I went here yesterday for breakfast and had a pretty pleasant experience. They have a lot of safety measures in place because of covid so you order on a tablet at the front door when you enter and it sends your order to the kitchen while you wait at a chair or table or you can have it text you if you walk outside. Then once your orders ready someone brings it to you over at a little pickup area. Doesnt seem like youre able to dine inside right now but they have plenty of table seating outside in the shade. I decided to sit outside and eat and it was nice and quiet and peaceful. The pricing was a little higher than what Im used to especially $2 add-on for peanut butter but it is what it is. I did a medium custom bowl and my bill with tip was $16. Overall everything was fast, fresh and clean. I would go back for sure.
I wish there were more places like this! You want quality fresh food that consistently tastes great? You gotta be willing to pay the price. With the taste and portion that you get its really like buying two great bowls in one. You can stuff yourself with one whole bowl or save some for a second meal. This is a place you gotta try!
False advertising/bait and switch. When ordering on Uber Eats it stated 25-35 minutes for delivery. I mapped it after and realized the restaurant is a 25 min drive from my house. So apparently they just snap in their fingers and food is magically instantly prepared. Amazing! After ordering they updated the delivery time to be max approx 2 hours. Delivery wasn’t by Uber but by their own driver who made multiple stops before coming to me. This wasn’t disclosed when I ordered. The driver didn’t deserve the large tip I gave which was given assuming I was his only delivery. However I didn’t adjust my tip because it’s not his fault - it’s both the restaurants fault and also Uber’s. The food itself was quite good and tasty, but not being able to know reliable delivery time frames when ordering is a deal breaker. Also, the restaurant doesn’t accept calls. When calling it says to text them, which I did asking nicely for clarity and an update, and observed an iMessage read receipt, yet they never replied to it.
Super clean establishment, super healthy, & super yummy...just bummed that they no longer offer their acai bowls as I was a frequent customer of those.

Just tried ordering for the first time since I saw there was an healthier food option near my job and tried calling like 3 times thinking I missed something but the automated system doesnt let you talk to someone there, they want you to text the number instead. I just had a simple question what are the most popular budda bowls and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I even lost my appetite 😕 yeah its going to be a no for me and I havent even tried their food yet..
Update 7/9/18: 3rd time, Back for a to-go lunch, really good again! Got yellow rice instead of brown [photo], not sure how that happened but I love yellow rice, so I was even more happy! lol...Came back again two days later, brought family, they loved it.Stopped in for lunch. We had the poke bowls, both with tuna and mixed in our favorite stuff. It was very good and fresh. Friendly staff, very clean store and very clean bathroom as well. Nice chairs and a couple of leather easy chairs! Will return soon.
My family and I have loved this place since the day they have opened at their original location. Their food is always amazing, everything you order is cooked to perfection. Their açaí bowls are the best I have ever had. However, the best thing about this place is their owner and it’s staff. They are the most sweetest people. I cannot recommend them enough!
Absolutely love this place, the food is amazin…… but it’s been twice now that I spent $25 on a Buddha bowl, added extra meat, and get five small pieces of meat. Rediculous price for what you get.
I got a custom Buddha Bowl with Zucchini Noodles, Bell Peppers, Mango, Pineapple, Spinach, Roasted Chicken, Green Onions, Chicken Seeds, Flax Seeds and Glaze Teriyaki Sauce 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥It was so good. I picked my food up and the establishment is CLEAN!!!!Service was with a smile. I will be back.
The store is beautiful, comfortable and the food came at the approximate time. The woman at the counter was very friendly and well informed about the menu. I ordered the acai bowl (topped with blueberry, blackberry, mango, coconut meat, goji berries, and honey) vegan buddha bowl, and a roasted vegetables sandwich. For drinks I ordered a lemon juice and a mango pineapple smoothie. Tons of vegan options! THIS FOOD TASTES AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS. Will be going back for sure!

