We had a back up in our kitchen sink and laundry, they told us we had a belly in our sewer line. The men came out and dug up the line and replaced it. They worked very hard for long hours. It turned out not to be the problem. They fixed the problem and returned our money. They were honest about it and did not try to lie about it. These guys are amazing! AC went out at 11am and by 1pm Jeremy was on our roof. Needed a new AC and Heat unit. The next day at 130pm Jeremy was installing our new unit. 103 degrees outside and windy in Henderson, NV is no joke and that was not an issue for these guys. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us as we had just moved here from Utah and no up to speed on these type of AC units. Jeremy answered all of our questions and didnt leave until we were completely satisfied. These days you rarely see businesses conduct themselves this way and its refreshing. I recently had my walk-in beer cooler go down at my shop and I called this place at 3:00pm and they had someone come out to diagnose it by 5:30 that same day. My repair technician was Hayden… he was an absolute gem! He was knowledgeable and kind and an absolute delightful person that made my experience a breeze! And even when I had issues with the temperature in my cooler again. He came right out and took care of the issue right away. A friend of mine who works in the Home Warranty industry recommended Gold Metal to service my AC unit. Jeremy came out, on time, with mask and made sure to put on booties to check my thermostat. He offered to change my filters ( on ceiling) if I needed, which I appreciated. He serviced my AC unit and explained what he had done and what was needed. I appreciated there was no up selling. I have also spoken to the owner, who I give kudos to for handling a situation like a caring professional...which is rare to find in Vegas businesses these days. I highly recommend this company.

Full new unit install, they explained to me that my AC was broken beyond repair (20+ years and the previous owners of the house didn’t take care of it, we just moved from Cali), next day they were already installing the new unit and it all worked right there after the install, perfect installation!They real are pros, I asked them why they’re called Gold Medal and they explained me their story, the owner actually won the Gold Medal on the HVAC Olympics or something like that (I didn’t even know there were Olympics on that, but there are), and I told them “now I understand why you are so efficient and spot on! HahahaThanks guys, I just got my new unit, but If there’s anything else I need (hopefully not soon) I’ll just call you guys again, great customer service, they are very positive people, love their vibe and they are workhorses!

My upstairs ac unit would not start. Jeremy found the issue causing the problem in a switch. He made the necessary repairs and the unit is working perfectly now. I could not be happier with the results.

JACKPOT!!! I feel like I hit a jackpot without even entering a casino. Air went out Wed. afternoon (7/7). Called GMS and they had a tech. at my house in a little over an hour. The nice lady who took my call gave me all the info I needed and assured me of the time frame of arrival. Got a text when he was on his way. Jeremy arrived and assessed the the problem. He was so thoughtful in informing me of everything that needed fixing and the cost making sure I understood everything in laymans terms. This guy really knows his stuff. I felt like I was in good hands. I had cool air again within 2 hours. Never would I have guessed that things would have been fixed so fast. Gold Medal Service was not only on-time, but called and offered an earlier window if I approved (which was even better). Jeremy Damon arrived promptly at the start of the earlier appt window. He masked up and wore booties inside even though I didnt require it. He listened to the details wed been experiencing, checked the vents for air flow + temperature, checked the units outside, and finally ventured up into the attic where he diagnosed and confirmed a failed blower. He grabbed parts from the inventory in his truck and spent quite a bit of time in a very warm and uncomforable attic environment replacing that blower and getting our system functioning properly for the first time in days. I was happy enough that I opted to sign up for Gold Medals preventative maintenance program going forward.

My AC Broke a few days ago and it is now 110 degrees... I thought I was gonna die (no joke)So I started to desperately call AC companies in The Valley, after calling like 4 other companies and not getting a call back when they all said the would... I finally called them.Tana, the girl on the phone, was super nice to me, I wasn’t very happy with my situation and was a little aggressive with her (sorry Tana, but it’s 110 degrees) but she was very friendly and managed the situation like a pro!They gave me a great attention and now me and my family have a new unit installed and it’s chilling!Thanks a lot to Tana, and all the crew!

This past Tuesday the Gold Medal Team: Hayden, Van and Juan, removed our old split systems (2 ac units and 2 furnace, air handler, evaporator units) and replaced all with new.They are all superior techs which we saw throughout the day, start to finish including final testing.We highly recommend Gold Medal Service and are very glad we chose them.

Jeremy Damon with gold medal services was very thorough professional, and knowledgeable He was the first person three years to fully diagnosed and fix our problem even though we were on a home warrantee. The technicians that came before Jeremy did not fix the issue or found reasons why they couldnt try. Fedility Home Warranty send this company repair our AC unit past summer. the issue still there after the first repair. This company comes again, couldn’t fix the problem still.Today, I received invoice from fedility home warranty, this company charge us two service fees for the repair didn’t work.That’s funny, looks like anyone able to get pay for just do “service repair “ without knowledge and without doing right repair.

Great company! Had 2 companies send 2 different guys 2 times.4 visits thru our home warranty company. None of them were able to repair problem and one said nothing was wrong after the house was 95 degrees inside. Gold medal sent Jesus out & he repaired the problem spent 4 hours here repairing it. On Wednesday June 5 at night I realized my AC was not working. They got someone to my place within 40 minutes. Chance was the technician and he had already been working more than 12 hours when he agreed to come see if he could repair my unit. He was able to repair it and it was not a quick or easy repair. I am so grateful he stayed until it was repaired. My AC has been working great. I would definitely recommend this company.

What an outstanding and professionally operated company. Several times as a handyman company not authorized or licensed to do air-conditioning or HVAC work, I have either used or referred this company. This is far greater than 10 times so far. When using this company personally I have always had amazing results, and when referring to my customers the positive feedback warrants further recommendations. The tech Justin was so polite and professional. Called me up while on his way to my house. Called me up to inform me hes at the front of my house. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have 1 lady answering the phone and she is very rude. When it comes to HVAC during a heat wave, everyone wants results. This company does not give that. This company will only do things on their time. I asked to get on schedule for my tenant and she said she will call us when she has the time to get us on schedule. I told her I will call her back to follow up and she said in a rude manner Umm OK I said I would get you on the schedule and ILL call you This is so unprofessional. At least I know that I can avoid using them and letting the social media be my voice to you all as well as letting the Home warranty know. Tamara I think her name was. I would suggest using another company if possible.
