The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. They went through everything and didn’t try to up charge me on anything like a lot of places do these days. If you want a fast, professional, and quick oil change this is the place!!

The Jiffy Lube in Park Ridge is absolutely the BEST!!! Second to none!!! I have been getting oil changes here for almost 8 years and every single interaction I have ever had with any of the employees has been extremely positive!!! All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, professional and thoroughly explain everything in ways that people can understand (especially if you are like me and don’t know a lot about cars). Even when it is very busy, they still try really hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. It is very obvious that they want to be respectful of people’s time. Today, I got an oil change and replaced the cabin and air filter but in the past I have also gotten brakes done here. I’ve always been immensely impressed with the quality of work!!! I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Park Ridge to anyone who wants to get regular maintenance done on their cars (oil changes etc) and who wants to be treated with respect and kindness. Been to many Jiffy Lubes, hands down the team at Park Ridge are Best! I watched a customer get heated, who did not understand the importance of changing filters. I was so impressed by manager Daniel, who calmly in detail explained the great significance of changing the filters. The customer got new filters, apologize for raising his voice and even shook hands with manager. WOW that is great customer service! PS my oil change was Fast and Professsional as always! I HIGHLY recommend this location. Today, I went in to get an oil change and had to take my 6 year old with me because I had no one to watch him while I got my oil changed. Not only was the service quick and efficient, everyone was SO friendly and professional. They let me sit in my car while they serviced it so that I didnt have to take my son out. My son LOVED the whole experience and being able to see it from the seat of my car. Everyone was SO extremely kind. Usually, when I have gotten an oil change at other places, the men working there would take advantage of the fact that I was a woman who knows nothing about cars. This was NOT the case here. They asked me before doing/adding anything. It truly was an amazing experience and I will be recommending it to my family/friends. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you!!

After waiting 25 minutes they told me they didnt have the oil filter for my 2018 Volkswagen so I couldnt get an oil change. The woman next to me had added too much oil to her car and wanted 1 quart removed, they said they would only do it if she payed for a full oil change.

I had been here before and they have always been good. In this case they went above and beyond. I was leaving work late and my car started to make terrible noise. There was nothing around except this Park Ridge Jiffy Lube location. Even though they were closing they were happy to help me try and figure it out. They could have been irritated but instead took the time happily. Pedro was great and was able to figure out was going on. He was able to secure until I could get some where. Good deed so appreciated thank you.

Wow! I’m very shocked with some of the negative reviews. I have been coming to this location for 2 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience each time. All of the employees always show how hardworking, and knowledgeable they all are! I hope people keep in mind that these employees work in harsh weather conditions & of course a difficult time with this pandemic. I hope people remember that Covid is affecting not only us as customers, but as a workplace as well. This location is the best one I’ve been to! I think they all do an incredible job. Great job to management as well!

I have been to this location about 4 times and a few times, I was helped by an employee named Daniel. He fixed the issue with my car and he was super kind and welcoming while fixing it. I would 100% recommend this location

Awful service. Instead of talking with you they assume things. I was suppose to take vehicle inspected for lyft. So when i walk in nobody gave me a chance to explaine what i need. They assume i need to change oil, which i refuse and explaine the true purpose of my visit. They charge 18$ for inspection, and when it was done Daniel refuse to take my DL, because CDL i gave him, wasnt good enough for him. He told me to call to Lyft driver support, and put them on speaker. Surprise, surprise ... there is no way to make a phone call ))))))

Before they changed the oil on my car, car was running perfectly. After their oil change my car broke down, had to take it to a dealership to get fixed.Before I took it do the dealership, I went back to this shop and they could not figure out the issue.The problem was that they broke the oil filter cap on my car which could cause a huge disaster. At the end I had to pay around $500 dollars to clean the mess they caused.At the end I went back to ask for my money back with a proof that they caused a problem on my car, but their manager was very unpleasant and almost kicked me out. And I did not get my money back of course.I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went there with my wife to get her tire patched. They were unable to get the tire off... She has a Volkswagen, which all have plastic lug nut coverings, which the technicians incorrectly thought were the nuts themselves. They completely stripped a few of them trying to get the tire off. Attempted on multiple tires, thus trashing half the covers... And then gave up and told her they werent going to service the car.Safe to say, will never be going here again.

I’m reluctant to even give them 1 star... DO NOT GO HERE! I returned for a second time to correct an issue from an OIL CHANGE; I was greeted by Ruthie who was the most unprofessional human being I’ve ever met. Rude, short tempered, aggressive (hit my window after I told her one moment while I was looking up their hours). I got out of the car and a gentleman next to me said she was really rude to him as well. I left and WILL NEVER come back despite the free oil change I was given bc if their original screw up. Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else.

