Thus may sound odd but...I did not know they were only based in NJ. Im from NY, I thought they were also in my state...so I booked a move. Mike called the next day because he wanted to make sure I was clear about their location. He was so kind, professional, and gave me a full refund. I can not say enough about his integrity, honesty, and how he really cares about the customer. If I could rate him 10 stars I would! Another company would have charged me astronomical prices and Im so very grateful. . This company cares, is professional, honest, and thats rare today. If I ever need movers in NJ Im calling Mike!!!

When I called for an estimate Jason was very informative, extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable with the idea of trusting others with our valuables. I honestly thought it was too good to be true but it is a REAL business. Michael called me to make sure I had everything I needed and was all set a few days before the move. The movers were very friendly and polite. Even when they were running late they gave me a call to keep me informed and at ease with the move. We Move U LLC did a PHENOMENAL job with my move this past week. First, the owner worked with me as best as he could. He didn’t try to get me to pay for things I didn’t need. His team was very concise and to the point. Although my move took an extra hour than was anticipated, I was so pleased with the job well done that I didn’t even stress the extra hour. I had a great experience with We Move U LLC. The Foreman I dealt with was named Michael and was very professional. The crew had 4 guys and move my entire medical office in 3 hours. Michael called me the day before to make sure we’re still ok with the time and then to my surprise he called me the day of the move 15 minutes before the scheduled move time to tell me he’s there. I’ve yet to deal with such a punctual moving company and I’ve moved many times between personal residences and medical office spaces over the years. Overall 5 stars.

Michael and his team were great throughout the entire process of the move. He was responsive to emails and calls leading up to the move. They handled all of our items with care and were efficient with disassembly and assembly of large furniture pieces. No hidden fees or anything unexpected. I would highly recommend Michael and his team for your moving needs.

I must say I was highly impressed with this company.I used them before and they did such an outstanding job once my lease was up I hired them again. They were very flexible with my availability and although I needed a move in such a short notice they we able to accommodate my needs ! I highly recommend and if I ever move again this would be my top consideration .

Michael and his team are amazing! They made sure that everything was ready for my out-of-state move by providing boxes and reserving a truck. On the day of the move, I didnt have to do a thing, and they treated my belongings as if they were their own. Everything arrived in the condition I packed it in, and they re-assembled my bed and my table in order for them to make the move. I highly recommend them, and I think its a great value for the price. My family is planning on using We Move U for future moves.

Mike and his team did a great job. I called around for estimates and they had by far the best price for the type of move that I needed. They got the job done in a hurry and met us at our new place over four hours away, while stopping to get some extra paperwork that I needed for my move. Definitely went the extra mile and charged exactly what the estimate said they would. Would recommend them.

After purchasing their groupon, spoke with them on the phone and scheduled a time/date. Had a great conversation with John. Few hours later he texts me saying they cant honor the groupon and to ask for a refund. I call him to speak to him directly, then he hangs up on me. Very unprofessional and cowardly.
