There are many things I like about this company. The staff is very professional and helpful, Dr. Lucinda B. is most competent and responsive. Above all, they are very accommodating with regard to answering questions. They realize that hearing aids are not cheap and you can tell they stand behind their product. I feel secure knowing that if I had a problem they would take care of it and that means a great deal to me.
