Forwarding of my prefix phone number to a branch 4 states away doesn’t help. If I call the number for a store, why would I get fwd to a store not even close. Non the less get somebody who can’t even tell me the slightest information about the store hrs and service??? Really? This is the dumbest upgrade to a phone service yet! Think about what your doing!
