Ive been to NBK Auto numerous times now and leave satisfied every time. Im on a budget and the prices are definately the best around for my pocket book. Quality of work is awesome because I can only afford to pay for 1 trip and they get it right the 1st time. Last week I had my a.c. charged as well as tested for leaks, were loving the ice cold air during this heat. Thanks David! Awesome job once again.

I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car repaired. I have a husband that works out of town, and four daughters at home. Being short a car was a huge problem for my family. We took the car into the first place (I dont want to bash anyone so I wont mention what company it was)Anyway, the car was left there for over a week, I was told only five days, and it went eight. When I picked it up, I kept noticing issues with it, the shop said it was normal and it would go away. It never did, it just got worse! I was so frustrated with the whole mess. I heard from a friend, about David at NBK Auto and decided to see what he could tell me. Not only did he know right away what was wrong with my car, but he was able to show me that the previous place had lied about to me, they never replaced a part that they said was replaced.Because of that, I trusted him right away.David quoted me a price, and a time to pick my car up.This is the kicker, when I went to pick up my car, I was prepared to pay the quoted amount. David informed me that he didnt need to use one of the parts he thought he would need! It took almost two hundred dollars off the total amount. I couldnt believe it. Ive always been told you couldnt trust mechanics, obviously that wasnt the case with this place. He could have not said a word, and I never wouldve known the difference. Because my husband works out of town, I was by myself. I know nothing about cars, he could have taken my money, and I would have never known.My car is running so good, and I couldnt be happier with the experience I had. Im not one to write reviews on places, I just dont have the time. I wanted to write one for this place because I was so surprised and pleased with his work.If you need anything done with your car, you should definitely take it here. Ill come back here from now on.

The water pump went out in my sons car. I dropped it off with David he had it fixed in no time at all. Fast, friendly, and honest service. Thanks David and Amy

Honest shop. No other shop in three years could figure out our transmission issue. That crew did in no problem. Even got my beast running right. Fixed the front end. What is even better is that they brough a huge smile to our disabled son who loves lifted trucks. I recommend everyone go to nbk auto .Best prices and very honest.

Quoted me for $250 more than what another local mechanic was willing to do for $30. You read that right. $30. Deceptive and fraudulent.

A few months back we had our car repaired here only to find ourselves stranded in the middle of nowhere with no phone service at 1am! The mechanic we towed it to that is a family friend told us NBK hadnt done the repairs while the car was in their possession, but yet still had the gall to overcharge us for it! Not to mention we also found out that NBKs negligence had caused another part to fail that ended up costing us over $2,500! These guys shouldnt be in business! They are scum. David Kerhoulas was the one that handled our car, and it is to my best knowledge that he is also the owner of the shop. After hearing about several other horror stories from other people about this place I should have known better but I guess thats what I get! NEVER AGAIN!Edit: What a joke! If I knew how to reply to a google review I would but listen to Davids response!!! This is another false review we have no record of your vehicle being repaired at our facility. Please by all means come in and produce an original repair order from NBK AUTO and the repair order from the other shop you speak of and I will gladly pay for your repairs there as well. I have received 3 negative reviews in 2 days claiming bad business coincidently this started after a young kid attacked one of our customers raves on facebook for no apparent reason.Are you kidding me?For the record! Nbk Auto you wont find a better mechanic in these parts they are fair honest and priced well, very truthful and complete in diagnosis and repair. I will use him again!