Complete incompetent manager and staff. Went for the UBER inspection and they FAIL my car because of crack less than 1 inch that was sealed did explain this but the manager was so proud of his self and decided to fail my inspection. Went to the UBER Greenlight after that thay passed the car right away. I WANT MY MONEY BACK LIARS.

They lie to customers. I took in my sister-in-laws car to get an oil change done. They told me that the last oil used was the top of the line oil so I said that I want that one again.After I returned her car to her, she said that she gets the cheapest oil available.They lie to customers just to take more money out of your pocket. Never going back to this Jiffy Lube again.

Male technician informed me my oil plug was stripped after having my car in the bay for 25 minutes. Went to my mechanic he said it was not stripped. Guess they didnt like that they couldnt sell me any extras they were pushing. Stay away from this place. Second time I had a negative experience. I thought Id give them a second chance. Never again.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Took my new Cherokee which needed it’s first oil change and they came up with “things” it needed to repair/replace and I told them that’s impossible, that it was a new car. Frustratingly and disappointed I asked them to just forget it and give me my car back and they said ok, 15 minutes later they said they couldn’t put the cover that protected the oil pan back on and that I would have to take it back to whoever did the previous oil change. I told them this was the first oil change ever done on this NEW car and he told me that he couldn’t put it back together and there was nothing else they could do. What unprofessionalism! The guy’s response was so irresponsible and immature. Never going back there again!

Ive always changed my cars oil myself, my experience with Jiffy Lube was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and worked well together. They tried to sell me extra services but was never pushy. I will never change my cars oil again. Huge fan

I went in today to have them look at my van. The van has a noise from underneath it and when I turn I can feel a click in the floor.. he looked at it and said everything is find and that he didnt feel or hear the noise. But even my wife drove the van and can feel it .. so from now on no mechanical work there ever.. there oil changes have been ok. But I do not recommend the mechanical service at all.. trust the Pepboys auto cant go wrong.

I had already left a review about my oil change but soon after started hearing a weird noise so I decided to go back and see what they say ....Peter and the manager on duty both checked my car for FREE and let me know it must be a muffler problem showed me exactly where the noise could be coming from and even recommended a good priced muffler shop that wont charge me an arm and a leg to inspect the car ... Im near tears right now because Im used to shops taking advantage of me for being a female ... honestly good people !!! Thank you !!!

Took my car in for a vehicle inspection and they double charged my inspection and now conveniently the manager isnt in to help me reverse this charge. Dont ever come here its a waste of time and energy

Best place for oil change

Top Notch! The staff here were super friendly and very knowledgeable. In fact, they helped me out with my radiator issue even though I didnt give them any business. I would highly recommend!

I chose not to give the front desk any of my information (address and phone number), because all I wanted was a simple oil change. After having me wait in the lobby, they claimed there was a problem with my oil tank and refused service. After taking it to our mechanic, they confirmed there was no problem with our tank at all, and happily did our oil change.

The staff is extremely kind and friendly. I had engine issues and happened to pull into their lot. Even though I did not need to use their services they allowed me stay warm and sit in their lobby while I waited for a tow truck to arrive. A+ staff, they tried to help me diagnose my cars issue and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Bunch of unprofessional staffs. Everytime I call, they say they can fix it. I was very specific about the problem. When I arrive, the mechanic says “no we can’t do that.” Either they’re lazy or just ignorant people. They make up bunch of excuses not to do their job if it’s time consuming. They want to earn their hourly wage with less customers and easy work. Don’t waste your time coming here.

They stripped my moms pil plug and blamed it on someone else even though it was a brand new car with no repairs ever... please dont go here

They wouldnt change my oil saying last place tightened something too tight. Said i should go back to same Jiffy Lube that I did last time. Next jiffy lube says there was no problem. Seeing other reviews with same issue, I guess they like their regular customers but not new ones.

Driving on Highway 90 in new car and engine oil light goes on! WTF I Google Jiffy Lube get off at ramp and so happy the Team at 700 Higgins in Park Ridge was ready to help. Oscar greeted me and I explained it was my First oil change in my New car, I had no idea what type of oil to use. He said no worries we can handle it. Then Aida explained my options and calm me down. Bay guy Daniel Louis did the job and I learned about the Skip Plate which I had never heard or seen before. Great service & experience, highly recommend and will be back in 3K miles! Thank again!!!

Not a Jiffy Lube used but wanted to say, I want to thank you to the staff at this particular one. They went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. Got a flat roughly 1/2 mile away, for the life of me I could not take off 2 out of the 5 lug nuts to put on a spare. Drove here, they helped me out with installing the spare and did it for free. They were great, courteous and shook my hand on my way out! Will come back once I get my car shortyly!! Highly recommend: and thank you! You guys saved me!!

I ordered a set of tires. When I returned for the tire install, they changed the terms and made getting a refund difficult.

