Used the sauna for the first time last night. Easy to put together and amazing product! I wanted to say that Rick was very helpful and when I picked up the sauna with my pick up truck they helped me load the packages and supplied tie down straps for my safe journey. We got our custom salt brick wall it is hard to imagine but we got great service from Spiritualquest regarding our custom salt wall. We did not want to have to use the regular wall, so we thought we would and ask for a newer size. they helped us out and the setup was a little more but well worth it. The customer service was great and the salt wall was manufactured beautifully. .

We got an assortment of salt lamps, we sell them regularly. This is our first offering from these guys and we like the quality very much. Yeah we just wanted to say that after quite a bit of deliberation and thought we decided to order one of the studio series float sensory deprivation chambers please note it does take four to six weeks for these to even begin to be ready to ship because they are custom made they made that point with me over and over again however were very happy we did I live in Oregon and we got our flow tank Rick spoke to our plumber walked him through each step he also spoke to our electrician so that he could set up the basic electricity one thing to note if youre buying a float to have your outlets which all you need is a standard outlet set up on switches and in our case since we own a location where we rent time in our float we have those switches set up to the front desk so we could turn on and off the filtration unit which has UV sterilization and other features it was very simple to set up it did take a little bit of time but that was alerted to us at the beginning floating is a game changer thanks again spiritual quest

I love spiritual quest. This is my 4th time buying. I have over 8 salt rocks in my home. Some I received as gifts from spiritual quest others I have purchased myself from spiritual quest. My oldest ones are 13 years old and They still look just as beautiful as the day I got them.

I ordered two Salt Dome lamps. One cord stopped working after one week, the other cord stopped working in less than a month!! Ive tried different bulbs, different outlets, but the cords do not work. Ive requested their support to please replace these two cords with dimmer switches!! No reply as yet. I was considering buying more domes as gifts, but cannot if this is a chronic issue!!!

First of all weve ordered from spiritual quests Sana Zen on many occasions our last order took longer than expected but they did explain to me the reason why a lot of their items are ordered from other continents its kind of weird when you think about it but that is a big shipment takes a lot of time and during an international pandemic manufacturing times and shipping times as they told me became longer anyway I ordered some of their very rare huge white salt lamps they was just came in this past week Ive already received the ones that I ordered it did take a long time but these guys got what I needed they did it special for me and I cant say how much I appreciate it in the meantime, please note I did get upset for the long wait, however I am very happy with the end result.! :-)

Honestly I was a little hesitate and was very frustrating with the delay however, I finally received my sauna a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it was well worth the wait!!!! Very easy for my Husband to put together and I wasn’t expecting the two cup holders, towel rack and magazine rack. The therapy lights and Bluetooth is very relaxing. I used it every day, if you can be patient with the shipping delay due to COVID-19 it will be well worth it. I love it and I’m very happy, best investment EVER!!!!!

Avoid! The rudest customer service ever.I called to ask how many watts is the average for one of the saunas and the man just yelled at me instead of giving any info. On their website it was only written about the 15A Power Outlet, but not the electricity consumption.This business is a joke.Update: still no knowledge about own products and no dignity with response. The only angry person is the one who answers the call 😂 I would never become a customer of such place. Your rudeness harms you the most. Not cool.

Ordered two lamp cords they called me back that it would be delayed two weeks. No problem I can wait. Order just arrived and it only had 1 lamp cord and it wasnt even the right one. Called and left several messages and left emails. No response. I just want my two lamp cords that I ordered. Get it together...*Update. They finally contacted me and resolved the problem. They even tried to butter me up by upgrading my light which I thankfully declined. Anyways I ordered the product on 11/2/20 and finally received my order 12/15/20. Cheers!

