Made an appt about 2-3 weeks ago . Today I go in and was watching and the receptionist tells me that they are not on my insurance network and to call them to go someplace else. She did not gave me the option if I wanted to out of pocket. The should had check my insurance información so I did have to loose an he of work. The only reason I was going there for Dr Roman Merino

I walked in and was seen within 10 minutes, the staff was great, and we were in and out in no time.Dr. Andrew Lim is very pleasant and funny, he had my daughter answering questions and was informative.

Rude staff, long wait... then when you ask how much longer, you get a rude “I don’t know, you can take a seat and wait we’ll call you when we call you”. As if your time is worth nothing and who likes being spoken to like a child?

I am from out of town I needed help with a pair of emergency contacts they supported me having my eye sight back right away... Thanks so much.

Love the Optometrist since of Humor staff gets you right in (with an appointment) of course to keep the flow going. Staff was very helpful also with my questions.

I called yesterday to know if they will be open. Receptionist said yes, from11-2pm. She never mentioned they closed at 12 for lunch. I waited 40min in the car and they NEVER open. This was ridiculously stup.... of them. If they decide not to open before the end of there shift, a phone call would of been great. Before this, I left a message they called me back so they had my phone number.1) when a customer calls aware us your receptionist take a lunch from 12-1pm don’t just say what time you guys open and close.2) be updated with your staff if you are or not going to open your business.

I really enjoyed and appreciated the service. The front desk was very friendly. The doctor is nice, very patient and thorough. Im excited to remain a patient here. I was a bit nervous since Im transitioning from +20 years with kaiser but Im glad I took a chance on this optometrist office

I highly recommend the Paramount Family Optometry, Dr. Merino is very professional, his staff are very helpful and friendly. If you need urgent care, they really find a way of fitting you into their busy schedule. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else. I appreciate all their effort.😊

Dr. Merino is an amazing eye doctor. He seems laid back but he really knows his stuff. Especially when it comes to keratoconus treatment.

Dr. Lim is the man, been going here for 20 years, and 3 generations. Hes really cool, easy to talk to and blunt as heck lol. Hes honest and Ill continue to bring my business here.

Personnel at front desk are very unpolite, rude, and lack of good manners, they act as if customers are requesting charity, or if such place were a nonprofit organization.

I am satisfied with the experience that both doctors have, Dr. Merino and Dr. LimThe best thing is that they speak Spanish too.
