I had to leave town the next day and had an auto emergency with my uncles car. Time was of the essence and they jumped through hoops to help me. They fixed the car quickly and correctly and got me back on the road. This is the type of service rarely delivered nowadays but his shop does and at very reasonable prices too. Small family owned business by a great local guy who grew up in Paradise. He has done an excellent job on both mine & my husband’s vehicles. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The last time, he got my vehicle back to me the same day I brought it in— and even picked me up to retrieve it since I had no ride! Can’t say enough good things about our mechanic!

He not only tries to work with you on a financial sense but he will also talk through every step so that you know what youre paying for. I highly recommend this shop!

Brad is a great guy. I sing his praise because he has to be the most HONEST mechanic I have ever dealt with on this mountain.Recently I had relatives visiting from Oklahoma and their air conditioning went out. They were leaving that day. And Brad agreed to look at their suburban. It was a broken belt and was fixed in an hour. My family was able to continue their trip in comfort. Thats just one of many good things he has done for me. There is more. But it would take up too much space. Bottom line, if you want a good, honest mechanic, he is your guy!!

AWESOME! Friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I was using a different shop here in Paradise and was not too happy with them. they could not fix my headlight problem and wanted to try fixing it by replacing the alternator and other parts which wold have been costly and possibly wouldnt fix the problem. Brad was able to figure out the problem and fix it in no time. I dropped the car off around noon and it was done in the evening, for a fraction of the price of the other guys. I definitely recommend this shop. It is clean and professional managed. If you already have a shop, I would suggest that you take your vehicle here the next time, and I am sure youll be as satisfied as I am with the work. The work is also under warranty. A+

After dealing with a horrible experience from another mechanic I was very gun-shy and cynical about mechanics in general. I have since brought all my vehicles to Brad and have not been disappointed yet. Hes always courteous and straight forward about vehicle cost and will give several cost/repair options for different budgets. In some cases he goes above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend brad to anyone, hes been good to me and I very rarely write reviews.

Brad at Nor Cal Auto is awesome. Not only did he provide good customer service but he also took our business even though he was ready to close. Very honest and reasonable. We had work done three times all in a timely manner. He came in under quote on one visit which put a smile on our face. We had relocated and had no auto place. He is now our go to guy. We got a follow up courtesy call from his wife. We would highly recommend his services!

Brad worked on my Nissan Xterra and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong in a way that I could understand it. He made sure that while he was deep in the car everything was working correctly so I would not experience any problems in the future and have to go right back in.I recently had a problem with my motorcycle as well, and Brad was able to help me with that too by giving me some professional advice. Advice that will probably end up saving me tons of money. Brad and Julie are good people and it is hard to find people that you can trust. I will be going back, hopefully not too much, for all of my future repairs.

Honest mechanics are so hard to find its almost an oxymoron. Brad is one of the few that I have found. He doesnt throw out quotes or guesstimate about any car repairs. He does free evaluations, finds the problem, and fixes it right the first time. He provides a full warranty for his work, runs a clean shop, and provides excellent customer service with the help of his wife, Julie. Read his other reviews and take your vehicle here first!

Al & I are so glad we found Brad. He and his wife Julie have provided outstanding service and really do quality work. We have come to him for a few different things that happen to an aging car and without fail, he has diagnosed and fixed the problems so well that there hasnt been a need to come back for the same thing ever.He does top quality work and his prices are fair. Not the lowest because he couldnt provide the quality and service at lower prices, but really fair. He is worth what he charges.As an added bonus, we get to talk with his wife, Julie who runs the front office and she is a delight as well.We have used other repair shops in Paradise and while they were all right, none have been up to the standards set by Brad. I had a squeaking suspension issue with my car. I had taken it to another auto shop which replaced parts and cost me a lot of $, yet did NOT solve the problem. After Brad diagnosed the real problem, he completely fixed it and made sure everything was taken care of. Now my car drives better than it ever did and I have peace and quiet during my trips over the speed bumps. I should have gone here first! The name says Quality and thats what you will get!

Not just saying it... Amazing. Brad and his wife are such nice, caring, honest people. Amber and I are on a budget and have a car that has everything going wrong right now. We needed to get a smog but the engine light would not stop coming on. Finally we had the money and took to Brad and he got it done over the weekend before Amber had to go back to work in Sac on Tuesday morning. What did Brad do, well even though he was closed on Mondays he got it done by Monday morning so we could get the smog done and then spend the rest of the day at the DMV. Total cost $150 dollars. Brad does what needs to be done and understands if you are on a budget.

I am so glad I found NorCal Quality Automotive. My Audi broke down and I had taken already had it in two shops around town, with no luck to fix it. A friend told me about NorCal Quality Automotive, and their great experience that they had there. I am so glad that I found this gem in Paradise. The customer service was above and beyond what I expect from auto shops, the owners stayed in contact with me every step of the way. The owner Brad, took time to find out what was really wrong with my car instead of fixing things that was not necessary. I even had a couple more questions a week after I left the shop and Brad, took the time to help me find out how to fix the problem. Again, Im glad I have found a great auto shop in Paradise, and will be back when ever needed.

Went there today to see whatw as wrong with my car because the check engine light was on and he asked to turn it off well it has not came backo n hoping it wont well we went inside the office and he drew out a picture to help me where the problem might be he was awesome explaining it to me great with my kids and I had to reallyu use the bathroom and when I went in there there was no smell it was super clean thank you Brad and the lovely woman who was there and answered my phone call and it didnt take long for Brad to call back if given 5 stars for all Id give more but it onlya allows 5 Thank you again
