I liked the quality of the equipment they sell. They are definitely high end for sure. The prices are pretty high but your getting quality.

I unfortunately have had, and continue to have a terrible time with this company. I purchased several thousand dollars worth of equipment in November of 2020. Albeit, due to COVID and demand, I understand there was a delay in delivery until March. I was made aware at time of delivery that1 item was back ordered and would be contacted once in stock. Several calls and emails to Kenneth G went unreturned. It is now nearly 8 months later, July 2021 when I received a response that the item is in store and available for pickup. I ordered a bench press in addition to the other items, nothing custom; I should not have to be hunting them down to receive delivery on and item that was already paid for. Because there is no direct store number, the only contact I had was the salesman who claims to be a manager when I asked that my complaint be escalated to a senior, with which the requested information was not provided. I will never purchase from this store again. Poor contact availability, poor communication, poor follow through, and poor customer service. Equipment is equipment, equal anywhere; service is what sets the standard, and they are clearly lacking.

This past January (2021) I received a sizable gift from my Mother for Christmas that included elastic pull bands, and a Hoist Work out Bench. My mother was excited to give it to me, but when Christmas came around it seemed as though the size and functionality of the bench is not what I was looking for. Because the holidays are hectic, I didn’t get a chance until after the mew year to visit the Paramus location to discuss store credit so that I could get what I wanted. Not only was I met with little to no options, but they do not provide even store credit. To make things even better the representative was short with his responses, unapologetic, and advised me that they have a two week return policy. So when I asked why he sold my Mother a gift (purchased more than twoWeeks prior to Christmas) that would not be returned if I didn’t end up liking it he just shrugged. I do not recommend overspending on equipment that is sold from a place with a two week return policy and with 0 customer service.

Was there today great store. staff was great quality products and good prices will come back soon only one thing I didn’t like. I couldn’t find the 10lb. That match the set I bought everything else was great.

Weve waited 4 months for the delivery of an item they said would take 4 to 6 weeks. Still waiting. Theyve just been holding onto our money--over $5000. I understand that they dont control the manufacture of the equipment. But getting info. about whats going on has been like pulling teeth. Very little sense they care about it. Not seeing any great service on their part at all.

Great customer service. Answered all my questions and didnt do a pushy sales pitch. Nice selection.

Today I received a phone call that my delivery was outside, meanwhile I was never contacted to confirm delivery or set up. Waited almost 3 months for my order than the delivery man told me someone would contact me tomorrow as I told him it’s Thanksgiving so that’s doubtful. Than he proceeded to tell me my order was going back to the warehouse in NJ. Tried calling the store and shipping warehouse was told someone would get back to me shortly called three times was promised a call back from a supervisor and still nothing. Horrible customer service and follow up from the Paramus store and asked for a call back and status update. Spent 5 thousand dollars and do not have a product or a call back. Totally shocked at this experience everyone talks about helping stores out but what’s the point of when your treated poorly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Found a great treadmill with the help of Terry, who was very attentive and listened to our concerns about previous treadmills. We will definitely go back if we need anything home gym related. Thank you!

My whole shopping experience here was a positive one from start to finish. The salesman we dealt with was Terry and he was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We visited the store and Terry showed us different pieces of equipment and we reviewed the details, pros and cons for my age, etc. Once we decided on our purchases, Terry made it easy to complete the order and delivery process. He responded promptly to all of my questions via email. I needed delivery at a specific time and he was able to arrange that for me. And throughout the process he was always friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Terry and Gym Source to anyone I know who is shopping for gym equipment.

I waited to get help on purchasing a excercise bike, waited about 20 minutes no one approached me and my wife and daughter. There were only two customers, and I just received a glanced from one of the employee .

