I had a wonderful experience here today. This visit was as if the stars aligned just for me, I was able to find everything I came looking for. I was able to get fabric Ive been eyeing for awhile with a 50% off coupon and a set of square quilters rulers for an excellent deal as well. The lovely human who cut my fabric was very pleasant and friendly. The cashier was also quite lovely even having to deal with an online coupon that didnt want to scan...no worries we were able to get it to work by simply typing it in which took only an extra few seconds.

Love it here since I was a kid, just needs some music or lighting since no sun from windows shines in..I always feel drained after my shopping spree here for the next fad diy project and often left uninspired ! Staff are excellent and seem so kind, however. Dark setting and not so uplifting, no music no best no vibe. Needs liveliness and a makeover ehh

Quick visit to get silk flowers for my wedding cake. The sale technically began the next day but signs were already listed. The manager told the cashier to give me the sale price! Yay!!!

RUDE and Deceiving!Took my daughter to Joann Fabrics in Parkville.My daughter was purchasing a sewing kit. They make up there own prices. I go back to show the sale price. And the girl is moving all 25 of the frozen sewing kits. Very shady and Quite rude.Ill stick to Michaels from now on. They are nicer and have a rewards program.

This is my go-to place for yarn and knitting essentials. Love it when they have good clearance sections. I really like this store, but they do have a lot of empty shelves due to their popularity. It could be better stocked some days, but I can almost find anything Im looking for. Staff is nice and helpful for anything youre looking for.

Lets forget about arts and crafts for a minute. The bathroom in this place was the filthiest bathroom Ive seen in a long time. I was really surprised and pretty well disgusted.

I went there knowing what projects I would be shopping for, only not knowing the exact materials and patterns I would hopefully find and match up to my liking. To my surprise, there was a much better variety of materials, patterns, colors and designs than I had ever imagined!! There was so much variety, that it took me longer than expected to narrow down my choices, and finalize my decisions!! I will definitely allow myself MUCH more time for shopping here next time, and Ill also have to set aside money, to fund my next trip here, lol!! JOANNS Has DEFINITELY brought back my passion for creativity, and I can only see positive things stemming from that!! I cant WAIT to go back!! The staff was incredibly helpful as well!! Excellent shopping trip, looking forward to many more, at this specific store, for all of these reeasons!!

Customer service is tricky. Sometimes theyre nice other times I dislike coming here.

Ongoing issue with in line ordering. Tried to place pick up order to complete project. Victor placed order I told him I’d pick up from nearby store. He couldn’t take credit card order so he transferred me to melisa. She verified my credit card, telephone number and address. And, she marked order to ship. I told her to cancel the order. I’d go to store but she said she couldn’t cancel order. This is 2nd miscommunication in last two months. Ridiculous. I down a significant amount of money monthly. Always working on crafts.

This is going to be my too go store.I had difficulty trying to sign in on Joannes Web page. I called my T-Mobile and they said it wasnt T-Mobile it was the stores app. The store customer service gentleman behind the cutting measuring table worked diligently to get me signed on but still could not do it The Web page needs to fix this problem!Ive been putting off sewing for quite a while. Yet, Halloween fabric they had in there just turned me on lol hahahahahaHere comes Edward silverhand lol

Employees are fantastic. Store is popular so the shelves are always bare. Would give 5 stars if it was better stocked and updated. For all the business it generates the company should invest in a facelift.

I had a real problem trying to spend a gift card that I was gifted and didnt want. They get their $ and there is no way around it. Im done with Joanns.

Stock on sewing machines is POOR. Advertising products they don’t have. I’m guessing this is an upper management issue as the employees on the floor are kind and helpful. It is disrectful to the employees and customers advertise products they don’t have.

Wish they carried other crafting vinyl besides cricut. Wish they had siser and oracle. Also wished they carried sublimation blanks

Too long of a wait to get material cut so I go online for material elsewhere.

A lot of shelves were empty. Didnt look clean and organized. Did have some good sale items. Clearance was just thrown on shelves.

It is hard to shop in there as they have a lot and I mean a lot of great products and the pricing I found to be reasonable.

Best-in-class customer service from Ms. Leo in the Fabrics area of the store!!! She was so helpful to me when I was trying to figure out the amount of fabric I needed for a home ottoman craft project. I had to come back to the store the next day to get the materials for a second ottoman and Ms. Leo was able to assist me again and her customer service skills were top notch and consistent!!!

