Charged me 12.99 for palmers cocoa butter 7.25 oz and Walmart sells for 6.49 ! Also 2 jars I bought hade 2 different prices 12.99 and 9.99 they charged me 12.99 ! Will never go back !

My only complaint would be that they display things I didnt even know I needed. Lol their inventory is massive. If there are items that you are looking for that your neighborhood beauty supply store are out of, DONT WALK....RUN HERE!!!! There staff is GREAT!!! There are always as many as 7 seven people who are well versed in the art of hair and styles. I could literally spend hours in this establishment. Heck I spent about an hour in there today, making my want list for my next visit. I know this maybe a long review but it still doesnt do this place justice. You will just have to go and see for yourself.

What I love about this store is they don’t lie... They let you know that the store is not black owned. Even still I browsed around and found a lot of brands that I like. The customer service is great, I will be back.

Worst customer service ever. Even the manager was absurd. No one knows what they are doing or what’s really happening in the store. I will never spend my money there again. They really don’t care and feel it’s worth my drive 20 minutes into the city than 5 min in the county to them. Don’t waste your time and money you will be disappointed in the entire experience here.

Staff and security guard are helpful & nice they are well stocked with everything you need for hair and body grooming great place to shop.

The staff here are very friendly. Soon as we walk through the door, Ms. Tia greeted us warm and friendly Welcome, may I help with what you are looking for? She knew exactly what I needed and showed me different items and explained what each one does. She also explained the difference between the flat irons. By the time I got to the counter, I had the oil I needed, some flat irons and some combs. Ms. Tia is a GREAT example of the kind of people we need in this world. She wasnt rude, she didnt rush me or pretended not to see me. Thank you Ms. Tia. And see you soon.

They have all things beauty! They cater to all races. Its such an upgrade from your average beauty outlet because of the variety of products that they have in stock. Its friendly and down to earth atmosphere is what makes KC Beauty a great place to invest in yourself!

Well stocked store. The staff no longer allow you to try on wigs. They say because of Covid-19. The staff is knowledgeable about the items that are sold in the store.

I like K C because its spacious. A lot of the beauty and hair stores feel tight and cluttered but K C has plenty of space. They have great lighting and large selection.

They have a big variety but their prices are high compared to other beauty stores in the area. The lady that helps with the wigs is very nice and patient. The lady at the register wasnt very friendly at all.

The ONLY beauty supply store I trust. Ive been coming here since they opened this location and have yet to be disappointed. They have practically EVERYTHING you could need. Natural hair care, virgin hair, remy hair, a wide selection of wigs, skin care, makeup and more. I truly love this place, plus they have a loyalty reward system that works at any location.

My first visit to KC Beauty & Cosmetics and it was very pleasant.Young lady with long blonde hair helpled me find just what I was looking for.She did not mind stopping what she was doing to help me find the products I needed.I so appreciate that. The Young ladies at counter were very nice and professional. I had a timely checkout and was asked if I found all I needed.I will be back. I did not know the store was there. My stylist told me to go there.

The store has most of the beauty products one might need. One of the staff had an attitude problem and could have been more polite but the others were pretty helpful.
