Good customer service. Someone immediately helped us as soon as we walked in. Store is fairly clean and organized. Plenty of parking available. Good selection of products. Cashier also priced matched the ACE website.

I always go here over Home Depot or Lowes. The employees are knowledgable and friendly. The tall gentleman with the faceshield has helped me a great deal a few times and the assistant manager gave me great advice for my project.

Great hardware selection, looked at different stores and location searching for stainless steel retaining clips. Definitely my first stop from now on.

Not just my neighborhood location, but a crew of problem solvers. Went to drop off a return package to the UPS store. Ive been here a dozen plus times and its been great, today ACE wasnt the primary visit but they came through in the clutch helping out the UPS team and fixing an interesting issue. 10/10 recommend.

A recent change in store management has greatly changed shopping experiences for customers — I’m referring to the big fat guy with all of the uncut hair who now loudly and rudely proclaims that he is the new manager in charge of the store. His new control of the store has changed shopping experiences from previously good to now bad.

I visited Parkland Ace Hardware store at 11:00 on October 30, 2020 to drop off an Amazon package at the UPS.The sales associate who helped me was a tall, husky man with a beard (I didn’t get his name) was extremely rude and very aggressive. He kept demanding that I place my box on a scale but there was no scale on the counter anywhere in front of me. I asked him what scale is he talking about. He kept saying “put the box on the scale”.After the third time another sales associate came up and put the box on a scale on the far end of the counter that was clearly not in the line of sight for customers.I would use caution in coming into contact with this employee. He lacked customer service skills, communication and was unnecessarily aggressive.As I turned and walked away from the counter I heard him say a few choice words that I won’t repeat here.

They have a UPS in this store. I arrived and the lady at the counter was very nice. I had issues printing my return lable at home, as well as a couple other customers. She was the only one working at the time and had difficulties getting the lables for a customer and it made her line go from 4 to about 15. She was extremely patient and did not get flustered at the situation. We need more helpful agents like Wagner.

Whenever I go in here I feel like Im stepping back in time. They always have 50s music playing, a lot of the stuff feels like it belongs in the 50s as well. It just has that feel. But they do their best to be helpful. Prices are substantially higher than, say, a Lowes or Home Depot. But location works and they do try.

Great customer service. Inventory of actual hardware like nuts, bolts, cotter keys, pins, washers etc. Always someone there at the front counter asking what were looking for, and they know the store quite well. Pricing is good, their rewards program actual does pay off, I get frequent coupons for $5 or more.Hours of operation are great, 7 days a week!

Great service and products

I was there Saturday 14/11/20 and bought a Bleeding Heart. I had bought 3 earlier in the week but my planter wanted a 4th. When I got home I found it to be extremel root bound in the container and aa careful as I was, it broke. Wenf up there later that day for soil and the same cashier helped me. I mentioned what happened- only so they could be aware- not at expecting or hoping for compensation. But thr cashier totally had me grab a new one! Very impreased! Ive been a long time customer and will continue to bs!

Today was easy. Just went to get a couple of keys made. They can be hit and miss. One day I went in and asked about parts for me green egg grill, and got directed to the aisle qith hoses and spigots and such. Figure that one out.

Found everything I needed, pretty quickly. No wait for check-out...many cashiers on duty.

Horrible customer service. Michael the manager was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I used to spend a lot of money there but now I will never shop there again and will let everyone know not to shop there. He needs some form of management training or customer service skills training to better serve the customers.

Great place to shop. They actually talk yo you when they see you and they know what they are talking about.

Wont be coming backRight when we walked through the doors we werent greeted. The lady at the front acted as though she was upset I asked about where an item was I didnt feel comfortable nor welcomed at all in this establishment. She didnt even offer me a ACE membership. I have never been here I now I choose not to ever come back.

Went in to buy some plants and concrete scalloped bricks, the guys were super friendly, advised me on how to transplant and answered questions on different plants. Ask for Michael, super nice gent and knows his plants. Military Discounts offered and took time for me.

The people make this store what it is. They are so helpful and youd feel like you knew them forever. Always polite and they even provide free soda and coffee for shoppers. Theyre quick to remind you of that. The prices are little higher, however I will always go here over any other store. Ace hit this one out of the park.

The Parkland store has great reviews so I was disappointed that my experience patronizing this store was stressful. I had two keys made for my front door and when I got home discovered that neither key matched. I drove all the way back to Parkland to have new keys made but the staff didnt make me feel confident that the new keys would work. I asked for a refund and will not return to this store to get keys made in the future.

About a million fasteners in stock. Ive been missing this type of hardware selection since the Ace hardware further down Pacific went out of business. Staff was super helpful too.
