Great place. and Super Good Price.... Great employees.They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They provide quick and helpful service. Good variety of Electric Scooter and bikes. We called then took a drive out buy easy as 1 2 3. They had no problems firing up the electric bike we were purchasing and explaining how everything worked. 5 Stars from me.

Got a nice electric bike from here which works well but i got a mini pocket dirtbike from here which does not want to start. Hope that i can get this resolved at the store if so definitely 5 starts and would recommend to everyone, but for now 2 starts will have to do.

The scooter is light and pretty fast for its size. I asked a ton of questions to make sure this was a good option and the Store people were very patient with me. I signed up in-store instead of online and they walked me through the process. The process was 15 or 20 minutes and I walked out with my scooter. High Recommendation

Just as promised I am here to give a honest review. Thank you Alex for the help on choosing the right scooter. I came here knowing some basic info on scooters and Alex helped me have more of a understanding of them. I was impressed at how much he knew about the scooters. He asked me please leave me a nice review then said or honest review, honestly if he didnt ask me for a review I wouldnt have been here saying this. He corrected what he said later on after a few words and said not nice I mean honest and either way it didnt bother me being asked for a nice review. Weather or not the review was bad or good he just wanted someone to review him with honesty and I can respect that. He clearly puts a lot of time and effort into his business and wanted some honest feedback. I wouldnt change a thing. You did great and thanks again for the help. WARNING ⚠️ BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Horrible customer service. Doesn’t answer phone calls and drove all the way to their store just to be told they have no parts for scooter . Even tho when I purchased the scooter He said that I can get parts thru him I was even willing to order the items and be patient and wait but he immediately told me that It would take over a month and a half to order a part and that if id be better off ordering it myself. These people are crooks and once they sell you scooter your on your own . He couldn’t even tell me the right size of the the tire he told me to take a picture and look it up online. Pathetic excuse for a business .

Ive had my Fat Electric Scooter for a couple of months now. I originally bought it because it looked like it would be a fun, stress relieving, cruiser...which it is. But it is so much more. I now use it for almost any errand I need to run within a few miles. In fact, my wife liked mine so much, I bought her a Fat Electric Scooter sport of her own. We have had a great time customizing them and figuring out where to go on a scooter dates. We get comments on how cool they are all the time; if everyone who told me there were going to buy one actually did, I am confident I have sold at least 10 by now. You should definitely pick one up, you wont regret it.

Do not buy any scooter in this store. I pay for my scooter 750 and 1 month later my scooter stop running I came back to the store and they say that they were not gonna take any responsibility for the scooter

When I originally bought this so called scooter He was very heart warming and at the time he seemed very knowledgeable with his product. Thats what I thought originally but I was very very wrong. On June 16 2021 my brakes more likely went out cuz I cant drive it anymore. I called Alejandro and told him of this problem and he had the audacity to simply say go to any bike shop or go to youtube to try to fix your brakes because its been more then 15 days from your warranty period.Potential new customers please be extremely careful with this store and and owner very deceiving person. When I bought my scooter originally from Alejandro he did clearly state if anything happens to your scooter even after the 15 days warranty bring it back and hell see on what I can do to try to help and fix the problem. Boy was I wrong with this salesman(Alejandro) very typical right. My main sticking concern with this scenario, it hasnt been A full 3 months and my brakes is already out of commission. You guys weigh out this scenario, is this ok . To me not in A million years. My potential thought to this now is really weigh out your warranty option. If theirs another store that can potentially offer A longer warranty and if you have to buy A little more expensive scooter that can be A much more better scenario and if your still determine to buy that electric scooter, my suggestion is to do it.Theyre only concern on selling their products but not compassionate with the customers concern. Alejandro, word of advice good customer service from the start to end can last A very good impression with customers and it can potentially keep your business stay in operation A little longer. Nice doing business with you and take care. More power to you.

Its my birthday coming up my wife said I could pick my own present I am really a 39 year old man with a 16 year old trapped inside. I was never allowed to have things like this growing up so I decided I would spoil myself and by myself completely frivolous gift. My kids have the smaller ones that they use around the neighborhood and I wanted to surprise them with mine. Let me tell you mine is significantly faster I am a hundred 85 lb and have clock this at 14 and a half miles an hour. The gearing is very smooth it is whisper quiet and its made really really well. I work at a college and I will be taking this everyday with me to work so that I can use it how to get around campusDesign of this is great its rugged aluminum that has not twisted or bent or misshapen at any point. I have seen some of the other students on campus riding theirs and they all seem to have wires coming out of the neck this one has them cleverly hidden inside. It folds up and I dont believe it is 26 lb feels closer to 18 the handbrake is adjustable and you could put it on either sideIt came with this cute little bell that I dont think I will ever use but it is simple for one-handed operationThe neck is not adjustable but at 5-7 my hands are in a very comfortable spot. I have used this to go across grass as well as obviously pavement and wood decking with a very smooth ride. The battery on this seems to last forever I have used it for a good two to three hours two to three nights a week and have not had to charge it. some of the hours that I have used it for our even at night when the headlight came in handy it is bright enough to illuminate the ground approximately 526 feet in front of youI am truly happy with this purchase and it is well worth the money.High Recommendation Ducky Electric Scooter!!

Great Purchase!I would give it 10/10 for the following reasons:1) It would be great if it could be an adjustable height scooter for tall people.2) Battery indicator could be better if we were given percentage instead of bars. Just like our cellphone.3) We need a built in bell?4) And we definitely need a rear red light when riding at night for safety.

Last Friday my brother broke my Hoverboard, so I came to City Hoverboard to get it fixed. I was surprised that they fixed the problem by the next day! I was so happy and it was cheaper to fix it with them then any other place I tried. I even bought a gokart kit for my hoverboard now I ride around my block in the hoverboard with the little add on lol. Thank you City Hoverboard for helping fix my board! I recommend coming here for any problems related to hoverboards. The people there are so nice and help you out.
