Ive been a client of Miss Suzie for years and am always very satisfied with my hair. She and the ladies in her shop always do beautiful work and are kind, professional, and talented. I highly recommend them to others.

I am not sure what her problem is? She cant be that busy, she responds right away. I tried scheduling an appointment with her via text message. She seemed like she was unavailable for the day I wanted. I was willing to schedule for another day. Instead of telling what days she was available she gave me the run around and was supposed to get back to me. Three days later and no response. If she was too busy thats all she needed to say. I dont understand how she tends on getting new clients or keeping her current ones if you cant respond.

I have a very tender scalp and was a little worried about braids. I googled this salon and called . Suzie explained clearly the process, fees and rules . I was happy to know up front what to expect . My appointment was scheduled couples days later . I got a remainder text the day before with the address and the payment method . Everything was transparent and I really liked that . My appointment was at 9:15 . I got there at 9:14 and everything was ready for me . Khady (the lady that did my hair ) was very professional and gifted . She quietly braided my hair fast and clean! The result was amazing. Thank you ladies . This place will be my to go hair shop for now on .

I took my daughter here for braids. Wow! They did such a great job. The braids look fantastic- very clean with no fly away hairs. They took time to use several different products on her hair as they went along and suggested a couple of products for her to use on her hair in order to protect her scalp and help keep her natural hair nourished and keep from becoming dry and brittle. The quoted price was the exact price I ended up paying. Definitely bringing my daughter back every time she wants new braids! I highly recommend you check this business out!

Have worn braids off & on for yrs, this was the best hair braiding experience Ive ever had. I asked they not be too tight or heavy. My request was honored!!! In the past there was always two people doing my braids & it still took 7- 8 hrs. My appt yesterday was @ 9:15, I was out by 1:45, with only one person. I head doesnt hurt, I dont have to wait 3 days to start styling. This experience makes me feel much better about going natural.Thanks!

Everyone in the shop is always so welcoming and so happy. If you want good strong cornrows that are not breaking your edges, Njoki got you and if you want super ocd neat single braids, Nancy definitely got you. She will take her time but that’s because she wants her job to show and you will absolutely love your braids. Those two are the only ones that have done my hair but everyone is really good with what they do.

Absolutely in love with my box bob braids! I had a horrible experience with someone who told me they could give me box braids the week earlier but it turned out horrible so I was desperate to get them redone. I was the first client of the day and we started right away, took about 4.5 hours. They offered free drinks and were very kind! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I usually like to catch up with whoever is doing my hair but they didnt talk to the clients much in the shop but thats totally fine. Ill definitely be back! 🖤

Let me tell you that prior to this appointment I was nervous because I have never let anyone braid my hair I did not know. Suzie is absolutely amazing. She was quick, proficient, and professional. She made me comfortable and made me feel amazing! I have never had crochet faux Goddess locs and she made them look fabulous! I’m also so used to sitting for five to six hours and she finished my hair in less than an hour and a half which included braiding my hair prior to adding in the locs. She is wonderfully priced and her skill speaks for itself. Definitely going back and highly recommend her.

Suzie has been doing my hair for almost a year now and each and Everytime I am in she treats her costumers and people she works with,w kindness. A very family oriented,shop close knit community in there. On top of that she does a great job in my hair every time and never fails to impress me when she does a new style I ask for! I am impressed with the quality, as well as time efficiency. I am going to promote this company as well as be a customer from now on.

Customer service experience was unprofessional and I would rate a zero but no zero option is available. I have been there a total of 3 times, in which each time was a further worse experience than the other. The first visit I waited a total of 45 minutes with no sorry or compensation of my time. The second time I waited about 30 minutes with an already scheduled appointment until she showed up finally at first open. Again, no sorry Im late or how can we make it right? The third and final time I waited a whole entire hour before she started. Keep in mind, I scheduled this appointment a week in advance and the person scheduled to braid my hair was sent out by the owner on the same day - morning of my appointment. In addition to unorganized lack of structure, the owner called me the morning of twice, in which the second time I answered asking if I was still coming. I was not late, however early and I was told that same very morning, without notice that if i did not call to confirm my appointment, they assume I am not coming. They made excuses for why I waited a whole hour and as soon as the lady arrived with the hair I asked for a discount to compensate for my time of waiting. This was her response. We are doing you a favor / the time Im late for doesnt matter because it would have still taken the same amount of time to do your hair (which she rushed through) / (looking at the owner) You need to deal with her it aint my fault. I am still floored when she said well Ill give you ten dollar discount I make plenty of money to have been very offended by that statement. My time is more valuable. From both the owner and the worker, I felt attacked and deliberately blamed for something that was their fault. Not mine and they made it seem I did something wrong when I asked for a discount. Judge for yourself. I will not be supporting their business. Have a great day!

I decided to try a new hairstylist after being unable to obtain an appointment with my regular one. I called and made an appointment to see a loctician and was refered to Njeri. Im not one to jump ship but after Njeri worked on my dreads, which by the way were in dire need of attention, she obtained a new customer. I will be returning and referring new customers to her. Very professional, and responsive. This is my 2nd time having my hair braided and again I am pleased. Had an issue w a few braids... fixed in 24 hours... even though they were closed. I have been coming here for a long time. From the first moment I met suzie she knew exactly what I needed. I have Sisterlocks and there is only a handful of consultants with in my area. When I first started my sister lock journey I would commute from olympia to fife every 4 weeks with a private consultant who started my Sisterlocks. There was a break in my retightening due to not being able to commute so often and the consultant only doing retighten on sundays and being booked up all the time. My friend at the time who works in a correctional setting had a coworker who sees suzie, long story short I called made an appointment and was in her chair the next week. Tho she was challenged by the texture of my hair the amount of grow out and unable to no longer see my grid. She recreated each Sisterlocks and did a better job then my first consultant. She takes her time and really focuses on the health of your hair. Suzie you are everything I needed and more