Thank you we have used these guys many times this last time we ordered some items that were a little different - we ordered a new float tank system I had been an avid float person for some time and was sick of spending all my money at the local float tank center. What I noticed is the new model of float from spiritualquest had 2 size tanks! One is a little smaller and it is called the standard size, this is a revelation. This unit is engineered to fit through a standard door, its constructed in two sections. a top section and then the bottom which is detachable. Also the new float system has what they call Master Control revelation #2 this system is a control tower with a entirely separate holding tank for the water. this changes everything, they showed me how the water is sterilized, warmed up and filtered in the controller. The tank is emptied while this happens and the water can hold in the controller for any amount of time one wants. This allows my wife and I to wipe out the tub after each use. This is much more sanitary than the old ones at the center that have communal water that never leaves the tub. This one is just the next level and cleaner. Note we got the standard which is 7 foot long and almost 4 foot wide but they do have a larger unit as well. Great Choice, we are glad we did this and we will forever enjoy our decision.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!I ordered an infrared sauna for my husbands birthday in July. Rick who answers the phone was always very short with me and just telling me it will be there in two weeks. Three and half months later I requested a specific delivery date at which he schooled me that I need to be patient or he will sell the sauna to someone else and then hung the phone on me.I waited for 3.5 months with the order paid in full and now working a charge back with my bank. Please save yourself the waste of time and aggravation. This is a one mans show running very shady business.

I wanted to order a few Himalayan salt lamps from the Salt lamp company, but I really didnt know which ones to get. I decided to call them and see if they could be of service. I spoke to a very nice man that told me about how many SQ. ft. Each different sized lamp would cover in my home. This made it so much easier to make the right choice. I ordered various sized lamps depending on the room they would be placed in. I couldnt believe how lovely they were when they arrived. Each one was a little different but just as gorgeous. Since I have been using them, I can get more sleep at night and I can tell that the air in my home is fresher too. I have one in just about every room, and everyone that comes over cant stop talking about them. They are going to make wonderful Christmas gifts this year, and I wish I had ordered some years ago. They even make the atmosphere in my home somehow happier as well, like there is much less negative energy than there used to be. Whatever it is, I couldnt be happier and I am still blown away by the difference just a small lamp can make. Im going to get me some Himalayan bath salts next. I just called to see if I could learn what type of LED lighting I should install in my own salt room. I was told that consultation had a fee and was provided in a 2-3 hour segment. This was not what I was hoping for but instead was just hoping to learn what type of LED lights are recommended. I was again told that consultation had a cost and then was hung up on. Its been a while since Ive encountered that kind of discourtesy from a business.