I want to give this place a better review but the service and my experience make it very difficult for me. I ordered several items to bring to my girlfriend as she is fan of the establishment. I ordered two poke bowls, and mine had edamame in it which it did not order. I can forgive that. I then got back home and was told my lemon juice was not made properly and was lacking compared to the ones she usually has. Now I was disappointed. I called in to share my experience and reached a machine that said to text their line instead of calling. Its been 4 hours since I sent this text and this is unacceptable. I rarely write a bad review and it upsets me that I am doing so.
First time coming here and I will definitely be back. The food was made fresh and very tasteful. 5 stars from me.
I’ve eaten here a few times and also have done delivery and Uber eats. Be aware that Delivery May take more than 1 hour to arrive as it was my experience. I still gave them other chances after that because I truly like their menu items and it’s the only one Poke place in Coral Springs that I know of.The food is really good if you enjoy healthy options. I’ve head Poke bowls, sandwiches, juices and Açaí Bowl. I must say, the Açaí Bowl was delicious and I’ve had “hit and miss” with the Poke Bowl and Juices. Sometimes the juices are delicious and sometimes too watery, I’m not sure why wouldn’t they stick to 1 recipe.Their sandwiches are lovely; toasted, plenty of meat, delicious spread. If my picky 6 year old liked it, than it must have been good.Poke bowls are a decent size but compared to places in Boca and Ft. Lauderdale they are overpriced and have less items in their bowl. I still enjoy them but if the price was $10 I would probably eat here more often because I always order for multiple people.The decor and overall vibe is ambient and modern. I enjoy sitting down and eating here but I would prefer if the tables were spread out more so you’re not that close to other customers.
The food and the staff are amazing! I had just come from the dentist two doors down and a staff member there, Anna, was really sweet about it. 10/10 recommend the smoothie with Nutella in it. To die for! All of their fruits and veggies are fresh and all handled with safety and cleanliness. Their no-contact ordering is wonderful and for everyone out there with social anxiety, you don’t have to talk to someone to order. The no-contact ordering is also at a reasonable height for someone in a wheelchair (observation from an able-bodied individual here). The food textures are also very nice for people with texture sensitivity. The place has a very welcoming environment.Overall, a very accessible place with delicious food. I will be returning and recommending to friends.
Food looks good but I gotta say that the service is terrible. Makes me not even want to eat this.. I walk in to the establishment and wasnt greated by anyone at all. No one even looked at to see wh was walking in. As soon as you walk in you place the order yourself, process payment yourself, and nobody says not a word to you in the process. I guess Im old school in the sense that I like to be greeted or at least acknowledged like a person when walking into an establishment for the first time. Well this was the first and last time Ill be going here. Also: No matter how fresh the ingredients $24.00 is not a fair price for 1 tofu bowl and 2 waters. Your food is no different in freshness and quality in ingredients than bolay yet I can buy foor for 2 people regardless of selected proteins for under $35.00 yet for 1 person no meat with 2 waters was 24... Id be more keen to returning if their prices were a bit more fair and if the employees took a sensitivity class and maybe learned how to treat and greet people.
The food is pretty good, it’s fresh but I wouldn’t say it’s anything extraordinary for the price... $21 for a poke bowl.... I was so excited to find a place with poke near me but I don’t like how restaurants are becoming like Spirit Airlines and charge you for every little thing. It’s such a turn off when Im ordering a Poke bowl and the only included protein is chicken... all others are extra, which I could understand... but then when the toppings section came they lost me... even seaweed salad is extra.... never seen that before.
$20 for a rice bowl, ridiculous. Will go to Bolay every time over this

I’ve been to Bamboo everyday twice a day almost for this whole week. The food is fresh, presentation is on par, if thats what you are into lol. The staff is super friendly and attentive to how you would like your food cooked and structured. It seems they do understand and acquiesce to the cooking of your food. It might be a little pricey, but health is wealth especially if you are on the go and aren’t home to cook your own food. Fantastic job Bamboo.

The food was ok, healthy but without much flavor I’ve tried better places. However, I would’ve come back if it wasn’t for the actual service and staff. Everyone was so rude, it was my first time there and there was no costumer service whatsoever. No one spoke to me, They directed me to an iPad to make my order and when I put my mask down to ask my son what he wanted, some lady working there tapped the plexiglass and told me I had to put my mask up. Never bothered before to ask if I needed help. I just thought it was so rude. They handed me my food in a bag without any proper costumer service. I ordered a smoothie and when I Asked for a straw for my son, she told me she didn’t have any. I just didn’t have a good experience. I don’t think I’ll come back or recommend this place. Smoothie was over priced and tasteless. Disappointed.

