Terrible Ordering ExperienceOrdered a group of John Deere parts and provided payment information. Only days later did I learn that the items listed for sale were not necessarily available. Had to check the warehouse. I requested status of the order late last week. No response. Checked status again this Monday morning and the order still showed status of processing. Sent and email canceling the order and very quickly received and email that a shipping label had been created. I had to confirm that the order was to be canceled again because time had run out. I had found another source who could get me the parts from confirmed inventory overnight.Will never use again. Cannot recommend this operation to anyone.

Terrible experience. Received a random half of the items I ordered, then when I finally tracked someone down they told me it was my fault that they charged me the wrong price and I would have to pay triple the price listed on their website. After asking to speak to an owner I was told they would honor the price and send the items, I still have not received promised shipping info or items and I am escalating with PayPal to get my money back. Now I am out 4 days of operation with my lead machine, and I am headed to my local CAT dealer to get the parts anyway.I recommend you find anywhere else to buy your parts unless you have the time to deal with this.

Found this site looking for bobcat parts. All the reviews that are positive appear to be fakes. All the addresses are fakes. Pictures are reused for different other spoofed sites. The address is to a random house in Florida. Proceed with caution and use paypal so you get your money back.

Working with Aftermarket Express has been great. Made a few purchases and did not know how good they were until something went wrong. They fixed it quickly. I will buy from them again.

After 3 weeks of trying to figure out why payment wasnt being processed, we cancelled the order. Tried calling and there was nobody to pick up the phone. No buying here no more. But at your own risk. Make sure you have PayPal.