Nor was I asking for discounts. Nor did I threaten to leave bad feedback. Wrong person.I was the customer that didnt even have a chance to tell you what model I was looking at - the conversation was so rude and abrupt that I didnt even get that far. I was looking for a sauna in the price range of $4k - $5k. Hence my need to ask questions and learn more. I bought from Sunlighten Saunas instead. Very good customer service and documentation of their saunas both on the phone and online. Very good and informative service there.My Original Post:I wish I could leave a better review. I really wanted one of the salt cave saunas (several thousand dollars$$) but as its noted here before, Rick just didnt want my business! The ONE STAR reviews that have come before mine say it all. Very unprofessional and rude from the get-go. Hed be better served by hiring a polite, less stressed, sales person and letting that person deal with the customers instead. Quite frankly, not sure how he stays in business. I called ahead of time to learn more about the proper salt lamps to use in my home. I had already read a ton of information on their website, but wanted to be certain I was buying the right ones. I talked to a friendly and extremely helpful man that gave me much more information and helped me pick out the right Himalayan salt lamps. When they arrived, they were packed carefully and they were stunning. I plugged them in, and they worked like a charm. You could tell right away that they were of high quality, and not those cheap ones you see a lot. Since purchasing, I have bought several for family and friends and they are always ecstatic about them. I am know the favorite gift giver in the family. Dont waste your time with other companies, Spiritual Quest knows their business better than any company I have run across.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!This has been my awful experience dealing with Spiritual Quest and the owner Rick:Rick answers the phone very unprofessional.  If he is on the other line, he will say “I’m on the other line, I’ll call you back” and he will hang up on you.Rick quote me one price over the phone and charged my Credit Card for $25.00 more than the quote amount.  He had already taken my card over the phone then sent me a receipt with the extra added amount. (Bait & Switch) I called him to let him know about the extra amount he charged me and he told me he would refund it.  It has been a month and I have yet to receive the refund.I ordered over $200.00 worth of items from him.  It has been a month and have not received part of my order.  When I have called, he does not call me back. When I have inquired through email, he does not mention when these items will be sent to me.  I have since asked for a refund.I ordered 2 sets of amber bulbs to be placed in my salt lamps.  They sent me 3 clear boxes.  This is not what I ordered.  When I called him back he said that he doesn’t remember our conversation and that he will send them out when he sends the bowl and balls.  I have yet to receive the bowl, balls or the amber bulbs.Rick has got to be one of the rudest “business” people I have conducted business with. In my last attempt to resolve the issue, I sent the following email to him:This is my last attempt to contact your company about my request for a refund of the $25.00 as previously discussed.   I have called and I was told I was going to receive a call back and have yet to receive a call back from you. I also sent an email (please see below) without response.I would also like to inquire about the salt bowl with the salt balls that was paid for on 8/10/2018 but have yet to receive.  I understand there was a 2-3 week shipping delay due to back order but would an update on the progress of this order.I was also advised that the amber colored bulbs I ordered but did not receive (I ordered 2 sets of amber bulbs but only received one) would be shipped out with the salt bowl with balls. I would like to confirm that amber bulbs will indeed, be sent this with order.If I have not heard back from you by end of business today, I will contact the Better Business Bureau in Carson California to file a complaint.   I will also leave a review on google, site jabber and other media outlets letting others know of the poor business practices Ive experienced and the poor customer experience I have received. And lastly,  I will have to put in a dispute with my bank.I pride myself in doing business with small companies.  I understand that you dont have a lot of employees and are trying to juggle many responsibilities at once.  I also understand that small companies are the pillars of our communities. My wish is not add stress to your plate but simply receive the $25.00 refund I was told I would receive and get an update on the item that was purchased yet have not received.It is with high hopes, that the issues above will be addressed without having to address these issues further involving outside influences.His Response:“ we did it yesterday LADY threaten all you likeIt was a courtesy for you on our part go away call your credit card company”It is apparent that Spiritual Quest Company and the owner Rick does not care about their customers.  He is extremely rude, does not value the customer that spends their hard earned money with his company.  It amazes me that Spiritual Quest Company sells items to relax but creates such a hostile experience with their customers.I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges, filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and will be putting this review on every social media outlet I can.  I’m even considering contacting the local news stations in the Paramount, CA area.Please don’t make the mistake I made in doing business with this company.  It has been such a nightmare.

One might not know this but I do, HImalayan Salt is important for many reasons but I did not buy salt from them I went and bought a float take system - No one has the tank they have the module for the controller is unique the module has a holding tank for the water and salt mixture allowing me to clean my tub after every use. This is the only one in the entire world that I know of that does this. - UV sterilization in the module the tub portion drains into the holding tank where my water is kept warm and sterile then when I float it refills the tub and it is magic I wish we could share more yeah its worth it - Rick is a rockstar

