I recently purchased a hot tub for my mothers birthday. She is elderly and was concerned gravely about people coming to her home and installing such a large heavy item. She watched like a hawk and I was pleased as she reported how everything was done. These people took amazing care of her. They put her mind and worries at ease going above and beyond to make sure her railing was took down and put back up. The people spoke kindly to her that means a lot especially to me! They didnt have to take the time to say anything at all. Everything looks amazing and they cleaned up everything when finished. Mom enjoys her hot tub and I enjoy knowing it is helping her and making her feel good. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of our family. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thief’s - many getting charged without the work being done. Outrageous incompetence! Even reviews are being written by family members. I was told by an employee that work was never done. This in turn burned my pool pump and I had to buy a new one for $450.00. Have friends who are refusing to use this outfit anymore. Many are refusing to pay for worthless work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This place was so helpful the staff is very friendly and eager to help you with problems you have. The selection is great and the prices are awesome. I am personally in love with all the amazing selection this place has. Anything you can think of for outdoor quality family fun they have! Excellent Service, we received FREE water testing on our pool water. We were able to figure out exactly what was wrong and for the first time EVER our pool has continued to stay crystal clear. Plus they offer monthly cleaning and treatment services, so our busy life has one less thing to worry about! Very impressed with Hugh quality products and thinking of purchasing a spa to add onto our deck. The showroom models are beautiful and financing available! And not to mention, they have paddleboards!!!! Perfect for KY Lake!! So happy to have such a wonderful store in our area! Definitely recommend stopping by !
