Had a slow leak in one of my tires and there wasnt any problem finding it. I worked in a tire shop years ago and I would have had trouble finding it. The price was fair and everyone was friendly. I waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby to have a full synthetic oil change (after coming by 1 hour earlier to get my name on the board with only 2 people ahead of me). Upon returning after the 1st hour, I was talked out of using Lucas with full synthetic oil because of the additives it already contains. The board also said full synthetic (platinum) next to my name. As I got home I looked at the paperwork left in the passenger seat and got standard (not long lasting) bulk oil/filter, and not what I patiently waited hours for. I called just to complain, and at first they said I always get bulk there and not full synthetic, which is not true. I literally always use full synthetic. Plus, it was unambiguously requested anyway. Then they said that I have practically never been there before for anything and they were looking at todays oil change in the computer, which is false. On that car over the past 10 years I have had (purchasing everything through them) my oil changed (with full synthetic platinum), 3 wheel bearings changed, an alignment, Quickstruts changed, every set of tires that I have ever bought (for both that car and my families other car...in fact my 1st tire purchase ever was Cooper Tires there in the year 2000). If it is going to be a waiting experience like an ER visit with people inexplicably coming in and going out as I wait, then at least get it right -- and certainly dont irrelevantly/falsely act like Ive never been there before (with 0 complaints ever before today by the way) when you dont. “Sorry about that...our mistake” would have been sufficient, but me defending my past preferences/existence on a phone call instead gets this.

Im not sure how competitive their prices are. I assume very competitive because theyre always busy. Ive been going there most of my life and I do know that when I go there I will get someone who knows their business and does the job right the first time.

Absolutely love Herrens. Needed to get my tire patched up and put on before work and although a bit slow because so many people come in, they went above and beyond to ensure I made it out safe and to work on time. Ivey is a great guy! I think this is the place Ill be coming to for a good while.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable about all things related to car/truck maintenance. They sold me 2 tires at a price well below others in town. They put them on my SUV and rotated my tires and I was out the door in 20 min.

I met my so there to drop his car off for an alignment. We left and went to Pocahontas to do inspections. Received call from employee at Herron tires and was told car quit while they was driving it and had to be pushed back to shop. Upon return to get mustang he had to call a wrecker to pick up car. Employee blew the engine up and owners refuse to replace it. Was told he should not left it unattended. WOW. Beware of leaving your vehicle there.

Best service around, I drive an hour just to go to herren, anything from tires, oil changes, brakes, alignments and basically whatever you need done its the place to go and nobody beats the prices

Brought my vehicle to them to change a tire everything worked flawlessly before I brought to them tire sender stopped working after I left brought back for them to fix it and when I left all of them (magically) stop working they are working on things they arent knollegable about then saying whoops you need to go pay some one who knows what they are doing to fix our mistake I would not go here if you have anything relatively modern as it appears they are only capable of changing tires on basic dated equipment

Needed tires but it wasnt in my budget, but John Moslander fixed me up with some good used tires, I didnt have to wait and very friendly staff

Fast service and thry will try to ge th hou the bedt deal on tires. They fix flats and you dont have to worry. They inspect the work to make sure the tire is fit for the road. They do other work on cars too and you can be sure it is done correctly.
