The owner texted me directly to schedule the appointment and Chris was out to fix my window within a couple of hours. They were less expensive, they came to my house to repair it, and they were able to fix it right away, another company couldn’t. I will gladly use them again.

City Auto Glass responded to my need of replacing my van windshield quickly. We setup an appointment for replacement in my driveway. I was contacted 20 minutes before set time to be sure I had the van in my driveway. Personal was on time, explained what was going to be done and answered my questions. A question I had was if they could transfer my MN State Park sticker from my old windshield to the new one. They said they have had good results transferring stickers but if it was not possible they would place the sticker on a piece of plastic so I could work with the MN DNR/State Parks. The transfer worked great. City Auto Glass delivered on time and did a good job.

Services was very friendly and professional from start to finish. My windshield was replaced quickly even with temperatures taken into consideration. Definitely will use them again.. and would recommend others to use them as well.

We have used City Auto Glass multiple times both for our personal vehicles, as well as our fleet of vans. Driving back roads that are gravel to wilderness canoe landings, we back off the best we can from the car ahead of us. But when they kick-up a rock, and it dings a windshield, its Call the insurance, and call City. They are quick and professional.
