Dr. Dixon is one of the best! Great communication, top of the line diagnostic equipment and excellent staff. Its not just Pearl Vision at this location the Optometrist behind the name makes a big difference. Highly Recommended

So Ive been to another Pearle vision that was also great, this one is just exceptional. They were super friendly and helpful. My husband got glasses for the first time (his vision has always been perfect before now) and the whole team was just amazing with him. Enough so that I actually switched to this location. Katie and Kimberly have been great with helping pick out different products and getting them right. And the team that does the exam stuff (Dr. Dixon and Yohan) were amazing. They listened to my concerns and walked me through stuff I hadnt thought about while also making me relax. Its extremely difficult for me to feel comfortable around strangers and they all just made it super welcoming and comfortable while still being very professional. Absolutely would recommend coming here over anywhere else.

Place is trash. Ive never had vision issues till I came to this place. Go to Walmart and see Dr. Vaske.

After a bad experience with another eye care provider, i was happy to have come to Pearle Vision in Parker.Dr. Benjamin Dixon and his assistant Anna restored my confidence in their profession.Dr. Dixon was caring and totally attentive to my questions. His careful examination was very good and, the result of my visit was a very satisfactory one.I certainly will recommend this place to all that need eye care and new glasses. Thank you, Dr. Dixon and Anna. You were exceptional!

All honesty one of the best optometrist Ive gone to, works at the parker store. They changed their policies. Usually I could calll in and ask for more of my contacts to be ordered in, And was ok to pay when I pick up. Im on my last contacts. And told gotta pay up front, which I understand. But when I can order them financially, and they will be bad before I need to change them. Usually takes two weeks before they come in.

My exam with Dr. Dixon was the best Ive ever had. He was extremely friendly and not only provided stellar service, he also took the time to get to know me personally. He truly took the time to make sure I was getting the best contacts for my eyes and also allowed me to try several brands.Their prices for eye exams and contact fittings are great too!I also enjoyed that I wasnt left waiting in the room forever for the Doctor to show up. It was really a nice change of pace.The office is clean and well maintained. Plus free wifi is cool.I love the website and the fact that you can schedule an appointment online. It definitely makes things convenient as it shows you all the available times for any given day.I would highly recommend Dr. Dixon to anyone.

Everyone was very courteous, but after 3 times in and 3 times out- my progressive lens for reading is still not correct. I will have to come back in for another correction, i am afraid.

The staff at Pearle Vision Parker were amazing. Super helpful, friendly and willing to help out. And best of all were not pushy on upgrades etc. overall one of best customer service experiences I’ve had any where. I can definitely recommend Dr Mixon and his team!

Dr. Dixon was not only very professional but he was also very thorough with my eye exam. He was able to improve my vision to better than 20/20.He worked well with my limited budget and we were able to pick out a nice pair of eye glasses. He was also very patient with me while I attempted to put in my contacts for the first time in over 10 years!I would definitely recommend Dr. Dixon for all your eye care needs!

This office has been a breath of fresh air! It has never been so easy to get an exam scheduled, and get the correct prescription the first time around.This place is where Id recommend *everyone*. Theyve exceeded our expectations. We recently switched over from a completely separate place here in parker. The other place we used to go to would never get our information right, and additionally, more importantly, we could never get the right glasses/contact prescription the first time...even after lengthy consultations.The staff here at this Pearle Vision location are knowledge, caring, timely and efficient. They get the job done right while making you feel welcome and inclined to come back. We will be using this team from now on, and I recommend them to my friends and family frequently.Look no further!

The experience we have every time at this Pearle Vision is always wonderful. Especially Katie. She is always helpful and kind. Honestly, one of the reasons we keep coming back. Dr. Dixon amd Dr. Sider are also awesome, but there staff is beyond compare!

Super disappointed. Ordered a pair of prescription sun glasses (ray-bans) frames were cracked, when trying them on the frame was not sitting well, looked crooked (even after trying to fix them twice) the glasses would slip down my nose and couldn’t tight them up again. Logo (which I wanted) was not on the lenses. Thanks for wasting my time. Specially when I needed them for my vacation.

I was so happy with my visit to Pearle Vision! I had so many questions, and Dr. Dixon was so patient and helpful. The whole staff was great. Plus, I couldnt believe how fast my glasses were ready. Ill be back for sure!

I brought my 5 year old here this morning for an eye exam and she loved it. She was nervous because she had a terrible experience getting an eye exam in the past, but everyone here was amazing with with her. She had her eyes dilated and the doctor was so kind and patient and she got a sticker when done. They also took our insurance which was huge a plus!

Dr. Dixon was awesome. I needed a new eye exam and was very happy I found this place. The staff was friendly and my exam didnt take too long. I absolutely recommend this Dr. He takes the time to explain everything and I will definitely be back :)