Well where should I begin, first I called up and spoke to Rick or Richard not sure what he likes to go by, he said he would answer to anything. Hahaha. I had a inspirational request for a completely custom salt cave idea. At first I found it hard to articulate the idea and this was kind of confusing even to myself and I confused the guy on the phone as well. I was frustrated and he kept just asking me to share my vision. (he was persistent and direct) however that helped me laser focus on my idea, I really needed someone to pull that out of me, it that was an amazing process, weird, but amazing. So I got it all organized from my mind to the his ears and he told me they would ask the engineers if they could get something like that done or made. Side note they manufacture salt walls and salt caves from the ground up and I am kind of a dreamer well you get the message. Regardless he told me for my project I would need about 200sq foot of salt and some accent walls he could make at the factory. To make a long story short we went back and forth a dozen or so times. Sometimes I got frustrated and sometimes he and the staff got frustrated. But,I want to bring up the interesting fact, these guys make dreams come true and what they make is pure art. I feel the pain and confusion was well worth the wait. These place makes art with Himalayan Salt Blocks and designs salt walls each of which is one of a kind. Big kudos to Rick and his Team the manager is Oscar and the helpers that created my salt walls, damn it they are amazing. What I am saying is when dealing with ideas, art and dreams it is better to push the parameters than to give up. These guys and this team can get your job done faster and for a super reasonable value - NO WAIT - it is not a value it is an Investment. We have a location now that makes people happy and healthy we could not have done it without SpiritualQuest - Art is cool, this place is cool and they know what they are doing ! Run dont walk your dreams can become true right here.

There is a great selection of healthy Himalayan salt products as well as saunas and many more items. I got myself a Himalayan cocooki salt block and it worked wonderfully in cooking my steak and vegetables. Added a perfect amount of seasoning to my food when I cooked it on the salt block. But you have to hear the salt block slowly in order to make the comingc block last longer.

When the pollen levels were very high, it seemed that nothing worked. I hated the side effects of the medicine, not to mention the cost. I found the Spiritual Quest website and started to read. By the time I was done, I had already decided to order a salt lamp and a Himalayan salt pipe inhaler. I didnt really hold out much hope that it would take away all of my problems, but I was desperate to try something. I plugged the salt lamp near my bed and used the salt pipe inhaler right away. While I didnt have a miraculous recovery from my allergy and asthma symptoms, I did notice a difference in the amount of congestion I had been experiencing after using the salt pipe inhaler. I could breathe better and my lungs seemed to have opened up as well. After using the inhaler and sleeping with the salt lamp everyday for a week, I really began to tell the difference. I was waking less in the night and suffering through less symptoms during the day. Even a couple of my co workers commented on the way I looked and acted. They said I seemed less tired and in a better mood. I didnt fully realize the difference it was making in my life until they said that. It was at that point that I knew that it was working. I then ordered several more Himalayan salt lamps to put throughout my home and more salt for the inhaler as well. Everything got to my home in perfect condition and I have been using the inhaler for months now. I have noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel and am so glad I found that website and company.