My fourth time here and not once have I had a problem. Ok, one problem, I can never finish all my food. It is D-E-LICIOUS. My mom drives down from Delray to eat here. Everything is fresh and you can taste the freshness. Also, the smell inside the place is heavenly. Wish we could jar that too! Love it. Highly recommended!!

So so good!!! I’ve been trying to find a new place to eat for dinner that’s quick and has healthy and plant based options and this is definitely the spot! The tofu is AMAZING! I was hesitant at first and asked for the tofu on the side but once I tried one, I put all of it on top of my Buddha bowl. Special thanks to Anna, Bella and really everyone in the kitchen for being quick, accommodating and attentive. Very clean and relaxed vibes. Will definitely be coming back. 😊

Very delicious, health-conscious food prepared fresh for each order. Lots of colorful veggies and whole grains. Vegan and non-vegan options available. It’s a very casual atmosphere in a strip mall, with indoor and outdoor seating that’s reasonably quiet. Modern computer terminals for ordering, with help available. I hope they’ll add hot tea to their menu soon.
Visited Bamboo for the first time last week. It was incredible! Ana, the owner and the sweet girl working there, explained everything and how to order. Portions were large and all fresh ingredients. The restaurant is meticulously clean! I will be a regular for sure!
One of the best healthy food options in the area. I love their Buddha Bowl and my kids love their Acai bowl. They have so many customized options. I am not a tofu fan so I dont usually order any protein but they gave me some on the side anyways to try and I must admit it was delicious. Its one place my whole family can eat guilt free. Theyre staff is very nice and friendly as well. Great customer service.
Their food is great but the customer experience is lacking so hard that I can only give it a 1 star review. First thing I noticed my first time there no one greets you when you walk in and if you dont say anything they keep expecting you to know you have to go to the monitors and place your order. 2nd thing they dont except cash as a form of payment that makes no sense to me but it seems they dont like to interact with customers anyways. And lastly if you try to call to place an order they dont want to take your order they want you to go online and place your order. Now thats convenient for them but not for their customers, and I know with Covid regulations you have to have safe guards in place to protect the employees but why alienate your customers this way?

Bamboo Healthy is the real thing. It’s delicious, healthy, clean and energy driven cuisine. You can smell and taste the quality from the minute you order! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, always smiling and the food…better than any healthy tasteful colorful combinations anywhere. Do not miss out on this gem of a restaurant. I only eat healthy and sometimes having someone else do the work is a wonderful treat but here the standard is for each meal to be an experience that you will appreciate.
Healthy, delicious, and very nice staff all in one place! Wow! Im not from the area and since I was starving, I wanted to eat something before driving for 40 miles. I enter the plaza looking for a place to eat having no idea what I could find. I spotted Bamboo and decided to give it a try. Im glad I did it! The food is excellent and better yet healthy! Anna, one of the owners, and everyone else made me feel so welcome! Fortunately to me she said they have plans to open one in my area near West Palm Beach. I cant wait!!

This place is in an area of a Publix shopping center which is not well traveled. This healty food restaurant has a great concept. Lots of options that you can customize. Food is fresh & tasty. its quick since you place your own order on their computer when you walk in. Lots of bowls and smoothie options. I will be back often
Amazing Açaí bowls! Worth every cent
I wouldve given this place a five star if they had some of the items I wanted. They were out of lime, bean sprouts and a few other things. All in all, my buddha bowl was still delicious and enormous! The atmosphere is super modern and you order via tablets at the counter. I enjoyed it and will probably be back. I paid about $14 for my bowl, but like I said it was big, so I only ate half.

I have tried acai in so many different cities and places. This is literally the best acai I have EVER had. Their customer service is amazing as well. As long as they are open I will always visit bamboo whenever I am in the area.

