Ive been shopping at this store for over 20 years. Most of the time they have exactly what I need at a competitive price. The staff is usually knowledgeable and if they arent there more than willing to learn right alongside with me. Not to mention the return policy is just about as fair as it gets.

Most of their employees need a significant attitude adjustment would not recommend shopping at this store. But that just goes for the Paradise store.

Was taking my business to Oriellys. However, because I got in a jam, Autozone is open much later than Oriellys is. The customer service is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and importantly to me, at least, open longer. I recommend this store to anyone.

I usually go to another place to get stuff for my vehicle but they were closed earlier than info on-line. It was not the first time I had gone to my usual place only to find locked doors. Since I needed chains for my car because it was supposed to snow that night and I noticed AutoZone was opened and I stopped by after finding other place closed. The guy working was very helpful and I had no problem finding other stuff I needed. I will most likely go back to them instead of the other place. I dont have time to waste going to a place thats supposed to be open but is not.

A young man by the name of Orlando was extremely personable and helpful. I would definitely shop there again!I had forgotten my mask at home and they immediately offered me one to wear even though there were two younger men in the store who obviously did not have the good sense to do the same!I am glad this stores employees are smart enough to protect themselves and their customers!

They are a bit slow but they get it right every time!

I had a dead battery. It was the 3d in a 2 month period, so needless to say, it was time for a new one. While waiting for a friend to give me a jump, I called Auto Zone, and they had 3 choices for me. The clerk explained them in a way Id understand, and installed it for me as well. Great job Auto Zone.

Didnt have a parts book, had look it up myself on line for my part # and then claimed they didnt stock it, until I pulled it off the shelf. Know now why I dont shop there.

Signs all over say to wear a mask. Few customers were. One guy without a mask kept sneezing. I put my purchase back and walked out. There were at least four employees and only one waited on customers. If you are a mask conspiracy theorist..this is your place

Always helpful and very friendly!! The only parts store I go to knowing if I buy something and its not right, Ill be able to return it with ho hassle. That way I can get what I might possibly need at one time avoiding multible trips back to the store. Coming from a back yard mechanic, my review for Paradise Auto Zone gives them 5 STARS!!!

Always so helpful and personable. Just got a deal on a deep cell marine battery. Also was on sale, a schumaker battery charger.

I buy 80% of my car needs here and have always been treated well. Also the tool loan is great. I have a lot of tools but not much for diagnostics and thanks to AutoZone I dont need them all .

The gentleman that helped me was very nice but this is my second trip returning products that were wrong. The gal (Courtney) that came over to help the gentleman helping me seemed agitated and not happy that they had to do the return on the mistake THEY made. We have bought parts for at least 4 or 5 of our vehicles and I will not be returning to this store again I will however be bringing my business to Napa Auto Parts. They seem to get it right the first time.

Always the lowest prices in town very helpful its the only store I use for all my well most of my car needs.

One of three auto part retail stores in paradise good friendly service and most common parts in stock.

Store has gone downhill major, called corporate and they dont call back, same service as in the store now. Horrible. ORileys is a block away, my new store. Bought a generator and took it back after 400 hours and was told no returns and that the employee that told me there was returns no longer worked there. No customer service, Philip is the only thing keeping them alive now. He should go to ORileys, Auto Zone doesnt deserve him.