EDIT: I posted on behalf of my girlfriend who ordered one. We never ended up getting it. Called twice for a refund but Im unsure as to whats happening with that since I dont think shes received a refund yet. The person we were speaking with was Rick Ori. Order Confirmation No: 24188I purchased one of these from their online store. I placed the order on December 1 and it took them until December 11 to tell me that they item I wanted was OUT OF STOCK and that they could offer me two different items. It took TEN DAYS to tell me this. I then asked for the pricing on the replacement items and they didnt respond in 48 hours. I then in desperation just told them Id take the two replacements to again NOT RECEIVE a response. I asked one last time to see if the items would arrive before Christmas on the 14th and they DID NOT respond once again. I had to end up calling 3 times to get a person to initiate a refund which I still dont see in my account 3 days later. I am going to have to reach out to them again.I definitely DO NOT suggest purchasing from this place. They have ruined one of my Christmas presents even though I gave more than 3 weeks for them to get me my product or at least keep in contact with me.0/10. Terrible service. Terrible communication. My Mom had mentioned that my Allergies and lack of focus because of my allergies might be helped by Himalayan Salt Lamps? I had no idea what the heck she was talking about but you know she is my Mom and Moms are usually right!I mean she can tell if the girl Im dating is just wrong when I think she is just right that is for another day. I found a local place to try the lamps, walked in, had a great selection massive show room and a helpful girl named Leslie. We picked out a beautiful 20 lb. lamp and she mentioned the ions would help me breath easier. I did not believe that but the lamp was really cool!I have had the lamp for several weeks now and to be honest I did not even notice by my nose had stopped running and I could take deep breaths again.It was a subtle change but an important one. My husband and I both suffer from the most terrible allergies you can imagine. I dread the coming of Spring each year, and have tried everything you can imagine to try to ease the congestion, runny nose, fatigue, itching, coughing, and everything else that goes with it. I read bout how Dr. Oz said Himalayan salt could help with allergies and lots of other things, so we decided to order the Himalayan salt brick wall to put in a empty room in our home. We thought we would use it as a sort of sanctuary from the world, and spend as much time with the salt and each other as we could. We did a lot of investigation, and decided that Spiritual Quest would be our best choice, since they had been in business so long and seemed to really know just about everything relating to Himalayan salt. We ordered our Himalayan salt brick wall and it got to us much faster than expected. The bricks arrived in pristine condition as well. We feared the process of placing the bricks might be daunting, but it was a breeze. We had them up fast, and the whole room was transformed. They were lovely pinks and oranges, and when lit they were simply stunning. I love just staring at the beautiful colors sometimes when relaxing in our salt brick room as we call it. After we put the salt bricks and got the lighting hooked up, we had time to just marvel t the wall for a while. We forgot that the salt crystals were cleansing the air of dust, dander, and other allergens. It didnt take long to realize that we were actually breathing easier than we had in months. The air in the room was so fresh and easy to breathe, I didnt want to leave. I think we stayed in there for three hours that first night after we installed it. It was much more life changing than I ever thought possible. My husband said that it feels like a whole different world in that room, and I found myself agreeing. It was like there was a new energy and life that wasnt there before. We adore our salt brick room and have had much relief from many of our allergy symptoms. I have found it less taxing to breathe, less congestion, and I dont cough like a used to at night anymore. We have since ordered salt lamps for the rest of the house so we can have that wonderful Himalayan salt all over. My daughter and son have come by and want to add a salt brick wall to their homes as well! They are so pretty, even if they didnt come with a ton of benefits, it would still be something I would want in my home. Our lives have been made so much better thanks to our gorgeous salt brick wall and the experts at SQ! I am so glad I decided to take the plunge and order.

Rude and very unprofessional business! Three weeks ago I called this company to quote out salt bricks and lighting for a project I was working on. I decided to order the bricks but wait on the lights. Original quote on lights were $145. When I called today the $145 quote went up $100 +. When I asked why original quote was so much less he got offended. He explained that he was cutting me a deal because I was going to order multiple items. I told him I have called three times and each time he gave me a different $$$ and he then said he didn’t need my business nor did he want it and to go elsewhere! Wow! I just spent $550 + shipping and This is a thank you.

