I call the store directly, no one picks up, I get transferred to an operator overseas and they put me on hold with no intention of having anyone pick up and answer my question. Why do you hate Americans, Best Buy? Why doesn’t anyone answer Twitter DMs either?

Bryan back in the Laptop section was very helpful and nice. I definitely would have missed what I was looking for and left with buying the laptop I bought. If it was not for him.
Kid sold me a dash cam and told me it had a motion sensor to turn on if an incident occurred at night while the car wasnt running, which is what I needed it for. It didnt. As soon as I mentioned that my budget was $150 or less, thats all he was focused on and gave me false information to sell me something that didnt do what I needed it to do. Three stars because the return process was easy and my refund came within a few days.

I dont like when they rush you at the door. Can I help you find something? All down hill from there. Well I said that I will be fine and want to look around. They kept following me around asking questions and trying to sell me something. Now if I tell them to just leave me alone, Im the jerk. Well otherwise I found what I was looking for on my own and made my way to the checkout.
My husband bought me Chromebook and the worker guy that was back there was very very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me what you could do on one and then answered all of our questions. He made everything easier by far.
Great visit. The sales associate who helped was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted. It wasnt in stock but could be sent to me in two days. Very satisfied.
Not what it used to be for sure. Movie selection pretty much doesnt exist. 0 music. And prices on everything are cheaper at NFM. And they close too early.

If you have questions about what you are about to purchasing dont go to this location. Wanted to buy an iPad pro, but I had a couple of questions first. Asked an associate if he could help but he was a warehouse worker only, but he would call someone over to help. Waited 15 minutes for someone and nothing. Im sure I can find another company that would like to take my money for a product.
It is best buy so prices are not good obviously, however staff very friendly and they price match

Zero if possible 35 minute to get a wire cord adapter for phone. 1 employee with 1 customer at customer serve /checkout was helping them with questions that geek squad should have helped answer. 6 total employees in store visible 2 in geek squad 1 at customer service 2 at center counter, 1 on the floor. 2 at center counter were really busy. 1 was on the phone the whole time 2nd was helping customer with phone plan. I sure hope the $9.00 per month more phone plan and 30 minutes helps best Buy sales numbers

Great electronics store, but you can tell electronics stores are hurting for business. The video game section is still fine, but you can tell dvds are at the end of their life as movies transition to digital. The Movie section is almost nonexistant now. So I guess Ill slowly be moving to infrequent visits as I dont need tvs and computers (I built my last one) all that often.

Its a Best Buy, was clean, staff was friendly. Usually I get things online but I needed an ethernet cable and coaxial cable in a pinch. The prices are high for cables, but what do you expect from a big box store.

This best buy is a pretty good store. Ive been spending alot of time in the store looking for my next purchase and have yet to have anyone ask me if I needed help. This was my only complaint about this store. All the merchandise was well organized and neatly displayed. The Television section was awesomeness, and the check out lady was friendly.
Sales people tend to swarm you as usual. If you wear headphones around they will mostly ignore you.
Needed an hdmi- av cable...looked at other retailers..couldnt find one anywhere. I figured best buy would, of course, have one.. they didnt either....WHY,WORLD, WHY !!! So I had to buy another dvd player and yep...it needed an hdmi cable and they had those of course...lesson....do not get rid of any cables....somewhere there are 8 billion cables..of all kinds...all alone. ... Laughing at me.
Empty shelves, no one to get help and when I finally did find someone, they acted disinterested in helping.
The Best Buy experience is past its prime and has run its course.

Ordered online, the 2 items i needed were shown in stock in the store, I ordered about an hour and a half before pickup ended and the website even said order now for pickup today! Once I ordered I figured since they were in store and the website literally said getting ready for pickup today there would be no reason for themNOT to be ready, after all they had an hour and a half to get 2 items....well get there 45 minutes before pickup ends, sit in the pickup spot for 45 minutes and only 1 other car came and went the entire time.....8pm rolls around and the LOCKUP! Absolutely disappointed they apparently were too lazy to get 2 items from a shelf when very clearly they werent busy....if there was a steady stream of cars sure I could understand but in 45 minutes they had 1 other pickup.....and they wonder why business is on the downhill, they cant do the small simple things....
Disarified that the 1690 iPhone Samsung that my disabled VIETNAM vet bought didnt have the sim card as the box shows. Ill email FTC judge advocate as beforeHope hope
I didnt think they were that busy but no one ever ask if they could help with phones. Stood around a long time then left. They do have a large supply of unlocked phones if you can get help
Customer service has really gone downhill at this location. If you want people to listen to you I suggest you start at another location. Good luck!
I have been trying for three days to speak with someone over the phone.Called and put on hold multiple times with no one in any department willing to answer.I guess it’s no wonder most Best Buy stores are closing.

I called during business hours to ask a question and the automated system said this location isnt accepting calls. So I go through the automated systems process and was told to wait for an associate. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I hang up and write this review. I suppose one way to prevent having poor customer service is to have no customer service.
Love Best Buy, I am an elite member. Went to price match 2 tablets that went on sale at their own store and bought 2 more. They were very nice and accommodating. They have always been my favorite store for all electronics and computers and appliances.
Very clean! Organized and friendly staff too...I think we were asked 3 times for any help. Masks required; thankful for that!