I will always shop at JoAnns because they have a great selection of yarn and if youre there at the right time you can grab great clearance items. But as always, this store is a mess. Floral dept looks as if kids just threw stuff around. Lots of empty shelves all around. Never enough cashiers and nobody working the floor. The folks there are nice enough and always helpful, but its definitely a skeleton crew, and thats even before the rona.

We were able to get in and out. The fabric choices were huge.

While Joanns didnt have the accordion file folder I wanted, I found something else to use. The store is very clean and organized for social distancing. There were people to ask for help - both very kind and helpful. The cashier was very patient as I signed up for the app at the register (without my reading glasses). He watched my phone screen and helped me through it so I could save 40%. Great experience!

Great place for arts and crafts and sewing needs. The sewing selection has been on the low side. Great deals and coupons come very often. Would like to see more staff on the floor for assistance.

I come to this Joanns very often. They always have the intricate craftins supplies I need. More so than anywhere else in this area. Store is always clean, employees are very friendly and I love how they have adjusted things to be covid compliant. I am not nervous going in here, unlike other stores.

Joann Fabric’s made my window beautiful again. Bought two yards of this gorgeous lace and without any sewing just hung her over the rod and boom, Window curtain extraordinaire.

The line moved quick in an efficient way as there were 3 checkout lines opened. DMC floss are fully stocked although they dont have 3880 and higher.

I have shopped at this location for years but the new manager has made huge improvements. The shelves are loaded, and organized. The employees are so helpful. All in all, it has become my happy place. I owe it all to the current management team.

Gonna have to go online for more leather tools, but thats pretty niche, so I get it. I was hoping to find a cheap sewing machine, but maybe theyll have something I can order online.

Only place for a large assortment of fabrics that I know of, in town. They have great crafting assortment (ie:beads, paints, markers, pencils, jewelry, knitting/crocheting items, containers, cake decorating items, baskets, holiday decor/ornaments, decorative paper, stickers, etc...) Plus they have coupons!

I was not able to find what I needed. This store does not carry ethnic/african type material. According to an employee this store only carries kente cloth. African wear is very popular, fabric stores are very scarce. Need to be able to find material in the store like the picture below. The pattern books are disappointing also. Especially the vogue books. However the craft sections are plentiful.

The staff is extremely friendly and will assist you in any way possible

I witnessed and assisted an elderly woman who had fallen out in front of the store and three employees also came to assist. One representative brought out bandages (a cashier I later saw her as) another woman brought a chair out and another gentleman ensured everyone was okay. The store of course was immaculate and everyone was very friendly! Thank you all for coming out to help me with the woman and later even helping her through out the store to find exactly the yarn she was looking for. I do apologize I did not get everyones name because these three employees really went over and beyond! Please let them know I greatly appreciated their help and as the woman was saying many blessings to you all!

Im disappointed in the online versus in store. It will say they have eight of an item in store to drive there and it not be there. One or two I understand but that’s a lot of product not updated.

Anything you need for sewing and other crafts can probably be found in this hugh store. Look for sales for the best buys. So much fun to see all the many items for fun projects.

This is my go-to store for quilting and knitting supplies but they have so much more. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. I love their classes. They are always understaffed though. Long lines. Its still my favorite place, but I wish theyd schedule more people.

Man this place has so much stuff i was overwhelmed 😁 It has so much stuff its ridiculous from fabric to every project tou can imagine i gotta go back and they are open back to full time and you can now go inside again.I met lots of amazing staff from the Managment with he fun color hair 🥰 and awesome spirit who helped me many times when I asked her questions and even took me to the products to the guy who helped me with the selection and cutting of my fabric he was very patient with me and assisted me greatly i appreciate you all, if they didnt know the answer they kindly ask me to wait while they found the answer on the spot to my awesome Cashier she was patient and very friendly and even gave me pointers and helped me and had quick conversation while being prompt with the checkout process she was super helpful her name was Nicole awesome service from everyone I will be back thanks guys its not often the whole team works as one body please be proud of your team awesome job my visit was July 7th 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏽🥰Stay safe guys. This is a terrible store. Ive done 3 curbside orders and all three were wrong. It is just as bad in regular times. They are painfully slow. Never enough people working and the attitude is aweful. Do yourself a favor and find another location.