Ordered giant salt lamp Dec. 1st, but never got a shipping confirmation so emailed on Dec. 11th to inquire and got a reply that the item was not in stock but will be in about two weeks an that I was supposed to get an email so they apologized that I wasnt informed. I asked in the email string if the item would arrive before Christmas and if I could get a refund if it would come after Christmas, but didnt get a reply. So I called Dec. 17th and spoke to a gentleman that said he sees the emails between me and his supervisor, Rick, and that a refund will be issued. I still didnt get an email confirmation of a refund so I called again Dec. 18th and a lady picked up, when I told her the order #, she seemed annoyed and said its already been refunded. I waited and kept checking my bank account, but still nothing, so I emailed Jan. 6th and the email reply was that I had called shipping for a refund instead of accounting...but they only have one number and no options to choose which department when you call. However, I did finally get my refund on Jan. 8th.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered a salt lamp from them...the cord and the bulb did not work!! I called them the same day and spoke to Sales about it. The guy told me that they would be sending out another cord. A week and a half later still no cord. So I called back tonight...the guy that answered the phone in sales was very very rude....would not give me his name and said that it wasnt important. He assured me that he would take care of the problem and have it mailed to me. Also I bought the cower cord with the dimmer switch, which charged me an extra $4.95. He said they were on back order and that they would have to send me a regular cord!!!! Never mentioned a refund for the $4.95 etc. I will call back tomorrow and speak to a manager etc.****By the way....I was a NEW customer, had NEVER purchased anything from your business before. So when your recording states If you are a NEW customer, please press 1 So...since I had never purchased anything from you before I figured I would be considered a NEW customer. I would have not known how you conduct business, for example using email to communicate with support tickets etc. The ONLY reason you got a horrible review, was because of the absolute rudeness you showed me while on the phone. To top that off you call yesterday evening and was rude to my husband and wanted to argue. We do have most of the conversation recorded, so say what you want. My husband owns a business and we would have NEVER talked to one of our customers the way you talked to me. I am not a small child and sure dont expect to be treated like one. I am upset that my cord for my salt lamp did not work when I received it...but this is mainly about your rudeness. I do not need any of your numbers for future reference, because I would never want to do business with someone as rude as yourself.

As a healthcare praticioner, I have been exploring the efficacy of Himalayan Salt Lamps - my research is not done yet however I can agree that this product is soothing and does promote healthy relaxation, I love the one I got the mountain lamp.

I received a Himalayan Salt lamp as a present from a family member for Christmas not sure where they purchased it .I never really heard of them before but I wanted another one because thought it was a great night light .I went online and checked several sites and can across Spiritual Quest video. I was very impressed with the video and the price. I ordered the Super Nova lamp 5-7 tall since that was like the one I got as a present. I payed with PayPal but never received a conformation from the company about payment received or about shipping. I waited about a week and got a little worried because I saw a few bad reviews.I sent a email on the weekend and said where is my lamp !!! Richard got back with me within one hour by Email and assured me that it had already been sent . We spoke on the phone after that and he sent me all shipping info within minutes of my call.Not sure whether email mess up was my fault or his or PayPal but Richard got back with me ASAP.I waited to do a review until I got the lamp to compare with the one I got for Christmas.The lamp was very well packed maybe a little over kill but well packed . The light color is a nice dark orange where the other one is white. I must say this is a way better light when compared between the two. It was great C/S and great lamp for the price I would and will order other lights from Spiritual Quest

We met the gang from spiritualquest at the international spa and esthetics trade-show at the Las Vegas convention Center in late June 2018, we ordered a bunch of Himalayan salt lamps but perhaps more importantly Himalayan salt cabin which came with a product called a HALO generator that product was utterly amazing the comes complete with a 48 inch wide cabin that is almost 4 feet deep has a stereo CD player and the generator that generator makes microscopic salt air which just blew us away.First let me explain the reason why we were at the international spa trade-show my daughter has a serious breathing element and we were looking for remedies in the health wellness spa show industry and we are on vacation have a good time in Las Vegas for the first time.First however we bumped into the spiritual quest trade booth and we are amazed at what we saw salt is beautiful Himalayan salt brick walls we saw beautiful Himalayan salt cabin which is a cabin for the generator so we decided to give it a try.My daughter and I entered the cabin not knowing what the generator was but the kind gentleman explained that the generator was a microscopic salt air machine and that salt is a natural attraction for moisture in inflammation now my daughter has suffered from chronic asthma and breathing elements for quite some time so we decided to check it out we sat in the salt cabin for about 20 minutes without noticing you are relaxed comfortable but upon exiting the cabin by daughter looked at me and said dad my normal congestion or gurgle the sound of my lungs is gone do you think it could be the microscopic salt therapy that guy was talking about?Needless to stay we walked away from the booth went about her business from the next day of the show from mys daughter asked me dad Ive never felt better than that 20 minute session and the salt cabin with the salt generator can we go back and take another look.We did take another look and again we did not purchase it at that time however the kind gentleman at the booth explained to me that he would honor the show special which was 5895 if I called him within a week of the show.Fast-forward to today we got the salt cabin with the halo generator my daughter uses it 3 to 4 times a week its really a lot of fun because every time she comes out of the salt cabin evening is much better and weve seen a cumulative effect of her breathing elements getting slightly better the best thing I can say is it gives my daughter comfort and relief in that relief as a parent or any parent would note is precious I highly recommend spiritual quest I highly recommend you call and speak to one of the great support individuals also there located in Los Angeles which is not far from where we live so we were able to pick up our system their welcome being there open you can stop by anytime Monday through Friday I hope you enjoy our conversation here and I dont know if he can email me through this portal but Im happy to answer any emails thank you so much thank you spiritual quest this is been exceptionally life-changing. bye

