Ordered the Tavern Club and it was one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. Probably a solid half pound of meat and everything tasted very fresh. Ill be going back soon.

If you are looking for a sandwich at the same price as a footlong but ten times better, get the tavern club. All of their sandwiches look amazing. Ill be back 100 times over 😎

Had a sandwich with my wife here and was pleasantly surprised by the size, and great taste. The friendlyness of the staff was really top notch so oh tall a great experience.

Have a little maze set up to encourage you to enter an exit from the correct door. Limited space inside but I have never been inside with more than two other people.Great sandwiches!

I am the person that waited to the last minute to get Easter dinner 530 Saturday evening. I had placed my order for ham earlier that day. When I arrived there was a gentleman at the door that wanted to apologize because they were completely out of ham. I asked him if he had slices which he did. I was let in and given a sanitized wipe. I purchased my slices and a couple of sides not too many of those left either. The two girls behind the counter apologized more than once for the lack of items available. I expressed to them how much I appreciate it everything that they did how polite they were and this was not their fault. They were beyond nice and professional and I just wanted to say thank you.

Best hidden secret in town!! We all know their hams are amazing but they have the best lunch deli sandwiches EVER!! I am so hooked.. they also do catering for small and large groups. Who would have known....

They went above and beyond to fix what door dash messed up on. Our order showed up incomplete and the owner personally delivered what was missing plus extra items to make up for door dash’s mistake- this is a great local company that I hope the community supports!!

Purchased a Honey Baked turkey breast to serve as part of Christmas dinner. I usually get a Honey baked Ham, but decided to try their 3 lb. turkey breast this year. It was excellent... they prepared it just like the ham, with the wonderful seasonings and crunchy crust. What a great surprise !!! I will definitely order this again, for various occasions

There was a line to pick up the ham I ordered online, but it went fast and the check people were friendly. Would give 5 stars but the ham is a little pricey.

Reserved a ham to be picked up on Christmas Eve. When I got to the store, theyd sold all the hams of the size I had reserved. I had to buy a much larger ham after waiting for 45 minutes. No apologies, no reparation. Manager called after my review, apologized and offered a gift card that NEVER came. The ham was delicious; its too bad that the customer service was so bad or they would have had a regular customer. Two stars because the product was awesome....no stars for the service.

I buy a lot of food from the Parker store. I ordered a ham for Christmas dinner this year and it was so dry (seemed like old stock) it was inedible without adding moisture to it while reheating. I called the store and was given a “thank you for letting us know...” and then silence... very unhappy with the ham and lack of customer service.

They were busy, as to be expected during the holidays however, the line moved fast. Downside, there was a problem with reservations not being available. It sounds like this was due to people making reservations then not picking them up or making reservations at multiple stores. My suggestion is make people pay for their ham/turkey online, this will avoid that problem in the future.Either way, it caused some problems. Unfortunately, people were very nasty to the staff. Yeah, so my turkey breast wasn’t there. Big deal, the holidays aren’t ruined. I had the option to wait until more was ready or a deal on a ham. The Manager had his hands full as did the staff, they were patient, attentive, AND cheerful despite the store full of half grumpy customers. They handled the situation well. Well done! 😊

Ham (or turkey), sides, pies, cakes and rolls that are delicious for no-hassle holiday.Option of getting just the right portion size for the number of your guests is a plus.Other goodies offered are, bacon, pot roasts (beef or pork) and set meals, sandwiches, etc..Did see other bottled condiments and pre-packed sweet goodies for sale but have not tried them.Store, though dated, still offers the same good ham through the years.Location is a bit confusing so using navigation is a big plus.

I came in around 11:45 am today (Wednesday) to grab lunch and there were quite a few people in the store. The gentleman up at the front was alone and handled the rush well, and was incredibly cheerful and prompt. He did a great job. The staff is always so wonderful here!

I dont really like ham except for a honey-baked ham. Every single time these things are wonderful. I love these little small stores that are convenient.

Great food, good service. Disappointed that I had an order for specific items and they did not have whay I had ordered. Long line for thanksgiving, over 1 hot and 15 minutes to pick up my order two nights before thanksgiving

I had placed my order online in advance with an order confirmation only to be told they didnt have any item I placed. They said they would substitute the ham I had ordered with a more expensive ham but didnt have any other sides I placed. I get the times we are living in but dont allow pre-orders. Left with nothing.Some feedback for the owner, one of your cashiers flipped off a customer as he was leaving. I was standing in line and watched the whole thing.Wont ever be back for business catering or personal.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, even during the insanely busy holidays. And the ham is to die for! All the Thanksgiving sides were delicious as well. I always get a Honeybaked for special occasions.

OK, so I ordered quite a few items to be delivered to my friends in Aurora, Colorado. They loved everything that was sent. The dinner was delivered hot, delicious and on time. What a concept! Benjamin was the man who helped me over the phone and he couldnt have been more helpful or pleasant if he tried-He was wonderful! And the hardest part is that I live in California so I had to put all my trust in Benjamin and he came through with flying colors! Thank you Benjamin and Honeybaked Ham. You made Jims birthday, extra special!!!!!

My cousin pre ordered Christmas Dinner and they didn’t have it. The management didn’t care. These Scrooge’s ruined my cousins Christmas! It’s sad when a company cares so little about customer service that they can’t provide products that are pre-ordered! And they didn’t even provide coupons or discounts! If you want to be sadly disappointed in your holiday, be sure to patronize this sorry establishment.
