We have a bunch of liers. Said it would take 3months to get approved for portable dc concentrate machine .been waiting since 2019.one lie after another. Will not call me back .this last tme they wanting documentation from doc. I told them they sent it already. They stated they didnt. I showed them when it was accepted on there computer. That was 4 months ago. Told me it was my problem breathing. An live with it.

On hold for 40 minutes. Turned in my oxygen concentrator at the beginning of March. Panama City office picked it up from my home. They billed me for it 4/15 & charged my Credit Card for it 4/26. Ive disputed the charge. The PC office assured me they would contact billing & take care of this. Im living in another country now and have not had my concentrator since the beginning of March. I knew it would be an issue with them. It always is.

While the company does have poor communication I recently came to Panama city for vacation. I was very happy with one of their employees. King was just awesome and helped me with everything I needed for my stay there. He is top notch. Thank you again King.

My 7mo needed a nebulizer machine, but it was going to be at least a day for us to get one through insurance. The woman helping us, not only allowed us to take the machine the same day, but took the time to make sure that we knew exactly how to use it, and answered all of our questions. Her compassion and diligence were very much appreciated!

When you have a complaint and they tell you that you should go with another DME company if you are un-happy, you know the problem is must deeper than poor customer service. Terrible communication and worse customer service.

Beware, they dont tell you all the billing facts up front. I was told that all Id have to pay was around $10 a month that my insurance didnt cover. Then I get a surprise bill for over $60. I called the manager and she refused to right a wrong and adjust off the $60. All she cared about was money, that was obvious. The machine was a joke, the pressure was up so high it was impossible to use. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else where they ACTUALLY CARE!!! Dont waste your money!!!

I am here on vacation with my mother that uses oxygen and Danita was not willing to help us. She told me that they needed the Drs. Prescription. Which I have. But she needs it from the lincare from our local office. I told her that was fine, if I could please have their fax number and she denied it. She said my local office should have ut..

This company has been the worst I have ever seen. I ordered supplies and spoke with representatives so many times from January until now July and still have not received my supplies. Ridiculous.

Leah at LINCARE provided excellent service at getting me setup on my BIPAP machine. As far as appeal, Leah is a very young attractive lady and made this old grandpa feel young again...
