Took a Amazon package in a four days ago. The lady at the desk was clearly preoccupied with her young son playing video games behind the desk. My package was about 2 in by 3in in diameter. The rep scanned my phone handed me a label and then just turned around without picking up my package. Still four days later I have no updates as far as my tracking goes. When I called two days after delivering my package the person who answered the phone was not helpful and stated I need to wait as long as it takes for my package to be shipped out. I have never had this bad of an experience at any other UPS store. This location clearly needs an employee overhaul.

This place has replaced the Post Office for me! I have one of their personal mailboxes, & LOVE it!Although I think its a little more costly than the USPS mailboxes, its more convenient for me. Additionally, Amazon doesnt deliver to USPS mailboxes. By having my packages delivered here, I DONT have to worry about porch pirates stealing my packages while Im away.

Amber goes above and beyond everything not just with me but every customer. Super friendly, beautiful and nice. UPS and every store should hire customer service oriented employees like Amber.

Had an amazing experience there. I went inside with a amazon return and they totally helped me even though they dont do amazon returns. The customer service was outstanding and will definatly be coming back. The girls behind the ups store all deserve promotions or a raise because they gained a life long customer.

Purchased shipping through their simple flat rate service. A few days after package has shipped, they send me a vague email notifying me that an additional shipping fee has been charged to my card with no explanation. What a scam! The lack of transparency regarding pricing is abhorrent. Do yourselves a favor and use one of their competitors.

Just drove 2 hrs to get to this location on my day off to get a notary on my exes break to finish up divorce papers. Both bosses that can do notarys went to lunch at the same time and now he has to leave. I am pretty un happy with UPS right now. Why would they both go at the same time?

I brought 2 amazon returns into this location and was provided with 2 tracking labels. After a week of not being able to get any tracking info from the tracking numbers they provided me I called the store. The employee I spoke with was not able to find any info took my number said she would look into it and call me back well she didnt. So I went into the store upon arrival the ups rep jody was already flustered i attempted to explain the situation she cut me off multiple times rambling about how they process amazon returns. I said thats great but it doesnt help me she told me she couldnt help me so I asked for a manager when she called the manager her tone was rude while calling him she paused and in a exasperated tone said needs help. After waiting 10 minutes all the other customers had been helped still no manager I attempted to get help from jody again she went off on me said I was yelling at her I never even raised my voice. I apologize and said she was obviously overwhelmed and could not handle her job to please call the manager again then she shook her mic in my face telling me to call him myself so I said can I get some help please. When the manager came up it was not any better michael was his name I never got to even get my situation out he jumped right into this is how we return things call amazon and told me not to come back to his store. I came into the store hoping to get information on the items I returned to them only to be berated and get no help. Dont go to this store

Pretty quick and they take all my Amazon returns, box and send back. All I do is drop off and show the return scan and leave! To send stuff personally is pretty expensive through UPS, however. I am sure its a corporate thing though.

I had a package being delivered to my house yesterday (6/20) I got notifications that my package had been scanned and loaded onto a UPS truck, and that it would be delivered by 9pm that night. Well, that didn’t happen. My package is now being postponed until (6/22) for which I have no understanding why, when it was already loaded on a truck and scheduled to be delivered that day. I’m extremely frustrated because I needed that package that day. If I could give this rating 0 stars I would. Poor service from UPS. I won’t be doing business with you guys again.

Friendly staff and fast service *however* four out of five Amazon returns disappeared without ever being scanned and now they dont give receipts so they can deny packages were dropped off. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!
