Great company, we had an issue with a fabric we ordered that turned out to be a very different shade than what was found on the sample books. I called and was informed this was because it was raw material and the sample books are only as a reference to the texture not the color. We were quite dissapointed because this did not seem to have been made clear on the website. However, the owner of the company, Lawrence, was quick to follow up on our issue and informed us that we could request the fabric to be dyed to match the color we want exactly and offered to cover the cost of the shipping to return the fabric. He also informed me there was a letter sent with the sample books stating that raw materials could be expected to vary in shade. Though I do wish this was stated more clearly on the website and that the customer service respresentative I initially spoke to wouldve informed me of the option to dye the fabric to color match. Nevertheless, due to the ability to color match the raw material, we can safely rely on the sample books to show to our customers and are excited to continue to work with this company promoting this great, sustainable, hemp material.

It’s hard to spot because there are no signs indicating the name of the store (Please add a sign, Hemp Traders)! But once inside, it’s got a small little show room where you can look at the lovely sample fabrics. The receptionist and other people were really helpful and nice to a random person wandering in. I’m excited to sew with my 100% hemp fabric!

This place is amazing.Imagine yourself diving in a pool of hemp fibres.The variety is insane.I love it.