Not much to say, its Best Buy. The employees were busy and had their work cut out for them but they managed it well. I will say sometimes its hard to get a hold of a sales person but other than that, good store.

Dominique was great in the phone salesdepartment! As flustered as I was coming to in to unexpectedly buy a new phone he remained calm, cool and collected AND exsecuted the sale! I did have to wait awhile because they were busy but hey everybody got they stimmy! I was not excited about buying a motorola phone as I am team samsung but after 2 going on 3 weeks with this phone that Dominique recommend, I am definitely happy! Go Dominique, keep being great and I hope your boss sees this! Alot of companies forget that its the employees that keep the company going!
Went to upgrade our cell phones. Waited in store for 30 minutes before we were told that they had a queue for the mobile phone department. We told them exactly what we wanted and were told not a problem. They stated that they would text when we were next in line. 45 minutes later, no text. Asked a employee whom said that we should have gotten a text. When we got to the counter we were told that the phones we have waited for over an hour for were not available. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with Best Buy and their process. I would have been more accepting if they would have told me that the phones I wanted were unavailable when I entered the queue.
Was sad to see the selection of modem and routers was no better than Walmart yet the same products were marked significantly higher you would think when you specialize in electronics youd be able to at least be competitive with your prices

This best buy works and has most of what many people may need. However the store is not very big and it seems to lack a large selection. The TV section was particularly small and sparse. Also I was surprised I had to search for an employee to help me because every best buy I have been in before I have been approached and asked if I need assistance.
The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt an employee to be found. Had to go find one.

This location is by far the best Best Buy location out there. I came in for a antenna for my T.V. and was able to get one for pretty cheap. The selection was a little low and not the best but I did get one. The store was very clean and well kept and the staff is friendly and ready to help. They also really know what they are talking about in regards to anything in the store. They offer great prices and for the most part a great selection.

This isnt the largest best buy but they are always asking if you need assistance and will do their best to ensure you find what you needOnly issue is their checkout area is in a very odd area and can be confusing on the correct way to enter and find as the costumer service/return area is next to it and looks as if it the true check out lane

I just went into the location in Papillion Nebraska. They had a barricade that was in front of the checkout area. I stayed over there for at least 5 to 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come. When nobody did I walked up to their little security area right at the front doors. Set my products on the desk there where the security guy was. He said thank you please come again. Never ask me any questions about the products that I set up on his desk or anything. It looks like I will never go here again
Looking at new TV and the help and expertise at Best Buy is very good
They have a good selection and its nice to be able to go in store to see your purchases in person. But its hard to pay premium prices for items that can be found cheaper online.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, curtious staff. Charley is good with phone tech, Cole is good with computers, and Chris made sure I was well taken care of. I accidentally locked ignition keys in my car by the store. While waiting outside for AAA to arrive, Chris checked up on me, then surprised me with a bottle of cold water. It restored my faith in humanity!

Absolutely awful customer service. It is impossible to get anyone to answer called several times. After the longest voice message of any store. I was on hold the first time 30mins and not 1 answer. Second time I called was on hold 20 mins and hung up.
They were using customer service for check out which meant 9 separate customers had to wait while they resolved returns etc. After several minutes they finally open A SINGLE Register. Management at its finest.

I went here on an outing with a romantic intrest of mine. I would not recommend it if you are trying to court someone. They had lovely customer service, and supplied masks and sanitizer at the front. Very, very nice.

Apparently, changes at the corporate level have sent customer service southward. I called Best Buys new phone center and had to give up after remaining fifteen minutes on hold. I called again the next day and specified HP printer repair to an automated message service, which instructed me I needed to go online. I drove home and went online only to chat with someone who was obviously not paying attention to, or did not understand my concern. She finally directing me to take the printer back to the store where it was purchased, so I took it to Best Buy in Papillion, whereupon I was told they did not have a repair service for printers but would be happy to deposit it into their recycle bin. By this time, I am ready to pull out what little hair I have remaining. To be fair, local staff are courteous and attentive, but Best Buy, Inc., is selling the local stores down the river when it comes to enabling them to offer effective customer service. I will be going elsewhere for my replacement printer.

I had lots of stuff I wanted, but they didnt carry what I needed says it was outdated, I could order it and pick up in store but it would take too long. Other than that they had all the upgrades if I wanted to spend money.
Just picked up a 250$ 65 tv Black Friday deal I purchaded online. Was the smoothest pickup and go anyone couldve asked for. I pulled up & there was already a best buy employee ready to help me before I could enen get the app opened to check in! Employee was very friendly. He had my tv out & loaded in less than 5 minutes after parking Good job Best Buy and thankyou for the outstanding service!

This location didnt meet my expectations. Online it was listed that it was only available in this location. I came in and asked around and unfortunately they didnt even carry the product at all.
The restoking fee is a joke on drones I purchased thinking it would work and wanted a direct trade an another and they wanted to try and charge me $75 dollars. I was never told about this at the time of purchase and will be using Amazon from now on thanks I use to love this store ruined experience.
Went to buy a monitor they advertise (model LG-34WL500-B, not in stock anywhere within 100 miles, theyll gladly sell you another for more $$. If youre not going to carry it, have it be online order only.
