I work in the same plaza and thought this would be really convenient to drop off 2 pieces of my husbands work clothes. however, when i stopped in this morning i realized not only were the prices steep but the lady tried to charge me for a polo when the item was a t-shirt! when i told her it was not a polo she caught an attitude and tried to argue with me saying “oh well that’s how we charge.” so needless to say that i will absolutely not be back or spend my money here! i could’ve maybe looked past the prices but not going to be deceived

So here is the deal with them. They are usually efficient and polite when I’m there. Over the last year or so. We had one instance of a mistake, however they remedied the error and took care of the issue. No complaints from me

Numerous issues in terms of late pick up/delivery or just not showing up at all. I 100% do not blame the actual employees at Parkland branch, its Tide for having understaffed facilities.

Quick and reasonably priced dry cleaning. Facility is clean and staff very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.

The Boca and parkland fl branches work hard to keep up with all the orders but are understaffed. tide needs to properly staff/pay employees and then maybe things would run more smoothly

Tide Cleaners is an assuring and pleasant experience. I was hesitant to try them, honestly the name threw me off. I am super picky about dry cleaning. Their quality of work is top notch. The store itself is modern and immaculate, with state of the art eco friendly equipment. I love how you can pick up your cleaning 24/7, and they are always active keeping in touch with email coupons. I highly recommend.

Yolanda is an angel! Ive had some issues, but her professionalism and attention to customer service is stellar...but out of the 4 times Ive used them...they have lost my wash and fold 3 times...Im done, I just hope it dont take them 2 weeks again to find my clothes.

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. Everyone there provide superior customer service and really goes above and beyond to help their customers. My clothing is in good hands at this location plus they have big money saving coupons frequently which is a nice plus. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the best cleaners around. Glad we found them after trying around West Boca. First the staff is amazing. Friendly, prompt, things are cleaned on time, fix buttons, environmentally friendly, the list goes on. Top it off with 24 hour kiosk pick up and this is an absolute home run! I drive past 4 other cleaners to use them weekly.

Very professional location, all the modern conveniences Ive never known to expect from a dry cleaner, and complimentary water and chocolates! What could be more pleasant that dropping off, or driving by and leaving, your clothes at a dry cleaner and picking them up at your convenience? I was very happy with the way my shirt was pressed and they removed a few day old stain on a bespoke shirt! Everything I wanted and more, and much better than the dry cleaner closest to my home, sadly. Absolutely recommend.

I am very pleased with the cleaning quality, the ironing, but also the entire team who always has a smile for you. A great dry cleaner in a very convenient location. Never a long wait and they have drive through service (you never have to get out of your car). Always greeted with a smile! 4/5 because prices are a bit high, but you pay for convenience and great same day service. Keep up the good work! Great opening hours as well, only dry cleaner open on a Sunday.

Lets face it dry cleaners are all the same. EXCEPT this one. They have the cleanest brightest store I have ever seen. They do the dry cleaning in house. What does that matter? Because 99% of the places in South Florida send the work out and make such a deal about getting things done quickly.When I drive up to pickup they offer me a bottle of water. They have coupons and specials as well. I think the dry cleaning business needs a wake up call like this. The company is a franchise using the name of the most well known detergent in the world. They sometimes give out free Tide pods at the front counter. Sign up for their email offers.

I love this place already. The staff is so friendly and informative. They use environmental friendly products and it smells so fresh and clean. They set up a rewards program where you gain points towards free or discounted services, which is amazing. The prices are reasonable and the time saved is amazing. They also wash and fold laundry by the pound. It’s a bit more pricy than other places for that service, but the products they use are of higher quality, so it is more than worth it.

Great job! I took king size comforter and bed skirt to be cleaned. Both came back looking brand new! The people are the nicest, the store is immaculate, prices were the best, and they have covered valet service. What more could you want? I would definitely recommend this place.

Quality dry cleaning, fair price, reliable and accommodating staff.

Last time they lost a piece of my cleaning and I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to find it. This time I had a minor repair and dry cleaning of a dress which was $30, I got the dress and wore it to work and it was not cleaned. When I phoned up complaining instead of offering me a refund for the cleaning she told me to bring it in. Bad customer service and not ideal at all to not clean clothes when you are a cleaner. They are close to my home but I will use someone else going forward.

If I could leave negative reviews I would. They have now destroyed over $600 worth of my stuff! Two $200 blouses DESTROYED and all 4 of my $50 blankets. They handed me my stuff with a smile and never even mentioned their screw up. It wasn’t until I got home that I uncovered the truth! If you value your stuff STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Beware of pricing. They do a good job on the clothes when they are on time. I’ve come since they been open. The amount I’m charged each time is a moving target.

They do a good job for dry cleaning of suits BUT expensive compared to most others. Shirts pressed with starch are so-so.My big problem is this, 3 weeks ago i brought in a pair of pants to have 1 leg rehemed cost was $12. earlier this week when i dropped off more shirts, i brought in another pair of pants to have 1 leg rehemd they said it was $18. i said no thanks way too much but said why the difference in cost when i just paid $12..they said thats what it is..So today i go in to pick up my shirts and ask again they said $20 with no lining and $25. with lining..WTH guys whats the real price??? Now i know why no prices are posted for that stuff. Time to find new dry cleaner again.

Call to see if my clothes were ready, they said that part of them were ready and the rest will be ready after 5 pm. I asked ok if I go at 5:10 pm to pick the clothes, A guy told me that he did not know if they would be ready and that he could not know for sure when. Horrible !!!