I moved into a new home and was looking to replace/upgrade my old gym equipment. I’ve since bought several pieces of equipment from Gym Source for my home gym.I had a choice of retailers to work with but eventually chose Gym Source for a couple of reasons.Their personnel are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and low pressure in their approach. I’ve worked with Joe at the Paramus, NJ store. I know Joe is employed by the company but he made me feel as though he was working for me. A great feeling.Their selection of equipment is excellent and their pricing is extremely competitive.All in all good people and good products at the right price.

I received excellent advice on what type of a bench to buy for our home gym. I was looking for a decline bench for sit ups and the salesman showed me a multifunction heavy duty Hoist brand bench that could be used in so many additional ways. I also got the best price I had seen on that bench. The sales person was polite professional informed and steered me to exactly the right product. Although the item was out of stock it did not take long before it arrived. I did expect to get a phone call when it was ready which I did not so I called the store. Minor issue as the bench was in and ready to go. They had assembled it at no charge and helped me get it into my vehicle so I got it home safely. I would definitely shop there the next time I am in the market.

Gym Source is a great store, has great service people, and extremely great professional workers that fix and install equipment, and gym floors. We have purchased several machines from Joe, and Terri over the years. They have always been there if their was a problem. Good company, and good people.

I have made two equipment purchases here for my home use, and have come to browse without making a purchase a couple other times. All of these times I have been assisted by Joe, and he is always helpful and accommodating even if we don’t wind up making a purchase that day. He is ready to answer all our questions, give advice and recommendations, and help us find the best deal available on whatever we are looking to buy. I would definitely recommend this store, and plan to come back whenever we are considering another home workout equipment purchase.

Ive bought thousands of dollars of equipment (heavy duty elliptical and bike), weights, bench and racks as well as other stuff there and also had them service my home gym. Ive always dealt with Joe and he is very knowledgable and friendly. When my kids broke a piece of of my home gym he took the part home and had to make a replacement part for me then brought it back. I highly recommend Joe and would/will buy from him again. He lets me know hen their sales are on and more importantly doesnt pressure me into buying something like many of the other stores.

Researched and visited quite a few retailers as i was preparing to buy my treadmill, and Gym Source was far and away the top choice. Fantastic selection of top brands, a large showroom to actually get your hands on and try the various models and top customer service and support won me over. I spent close to 5 months deciding which treadmill i wanted to buy, and the salesperson Joe Dalzell was incredibly helpful and patient. He was in regular contact with me every step of the way, from my first visit to the store through delivery, installation and follow up care. Treadmill was delivered and installed by a group of professionals who clearly knew what they were doing. I cannot recommend Gym Source highly enough. Top notch all the way

Our first experience with Gym Source was on a new apartment building constructed in 2016, Gym source was extremely knowledgeable of the breadth of gym equipment available in the market, and recommended the best equipment specific to our fitness room needs. They were thorough in their analysis, timely in their delivery, competitive in their pricing, and extremely professional to deal with. We have just used them again to furnish equipment at another apartment complex of ours in Morristown.

We purchased a Precor Spinner bike from Terry at Gym Source Paramus. He was very knowledgeable. Delivery was set up for the next Saturday. We were concerned because the delivery window had and were afraid we werent getting the bike. The weather was terrible and set the deliveries back. They showed up as promised a little late, set up the bike, and were very professional. Very pleased and would definitely recommend them. Gym Source only sells quality products.

I used GS to move a treadmill to my house and they were professional, courteous and very technically competent. I recommend them and would use them again.

I thought I was going to buy an Schwinn AirDyne 7 from eBay...that was until I spoke with Terry Klysz from Gym Source. He was so low key and honest! He told me that Gym Source no longer cares Schwinn AirDyne 6 or 7 because of major problems with the handle bars. He explained that the only model Gym Source caries is Schwinn AirDyne Pro. He was sincere and very informed.Because of Terry, I had my husband go to Gym Source, where Terry showed him the Schwinn AirDyne Pro and explained all features.We purchased it, had delivered (and assembled) and WE LOVE IT!Thank you Terry and Thank you Gym Source!