Takes too long, ordering and receiving process is complicated and special requests are not considered. For example, in a poke bowl, half brown rice, half salad...Cashier response: no sorry we dont do that...Me: Why not? Cashier: we dont. But we can charge you for a side salad separately. Me: But I want it in the bowl. Cashier: its against company policy as it makes the order soggy. Me: Thats fine, its how I want it. Cashier: no sorry.Conclusion...Not coming back....and do research on poke bowls as many poke restaurants in Broward have mixed rice and salad as its a very common order item. So much to listening to the customer....
I saw bamboo pop up on my suggested restaurants to visit and I immediately knew this was going to be a good one. Today I tried their Buddha bowl with quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, red cabbage, avocado, tofu and a sprinkle of sesame seed. It was delicious and the pesto sauce just took it to another level, I just wish they gave a little more sauce.Upon entering they have a kiosk where you can order virtually but they have staff right there that are able to answer any of your questions and are super friendly. They really seem to pay a lot of attention to detail. This may be my new favorite place in the Parkland / Coral Springs area! I will definitely be back.

I picked the hot bowl with grilled tofu n veggies that came with cilantro sauce was out of this world!!! This is a great place for vegetarians and vegans.. No other place in the area is serving such honest and healthy food. Our dishes had a ton of different fresh ingredients and the food tastes really good. Its fantastic we have this restaurant nearby. Well be back often!
During lunch, service is super slow. This time it took so long that i had to ask them where my food was. After reminding them it d been 40 minutes, I was told it wasnt even 40 minutes (accused me of lying), even though I had an Apple Pay transaction and could see the exact transaction time. They said they d refund it, and bring my food. And then they brought something, definitely not my order. Havent refunded my money yet either..Edit: it s been 21 days still not refunded.
Was looking for a good Acai Bowl and this place was awesome, select your own toppings and relax in the nice interior while it is brought out to you. Ill definitely be back for a smoothie. Cheers to owners and everyone there offering such quality service.

There are chain restaurants everywhere you look but next to none (chain or otherwise) that cater to a vegan-esque lifestyle.Needless to say, BAMBOO has been a lifesaver. The food is fresh and the combinations are inventive. Its also nice to see vegan options that are also nut-free. The service is friendly and patient for those of us that like to take advantage of the build-your-own options. Is the best place to go for a poke bowl, I really can’t believe... no because you have 2 locals you are going to take out the best option in the menu! I’m so sad... I suppose to drive to parkland for this instead to buy it in the store near my house???

Granted I’ve only been here once. The place looks very nice, very appealing to the eye with the set up, the decor however the food was not really good. It wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t visit again. Also I ordered a mango juice and it didn’t taste like mango at all and tasted watered down. I liked the pasta place it was before

Great Food! Very fresh. I come here for the poke bowl and it is consistently fresh and flavorful. I ordered online for the first time, and had it not been for the staff Sierra, I would probably never use the online order again. She was genuinely apologetic for my order not getting made before I arrived, and I could see I was not the only one it happened to. Im sure once the kinks get worked out, online will be better, but for now go in, get some genuinely good service from local kids, and eat the best healthy food you can get!

Food was very fresh and flavorful, the poke bowls are huge and filled with a colorful assortment of veggies and add ons. The warm sandwiches were healthy and filling, and their acai bowls were the perfect finish. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel like family. Shout out to Dakota she was above and beyond, we will definitely be back and such a great addition to coral springs!

Amazing food. We moved from coral springs in 2015 and wish this place was around before. We visit often as family still lives in town. Will be stopping every time we visit. Both our mothers didnt know about the place before we went and now they visit often. Vegan friendly.

I ordered my food for delivery and it came 2 hours later. When I got it I got it cold and it was not good. I asked the delivery person to call the manager and when calling the manager he was incredibly rude with me and just gave the option to return the food and get a refund. I was really disappointed. The worst customer service that I have experience in my life. If I could give the restaurant no stars that would be great. Mr. Anderson worst manager ever!!!
While i think this restaurant is descent... I sent an email question that went unanswered.I asked of they used organic brown rice.Most people who eat in these places care about those things. I personally believe they put a few organic things out there to attract consumers, but most of their ingredients are not up to standard . Its unfortunate. I really wanted to be a patron. But in light of thisi I will not. I feel that its a sham like most places. So sad. Round-up rice anyone? And for the prices it should be mostly organic in my opinion. And also the broccoli tastes moldy.
This is on of my favorite places to eat! I use to go to the Coral Springs location constantly since it opened! This new location is right down the street from where I live! The food is always so fresh and it is such a warm and welcoming environment!
