At Fluent, I always feel [at ease and] at home. The customer service is impressive. Stacey, Janaira, & Miranda were kind enough to help me get my medical supplies with grace and elegance on my last visit. I will be coming back soon.
To put it simply I LOVE fluent, their customer service is beyond I imagined and their selection of cannabis is extraordinary. When I went up their I was greeted with kindness and respect. Stacy and hope are some of the kindest people Ive ever met.
Went there today, 12/28/20 with a malfunction battery & charger. An item I had received free, as part of a promotion, months ago. They quickly, easily, and cheerfully gave me a brand new battery/charger, for free. Thanks guys, you made my day.

I went to Panama City location. Parked right in front. A gentleman met me at the door, walked me back and waited on me immediately! So helpful . I had no idea what I wanted, so a young lady stepped up and gave me advise also . They were wonderful !!
All of this is new to me. When I walked into the Panama City location, I was totally embarrassed.Stacey took the time and explained it all. She helped me with everything AND NOT ONCE did she make me feel bad.I will continue to go there and tell all of my family and friends as well.

Im a newbie and it was my first time in and I wasnt really greeted. Just walked around looking confused for a good 5 or so minutes until she finally asked what I needed and took my card... But after that was fine... Just need to make sure you greet everyone. (another one of those cases where I wondered if I was dead because she greeted everyone after me. 😂)

Quick in and out. I thought the grand opening was great. Especially for the first 40 customers anyway. The products are of very good as far as I can tell. My only negative that I took away is how tiny the store is. I hope that things go well. I WILL be returning to the store I just hope if theyre busy its not raining.🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
Hands down the best customer service, Ive had in a long time since my own BUSINESS if I may pat myself on the back. Being a small business owner before hurricane Michael took it, I understand what it takes... but I look for small details... FAMILY team atmosphere, CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY, ...do you upsell, are you out sourcing and helping the COMMUNITY as a local business.... you all got it..., a Devine team from management to the newest one guy that checked my products out. And when they recommend product they product called Pivot....AMAZING....they treat you like your supposed to be treated like FAMILY when you walk in the door, I felt like I was going to see my 7 year primary care physician... not a legal drug dealer, I have had my medical card for over a year and have been anxiety ridden to even use it,part of my issue... my anxiety.. because of stigmas.... thank you FLUENT CANNABIS PANAMA CITY, YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS.I WILL BE BACK.Bo Bowman

Always out of flower unless you want to wait outside on delivery day for an hour before opening........would suggest handling transactions at counter at a faster pace......was only one in waiting area and listened to Customer at counter blab about nothing pertinent to a cannibis transaction...left after waiting 15min.Will not be returning. Dispensary on beach side is always stocked.
The customer service is terrible. Liberty Health Science has far better customer service and i will no longer give any business to fluent again!

I came to this place the first time about 3 weeks ago and bought some flower and about 10 pre rolls (so 10packs of three) I returned there today and bought 7 more Pre rolls mainly because they were great! When I got home I opened one up and ever single J was inconsistent in size, were twisted at the end longer than the product was long. The filter paper part was longer than the actual smokable part on some. Long story “short” I’m very displeased and will spread the word that they are ripping people off. I just smoked one and took 4 hits and it was going to the roach pile. Not happy and will not be returning.

I previously left 5 stars, i still LOVE the budtenders stacy, muk, laronte etc, they are beyond amazing. But, the 2 pens and the cream i couldnt live without, well, sad to say thats changed. Not sure if it got damaged or exposed to heat during the transport process, or if it was because they redesigned the tops of the vape carts, but everytime i went to hit it, chunks of the oil came out of the top. The pen lasted me a fraction of what it normally would, due to me having to eat the chunks of oil that were on the mouthpiece. Up until now, ive always had a polaris pen but sad to say that was the last time. I still will continue to buy the body cream for pain though. The eatable vape also had a million cracks in it when it was dropped, if it wouldnt have been empty i couldnt have vaped anymore. meanwhile i have pens from every other store in town and they were also dropped, not even a hairline crack in any of them. Sorry budtenders at fluent, this review is in no way a reflection on your amazing customer service. That and the cream are the only reason why i still give 3 stars

I came in on the grand opening and was so pleased to be served by Amy! They answered all of my questions concerning back pain and which product could aid me the best. I walked away with the indica capsules and my body has never felt more amazing! My only complaint about the capsules is that theyre not vegan formula. I want ALL of my friends ( who are card carrying patients) to try this even if they have diet restrictions. Amy is patient,knowledgeable and a great contribution to our MMJ community. This place is a total ripoff the flower they have for 45.00 an 8th is popcorn flower advertise as whole flower an they refuse to take it back even tho the seal have not been broken! They have lost my business for goid an several of my friends that are medical patients.