Good place to get your oil change done. what I liked is that they didnt try to make up stuff that my car does not need to up sell me. The only lie is that the lady said that manufacturer recommended an oil change every 5000 miles and that is not correct. According to my manual it is every 10000 miles. I will come back

I use this place to judge all other Jiffy Lubes. They are always courteous & pop out to your vehicle to help you when you pull in, no matter how many cars are waiting in line. I left another Jiffy Lube where nobody was willing to help you and came back to one of the best Jiffy Lubes in the area. Great service as always. Thanks!

Great service, didnt push extra things I dont need like most locations do. Amanda was straightforward and honest with what my car needed.

Got an oil change here a few months ago and my check engine light went on so I took it to my dealership shop and they told me that the place i went to (jiffy lube) put the wrong oil in my car... crazy right cause i paid for top synthetic full oil they had and they put cheap low barrel oil in my Jeep. If you go here make sure you watch them or they’ll scam you.

These guys and ladies are the best! I pulled in 10 mins before close and said I could come back the next day if it was too late (I thought they closed at 8 and it was 6:50 and they closed at 7) and they laughed and said to pull on in. They were so respectful and made the experience a great one. I was out of there in about 15 minutes! Ive always had luck with Jiffy but this location in particular is pretty awesome!

I stopped in yesterday just a bit before closing to have the folks at Jiffy Lube evaluate my Jeep, to see why it was making a strange noise. I felt bad stopping in 20 minutes before close, but Im making a drive to Florida this week so it was urgent. They welcomed me and honestly seemed excited to look at my jeep. The entire team looked at my vehicle and found what the problem was. Im waiting on a call from them today to see if their store manager will allow them to make the fix (its not something they typically do) and Im really hopeful they can, because I want to give them my business. Thank you so much!!!

Most Jiffy Lubes are terrible however there are some fantastic employees that work there who makes the whole experience worthwhile. One in particular his name isMatthas to be one of the most trusting honest educated men Ive ever met at a jiffylube. He alone has earned my business

We come here all the time for our oil changes. They are honest and helpful. Jeff was knowledgable and I appreciate the quick service.

They do the job pretty efficiently. The upsell pressure is less than in years past but they still push overpriced extras like air filters. Not as fast as they used to imply but reasonable.

Those people became very mean and greedy I been a customer for more 3 years and lately I went to made oil change and safty inspection for my car and they start offering me unnecessarily services and when I refused to do these services they fail my car and charge me $23 I went out and go to TIRE KICKERS with the same points and the car been passed so I show him the one I did it with jiffy lub he loughed and said to me what a stuppied inspection these point has nothing to do with car safety inspection so I went back to them with the passed inspection paper,they start shout on me and one of them threat me to call the cap.Is this really the right way you treat your customer who did a buisness with you over $1000 yearly.Thanks jiffy lub

These guys define good customer service. Every experience I have at this shop has been wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated right and have their car serviced quickly.

Although our family has been loyal to this Jiffy Lube for years, my recent experience was disappointing. After inspecting my car, they told me I needed new rear rotors and pads now, and soon would need new front ones. I was skeptical because I just had the rears replaced 15k miles ago. I made an appointment with the dealership where I bought the car, and they were shocked that I had been told the brakes needed replacement when I still had >50% left any many more miles of use. Not sure I will trust their recommendations going forward.

They charge me for synthetic oil 80$ and they put the regular oil 5000 miles they spouse to put 7000 oil change, for sure I’ll not come back to this place poor customer service

These guys forgot to put up one of the nut for slid(under the car) back after the oil change, and i was touring from East to West coast and took a stop at this place for Oil change, since then my car is having issues. The slid came off suddenly as i entered California, luckily throughout the drive it was held on 3 nuts/screws. I went to another Jiffy lube location who denied to help. Coz of it i started having some coolant leak problem I had to get get coolant leak fixed for almost $800, later there were some oil leaks itself which i got to know at another Jiffy lube. I will not recommend any jiffy lube, they will leave something that will mess up your car. My second time at jiffy lube was at different location but those guys forgot to put back power stearing fluid/oil gasket cap back, i dont even know why they opened it. I took video of that too. The only good thing was their staff was humble at this location.

Lubricated chassis in my van (15 spots) for 10 bucks! Also replaced differential fluid for 60$. Cant beat that. Nice service people too.

The lady technician that greet me when I arrive was great, really friendly, professional and great customer service she is the reason the Ill try this place againI went to patch my rear tire took almost an hour and the guy lost my tire valve cap and give me a different one for some people might not be a big deal but for some one like me that has OCD it is, plus I expect to leave with all my original parts that I arrive with.Next time Ill re-review and change my score to 1 or 4 *

It was my favorite place but not any more I lost the cap for the power steering in there location and I stopped by I told them about the problem the girl said I will order it for you.... the manager called me after 6 days he was so rude and not professional at all and he said if you dont like our service dont come back again...
