Went in and had a very wonderful experience with RJ. This guy truly knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Well be coming back soon to cut a mattress for our teenager. I went in to purchase a new mattress. My salesmen asked a few questions and he did ask what price point I wanted to stay in and be was very aware of that. He was not super pushy which nice. He showed me a few beds and gave me as much time as I needed to try out each mattress. He was gracious when I told him my husband and I would back as I am sure he has heard that a lot of times before and people never come back. However my husband an I returned a few hours later and bought a mattress, which was more money. I loved the fact that he was not high pressure .

Over the past 19 months or so, Ive seen good customer service diminish and ultimately disappear!!!! Much of it is blamed on covid-19 but I think good customer service is just dying regardless. Imagine my shock and surprise when I called this location to get exact directions (because I got lost!) and the gentleman on the phone (Mike Dunford) was so extremely helpful and kind. I was only a few short blocks away and when I entered the store, he greeted me and treated me like I was valued as something more than just another sale. LOL! Mike sat with me and listened while I explained the details of what I wanted; who I wanted it for, etc. He was patient, attentive, highly knowledgeable about the product(s) and took the time to explain a lot of things to me regarding the purchase. I initially was only gonna purchase a box spring.....however, after the way Mike treated me, I went ahead and purchased a mattress and a frame as well.He gave me an extremely convenient and expeditious delivery date and Im very grateful for his kindness and expertise!!!! I think Mike is someone who exemplifies what Good Customer Service is all about. I wish there were some way to clone him so that other businesses could treat their customers as well as Mike treated me!!!!!

My husband and I were unsure with what we wanted when we walked into the store. I have had 2 bad experiences with this particular business at the exact same location most recently paid my bed completely off no payments paid for delivery and setup fees they delivered and didnt setup then said they would send my refund back and here it is a month and almost a half theyre saying it is in computer system but havent given me my refund...just a complete inconvenience and definitely waste of time definitely do not do business at this firm u will regret

Yesterday, my boyfriend, my step daughter and I went to look for a new mattress as we have been talking about getting a new one for awhile now. Prior to going to Mattress Firm, we were unsure of which mattress we wanted and only knew the basics of mattresses in general. As we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful man named Stu. He walked right up to us and offered to help us with whatever we were looking for. He was outgoing, friendly and intelligent on the products Mattress Firm has to offer. We told him the basics of what we were looking for and he found the perfect mattress for us. As we were going through the process of financing, Stu had saved us hundreds of dollars and made the long process, simple and fun for us and an excited 7 year old. He has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, as well as being wonderful with my step daughter.If I could rate my experience with more than 5 stars, I’d give it 10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, walking into the store, being unknowing and unsure of what we wanted and then walking out knowing we had gotten the perfect mattress and had a smile on our faces.
