My experience was absolutely perfect at this store in Paragould! Amy and James were very polite and respectful to me and my mother and gave us great recommendations and made the whole experience very painless. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Amy was very helpful with presenting my options (which she was very knowledgeable about). The service was friendly and professional. I have typically ordered my devices online in the past but my experience there may have changed that due to the level of customer service. Kudos to AT&T and Amy for their great job!

Takes a very long time to get to talk to a worker. Then they lie every word that comes out of their mouth. Then when you sign up it sounds like a great deal 2 months later your bills 10 times and that was when you 1st started. Then you call and they shuffle you around. Then it sounds like they help. Then bill is even higher next month. Always some excuses. Thinking about suing them. I will give 2 more months to go back to the price I signed up for.

Horrible store. People are not friendly. I went in to change my plan and was double charged for something I wasnt even told I would be charged for. When I asked them about it they said I wasnt supposed to be charged that for 2 days. Absolutely poor customer service. If u need att for anything u better call 611.

I have a stolen phone out there with all my information in it and I dont have a way to get to the AT&T store to get it shut off. People are out there using my information. Nothing I can do until I can get up there with my I D

I walked into this store with my mother in law to get her and my father in law their first smart phones. I knew exactly what i wanted but she insisted they didnt have them and no other store in 50 miles had them either so i chose another phone that they had on display but apparently didnt have in stock either and again neither did any store in 50 miles after a few rounds of this we finally settled on their phones but i was very annoyed. What is the point of displaying a phone that you dont even have. I will not go back to that store again.

I took my phone here and they broke it more. do not recommend!! it took 3 hours for them to tell us they don’t know what happened, VERY disrespectful

It took over 45 minutes to pay a cell phone bill. The employees were polite but seemed more focused on hiding behind each other as opposed to helping the six people waiting for service.

Didnt have good experience with staff. I went back couple days later, and regional staff were also working. I had a much better experience on that trip.

The gentleman that assisted us, went above and beyond to help us. Polite, professional and very good customer service skills!

Horrible Customer Service. When my wife and I walked in the door the women said to us, in a tone which led me to believe she was quite annoyed, we will be with you when we can. We then got helped by a gentleman named Dameon, he was very to the point and wasnt to insightful or helpful. He asked my wife for her Walmart Badge to prove her employment for the discount she is entitled to being a walmart manager. She replied oh I forgot it at home and started fumbling through her purse for another way to provide proof of employment. This is when I caught a glimpse of him an he was rolling his eyes. Shortly after we left the store. Wont be returning. 0 stars would be more accurate but is not an option

Very long wait even though I was just trying to buy a phone case. After some time I need to use the restroom and they told me to go to Pet Smart next door lol. I just left the store, Jonesboro is much quicker and professional.

Ive been to other stores before and felt like I was being brushed off due to my age, but Damion, the young man who helped me took his time and showed me how to use my new phone and was even able to move my information over from my old device.

I personally am not an at&t customer but I take my friend there alot.
