This location (Harford Rd) has always been nice to me. I got the starter that I needed and I was out of there in a jiffy. Today, I came back to return the core and, once again, the night shift employees were very helpful. I cannot be happier!

Had a problem with ac heater blend actuator, so I waited until the more experienced employee was able to help. He did help. I like the sign says ADVICE. Good job. Thanks!!!

Although the CIL is self serve, at least the tool is provided. Saved me a trip across town to the dealer, for a small matter and the Manager provided a remedy. Much appreciated!

I am regular customer at this Autozone location. When I went this morning to get a exhaust manifold, they told me that they dont currently have it and I would need to order it, I said ok, then they told me that it wouldnt arrive until Wednesday which is almost a week away. I should mention that their attitude when delivering the information was very rude and disrespectful, so I left, I opted to get it from another location. So, I went to the Towson Taylor Ave location, and their was a nice gentleman working there and he was very professional and experienced. I informed him about the situation and he was more than happy to help. So, he checked on the computer and told me that the order will be ready to pickup the next day.I dont know how two locations within a few miles of each other could have such a significant difference in attitude, professionalism and customer service.I really appreciate the the help I received at the Taylor Ave location, and I will go there from now on.

The store has lots of items for car repair and car maintenance. The aisles are organized and items are easy to find.The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service especially from the older Black sale rep. He spent over 40 minutes working to install my windshield wipers and did not complain once! He was patient and kind. Very rare these days.

I am totally disgusted at the poor display of customer service that I experienced at the Hartford Rd Baltimore county Near Taylor ave location! Just tread carefully in the afternoon when the lighter skin Bald shaved head older gentleman wearing glasses and the older woman who’s graying significantly....Totally RUDE folk extremely POOR work ethic, and they seemed to enjoy purposely ignoring me and any of my requests!!

Bad customer service; online bait and switch. I was told online and over the phone they had the battery I needed for my car, once arrived I was told I need a higher battery and online was wrong. Associate told me well order the one online after I paid for it I was then told they would not install it my car.

The staff was helpful and helped me find exactly what I came in for. Prices were reasonable.

Mr. Sherman was the best! Super helpful, super patient. Put up with us, even in the cold and smiled the entire way through. One of the best autozone experiences ever!

Masks are required as of November 28, 2020 in maryland... couldnt tell by this place!!! I go in one EMPLOYEE has NO MASK ON at all, several others have masks tucked under their noses!!!!!!!!!I turned around, left and went to another auto parts store!!! I doubt Ill ever be back to a store that blatantly doesnt care about anyone!

Couldnt install my battery because it had a plastic cover on the engine

Got the customer is the king treatment. The associate gave me all of her time. She explained all the option I had and gave me her professional advice on the items which fit my car properly and the quality of the items. She also explained warranty i get. I did an informed decision. She replaced the parts intact. Left the AutoZone as a one happy customer.

Autozone manager, Cynthia Mitchell was amazing!!! So sweet, professional and provided exceptional service. This lady deserves a promotion! Store manager Brenda was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cant get any better service than what I received from these two ladies. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my auto needs.

People at the store are usually friendly, each time I have looked online for parts...they arent in stock...usually order them and arrive at expected time.

IMO AutoZone is the top among the several big auto parts retailers. Napa has the best parts consistently & you will pay more for that. AutoZone parts are also very good & usually priced lower.

The worst service.. I went in to buy oil. I couldnt find it.. She told me that I couldnt find it.. She couldnt find it.. You are a staff member.. Even if you look at it, you cant find it with the guest. Really think that you are doing business well?

The staff is helpful and they always seem to have sales on oil/oil filters.. plus you can bring old oil here and they will dump it. Also, they will run the code in your vehicle for free if the check engine light is on. 😃

My check engine light went on and this location diagnosed it (for free) quickly. Good to call first. Joppa road said their machine wasnt working.

Truly an amazing experience with Dave M.Came in with questions about my fuse and the manager completely brushed me off! Wanted to help me in no way possible. Dave saw us outside while he was having a smoke break and offered to help us! She tried to drag him in to the store away from assisting us but he still helped! Truly amazing customer service and we were able to change the fuse ourselves with the help of this gentlemen. Thank you again! Management Definetletly needs to be retrained, customer service should always be NUMBER ONE.

Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived at Autozone, I called for curbside pick up they had what I ordered together, but made me go inside anyway to pick it up.

Alex installed a new battery in my car right there in the parking lot of the store. He worked quickly, efficiently, was very friendly, accommodating and all staff had very good customer service skills. Highly recommend their services!

This is a good store on hartford road. after getting some advice and making a purchase one of the employees came out to my vehicle and assisted me in installing the new part. total transaction from beginning to end was less than 20 minutes. i dont know if this normal operating procedure for all autozonei would give this AZ location an A.
