All the associates are so busy and they still have time to remember who each person is by name. I love this CVS.

The pharmacy team at this CVS is so helpful and compassionate. I’ve been to literally ever pharmacy in town trying to get a hard-to-find prescription filled for my senior dog, only to have the prescription tossed back at me with unhelpful comments like “good luck finding that” or “you won’t find that anywhere” or as one very rudely said to me, “go ask your veterinarian,” (as if I hadn’t asked the vet first where I could find it). This prescription was readily available in every pharmacy where we moved from out of state so I was floored. The Parkland pharmacy staff were angels. They did not hesitate to offer to order the prescription for me and got it in very quickly. I am super grateful for them and their help for our fur baby.

Yes ... the need seriously help in this pharmacy!!! They leave us in line forever and Im not an old grumpy lady here..... a guy pulls up after I waited for 20 mins and they other person in the pharmacy helps him and hes out ... but the lady is still helping guest inside which is fine but Im sure at this point u can see in the cameras Im standing up and watching her get new customers ... while Im still waiting no communication... I hit the button and then the guy starts to help me lol and tells me a fee ... nothing came from her that my insurance isnt covered ?? Or anybody at this point .... watch the cameras !! They need help in there and communication with their costumers!!

They have a lot of new cosmetics. Different brands. I always buy daily necessities here, the quality is very good. Its close to home and convenient.

This location has a wide selection of products and the customer service at this store is top notch. When I need medical items or snacks, this is the place that I will be coming to due to how the employees treat customers. Not many places give this level of service.

I am very pleased with the staff and the service. Been coming here for years and have had a few issues with prescriptions, but its always taken care of in a timely manner. I live very close by so its very convenient, even if all I need is a gallon of milk :-)

Was there for a COVID testing. Pharmacy girls are not the best at costumer service. Why do they think the client is suppose to know the whole process that involves his test? Patience and better and clear instructions would be nice.

Horrible!!!! I can never get thru to staff!!! You get put on hold for atleast 7min to get back on hold. Not sure understaffed or what.

This store does not open at 8am. They say 9am each day. Why does Google say 8am

Its the little things that go a long way. Just went in to grab 2 small items and the cashier Relean was super nice and extremely pleasant. Usually CVS cashiers are just blah, but her positive attitude was much appreciated.

The staff can really make or break a stores reputation and the bad associates are starting to outnumber the good in this location. I have had wonderful experiences in the past with two specific people (one male I know is a manager and one female I am unsure of her status), but it seems like if either one of them are not working the front I am guaranteed to leave annoyed. On one occasion, the very pushy cashier told me anyone with common sense and a brain would sign up for their new program, after I declined several times. On another occasion, an advertised item (soda) was out of stock, which is understandable & I have no issue with. When I asked for a rain check, the associate asked how many offers I wanted, and then told me that I couldnt have that many & made up his own quantity limit. When I told him theres no limit & when there is a limit its always advertised, he told me even though theres no limit, you cant have as many as you want you have to leave some for other people. I dont shop there to be insulted when I dont sign up for a new program or because I wanted to buy 5 offers of soda.

There are definitely certain CVS locations that Give you the care and attention fat. Personal needs in todays Busy World. There are a couple within a few miles of each other that meet that criteria.

Ive been sitting in the pharmacy drive through line for 19 minutes. No one has came to the window, buzzed in NOTHING. This isnt the 1st time this has happened either. Its a continuous thing to just sit in the pharmacy drive thru.

Pharmacy service is very slow. They absolutely do not have enough help in the pharmacy. I don’t really blame the associates. I blame CVS for not scheduling enough help. You will wait on hold for very long periods of time if you call. When the call was finally answered, I was told that the doctor did not call in the script. I called the doctor back and that was not true. The doctor did call in the script but the pharmacist didn’t listen to their messages. Then I waited for 30 minutes to have a script filled!

They NEVER answer their phones. Which means I have to drive over just to ask questions about my medicines. They need a dedicated person to only answer phones.

Worst Pharmacy ever, why even have a drive thru if it’s never even open! Don’t waste your time and come here, I rather wait at Walmart that this point.....

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescriptions are never ready when promised, they put you on hold and never answer or they just hang up on you all together. Every prescription I’ve filled has been a nightmare. They’ve been rude to my doctor’s office. The list goes on. Switching pharmacies immediately.

Slow, unhelpful, and, oh yeah, they lose your prescriptions. I made a mistake switching out from a much better pharmacy, Publix. Going back, even though i have to pay a little more, its not worth it. See ya, cvs.

Horrible pharmacy service. Very rude and long wait to speak to someone. How hard is it to pick up a phone. Just pick up and say hold or something. Dont waste your time.

Very very friendly staff always very polite and helpful . Ive been using cvs pharmacy for at least seven years and never had one issue. The pharmacists always have a smile on their face and treat you like your neighborhoods pharmacist should :)

They dont care about the urgency. I dropped my prescription for my wife for Antibiotics and Pain killer @ 8:25. I was waiting there and they said it will be ready by 9 and will send you text message. So I went home and waiting for SMS. My wife is having severe pain so I went back just 9PM. They said they cannot ring it as it past 9. I can understand the rules but what made is much anger is they didnt even felt sorry for not sending SMS after they filled the prescription. The Pharmacist last is very rude. I will file an official complaint on them to make sure they dont repeat this with others.

The pharmacy here is fantastic they work quick and efficiently its my go to place when I have prescriptions

Still on hold for the pharmacy. It total so far, 31 minutes being placed on hold by the store staff. Highly disappointed in trying to get a yes or no answer about a prescription’s readiness.