I have severe allergies and have heard many wonderful things about salt lamps. I, even went so far as to go to a local salt lamp dealer to speak with her regarding information. I ended up purchasing close to $300 in various lamps for around the house. They arrived in a amicable amount of time. The packing was a bit odd with a menagerie of postal boxes but everything was intact and nothing was broken. At the very bottom was the packing slip that was only noticed because I was breaking down the box itself. It had written on it that 2 lamps were on back order. Now most places will not charge for the back ordered items till they are ready to be sent, this company never changed any charges nor did I ever receive any further information from them. I didnt worry at the time as I had the bulk of the order so I proceeded to place the lamps around the house and turn on. I had gotten the dimmer switches so they were able to be turned down in the overnight hours. Within 1 week, I was having serious dryness issues and within 2 weeks, I was having chronic nosebleeds while everyone else started to complain about the dryness in their sinuses and throats. I turned off every lamp and within 2 days, we were, ALL, back to normal. I, then decided to check into options for returns. I got back on the site I ordered from and submitted a form they have on their page for questions requesting return information (providing the reason why as well). I never heard anything back and didnt realize this until I was doing bills 2 weeks later. At that point, I contacted them via phone and spoke with Richard and I find, now, that I had the same experience as another. I thought maybe he was having a bad day because he was RUDE, hardly let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. He kept telling me they had a 30 day return policy and there was no way the lamps could cause the issues I was talking about. I have never dealt with a company that was so difficult. In trying to tell him, I submitted the form on THEIR website, he said it must have gotten overlooked. Not a single apology for the issue or any attempt at trying to solve anything. Just rudeness, finally Richard offered to refund the lamps that had not been received which I said would be a start. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes then hung up while I was asking if he had a number! What a wonderful attribute to a company! Must be one of the owners because Im in customer service and I would have lost my job on the spot. Well it has been 4 days and I still havent received a call back. I did go back to the website and voiced my opinion about this whole issue on one of their tickets. I ended up getting an email back from Richard saying go check your email Seriously?? And to top the whole thing off, I have searched their entire site and there is nothing stating a return policy of ANY TYPE and in doing this, I realized they only allow the positive reviews on their page because they review them before posting! I would avoid this place at all costs ... DO WHAT I DIDNT AND SHOP LOCAL!!!!!

My experience was horrible to say the least. It took nearly a month for me to receive my order and when I contacted customer service I felt I was getting the run around. When I called the number available and spoke with Richard, he was extremely rude and demeaning. He continually cut me off mid sentence anytime I tried to speak and yelled at me over the phone. I dont know if he was having a bad day or just resented my being concerned about my order but there is no excuse for such extremely poor customer service if it can even be called that. I finally did get my package after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When I did get it half the bulbs in my lamps did not work and I am afraid to deal with customer service again so I will just purchase them on my own. Although their web page is extremely appealing and they have a lot of products I would be interested in I will never do business with them again due to this horrible experience with their customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone who expects anything that resembles decent customer service!
