This dealership is great. Paul at the service desk and Kyle in service are outstanding. Was having difficulty getting my TPMS sensors programmed on my 20 FLTRK and Kyle seems to have the magic touch. Stopped by Monday and there was difficulty in getting them to program. Didnt have a lot of time since I was traveling. Stopped by Fri morning on my way back. 30 minutes and Kyle worked some magic and I was out the door. This dealership along with its sister store Lone Star Harley in Tyler are both owned by an independent rather than a corporate conglomeration and it shows. Customer satisfaction is still their top priority rather than trying to squeeze every last cent out of you like the corporation conglomerate mentality. My new dealerships!

Great Staff and selection

I broke down about 30 miles from store and a local trailered me for free. They opened at 9 am and had me fixed by 10... class act guys....

Tried to let them change cam tensioner on 2003 Ultra classic.Before I could get the bike in the shop I was asked if I had an appointment for repair.During the write up I was informed that if there was metal in the oil they would have to replace the engine.(Long Block) If that was the case after teardown and I didnt agree they would refuse to put the bike back together.I am grateful to the guy for telling me this up front so I could reload my back and go home.So hd designs a motor with a cam chain tensioner that often fails and could cause you to loose your motor.I have owned many Harleys in my life, but this may be my last.Why are Japanese engineers so much better? RIP HD!!....... Update...took bike to small independent shop in Tyler Tx They found loose compensator nut.Easy fix.

They had Crawfish Boil today, very tasty and plenty to eat. Very clean and very friendly personal. Also had bands. Really enjoyed myself today.

I love Paris Harley Davidson, but they need a better selection of colors. I like bikes with color, black and white are boring. Bring in some blue, yellow, green orange bikes.

My wife and I stopped by on our way through town. We have several Harley dealerships close to where we live in DFW and have been to them all. The ladies in this merchandise dept are hands down the nicest girls I have ever dealt with. They were funny, (told us the story about the Eiffel Tower they have in town and why it has a big hat on it), knowledgeable of the products helmets and riding gear, and all around great to deal with. I wish we lived closer to this dealership because I would come here all the time.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle or any vehicle for that matter. From the moment we entered the dealership, my husband and I were treated like royalty. Staff was fantastic for the Bring it Home Parade. Dealship is huge with plans to expand. Clothing section had a great selection. They just need to have dealship magnets but besides that they were perfect.

I called shortly after the dealership opened asking for a new rear tire for my FLHTKSE and an appointment to replace the tire. The service writer not only checked for the availability but also told me to come in right away for the replacement. I am 500 miles from home and they took excellent care of me. Would like to send a Big Shout Out to all the staff at PHD from Saskatchewan Canada. Attended the Bring it Home Guinness world record parade and thought all the time and hard work that they put into the event is what made it successful and enjoyable. The staff, Molly in particular, was very helpful in the pre-registration / post patch ordering processes as the website needed to be set up for allowing payment / shipping out of the US. This commitment to customer service was greatly appreciated and would recommend to anybody if in the area of Paris Texas to stop in and visit PHD.

Paris Harley is a great place to do business with. I live two hours away and will be buying all parts and having my bike serviced by them. They made the sale process easy on my 2020 Road Glide Limited. It was even delivered to my front door. Go see them.

UPDATE: Paris Harley reached out to me from this review (Josh first, then Cody) and all has been taken care of. May have missed the mark at first, but they got it done right in the end, and that matters. Very much appreciated.Little rude on Thursday giving me numbers for my trade, let that go. Then they ArmorAlled the front tire on the new bike I bought (soap and water, Simple Green, scrubbing, and 343 miles have done nothing to help with this MAJOR safety issue). Finally, I bought a $26,000 bike and didnt get so much as a keychain with it (expected a shirt, like every other dealer does for bike purchases). Overall, the 1-star is for not BSing me on price. Not being able to enjoy my new bike on my favorite roads for hundreds of miles (and still counting) deserves 0 stars. Very disappointed.

Great customer service even bought by lunch

Its been a couple years ago I stopped here while visiting friends in the area. They had nice selection of the new and used motorcycles. The employees were really great people here and didnt make you feel rushed when looking around. The motoclothes were good in selection too. Hope to be out that way in November of this year...

I have taken my 02 Yamaha V Max there on several occasions. The care that they take while working on your motorcycle and while its in storage at the dealership is unsurpassed. The price they quote you is the price you will see on your invoice when you go to pick up your motorcycle. I have recommended their dealership too many friends for buying or repairs. I would never think of taking my bike anywhere else to be worked on. You can not beat the knowledge at this dealership For working on motorcycles.

Seems to be a great dealership. I was there for the Bring it Home attempt of the Guinness record for largest parade of Harleys. It was a great event with well over 2,000 bikes. And they did a great job of handling the masses with the heat. Would love to visit again.

Bought 3 separate bikes in less than 30 days, drove 4 hours one way, first trip,$3000. In extra packages charged to finance company that was misinterpreted, come to find out bike wasnt inspected after I paid for it response from dealership,,,, just go get it inspected...(really already paid you to do it oh yeah they where out for lunch, sorry to interrupt, another bike wasnt checked out and required $1300 dollars worth of mechanical work to be done, the very same weekend I bought it (cash ) over paid for it based on Harley Davidson protocol for trade ins!!!! Do NOT recommend this dealership!!!!! ---- if they allowed a negative rating I would give it........... However 2 or 3 people who work there, are very helpful and very good .Amanda and Tim yall are flipping wonderful!!!!.............Overall Run to any other place to buy a bike!!!!!!!

I have a 05’ Honda 1800 VTX that needed the fork seals replaced. I called Paris Harley/Honda and they set up a time for me to come in and fix it while I waited since I live 60 miles away from the dealership. They fixed the problem, but they did scratch the headlight case pretty bad. I sent an email to Elizabeth with a picture of the damage and without argue they ordered me a new one and were nice enough to mail it to me, again saving me a 120 mile round trip drive. Everyone at Paris Harley/Honda are great and by the way I was treated, they have a customer from now on. I know it’s a Harley dealer, but if you need your Honda fixed, take it there.

Tom and I had a fantastic experience at Paris Harley-Davidson. After dealing with multiple dealerships looking for a very specific Harley, Cody and Ryan made the whole process as pleasurable and stress free as they could. We drove 14 hours to purchase a 2013 CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide and it was worth every passing mile and minute. Cody and his staff, Ryan, Keith, Michael to name a few were wonderful. All expectations were met and exceeded and we were embraced and were made to feel like family, not just another sale. If youre looking for a Harley, Honda or Yamaha, dont hesitate to stop here first, they will treat you right! We highly recommend Paris Harley-Davidson!

Dont get me wrong. Its a nice dealership with a huge selection.I went there with my neighbor to get a new battery for his HD triglide. The battery he took off was a Continental brand. The new one was branded Harley Davidson. It cost $181. You can get a normal brand battery for around $80.I just hate seeing people get skinned.
