This was my first time getting any counter tops installed. It was not hard at all because the people were so nice and professional and helpful. The counter tops look amazing. The crew came on time and installed them in no time. The only thing I did not know to do was to get a faucet, however one of the crew member took a picture of some examples and I went right out and bought it while they were there installing everything. No a big issue at all. Again this was my first time doing this type of installation and they were very nice. I would defiantly recommend this company.

On top of that, our cabinets arrived within just a few days of placing the order (there was one piece of trim missing, but Mike was able to provide it on the spot), the counters were installed by professionals the day after we finished hanging the cabinets, and all for a fraction of the cost of the other stores and suppliers that we looked at.Top to bottom- there is absolutely no reason to look any further than Elegant Kitchen and Design. We used them to replace the old laminate counters that came with the house with beautiful super white granite counter tops.I highly recommend using this company for your countertop needs, the customer service is A1; we had a slight concern with the installation, but they were quick to address and rectify the matter immediately.

Mike and his team were excellent. Once we began the process they came out and gave us a digital layout of our new kitchen and a great price to put it all together. They even provided some recommendations on contractors that they were familiar with and that turned out very nicely as well. We had a couple of cosmetic items that needed addressed and they jumped right on them and were flexible with us with regards to picking up what we needed.A kitchen remodel can be a very stressful experience but with Elegant it has been wonderful. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to reach out to Mike and his team.

I renovated my kitchen and bathroom with cabinets and granite from elegant. The quality of both is outstanding. This business, by far, has the best prices for cabinets and granite. I highly recommend this place!

The father came out and measured our kitchen for an addition/remodel. After 4 days, I messaged the father for a quote and he told me to contact the son. So I did. The son initially never replied. When I messaged him again he said he was busy. 3 weeks after the initial visit he asks me for the height of my ceilings. No estimate ever completed. Please don’t waste your time with this company. This is a good foreshadow of how you will be chasing after them to get stuff done. I asked some friends around and they confirmed that Mike and his father needed to supervised and constantly bothered to get things done appropriately and in a timely fashion.

I had a great experience with them. Cabinets came in two weeks, countertops came as promised too. Everything looks beautiful. Cabinets are high quality.

Got our cabinets and granite for a lot less, I read the reviews before coming here, so I know what to expect and hopefully this will help to fulfill your dream kitchen. Zee is her name and will accommodate you, if you are ready and have the plan for your kitchen. I brought our handyman who do the work and can talk for the plan. Zee, was actually very kind and do care of your kitchen project by suggesting to make the project better, a little communication gap issues so be patient, but if you happen to know her she is sweet and kind.

They were not friendly or very helpful. I would not recommend.

Had tried to purchase countertop and cabinets from these people. Theyve sent someone each time to measure but them would not hear back from them. I called, I was told they would call back but never received a return call. That lets me know they arent interested in selling me their products. Oh well, there are so many other companies around and Ive actually found a company now with a much bigger selection, with very exotic quartz .

Had my kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced. These guys are the best in quality and price. Will definitely be using them again. Very pleased!!

Dropped in showroom early January 2020 for a major master bath remodel. Received a promising quote on the spot for cabinetry and granite. Within 2 days, Mike came to our home to measure for drawings. He promised updated drawings within a few days so we could pick out our granite at their distributor.After numerous requests to Mike for the drawings, we received no response over the last 2 months. As we are now ready on all other remodeling details, I asked my husband to call and give a final try for the drawings. He did. The next day, we received an email from Mike with the original sketches done the day we were in the showroom. Most important, these drawings had not been updated to reflect measured dimensions from Mike’s site visit. I emailed Mike again asking for the correct drawings. No response. My husband called today and was told Elegant Kitchens would not provide the corrected drawings without a $200 deposit. This is the first we heard about any deposit requirement after waiting for over 2 months and plenty of empty promises.Given this unprofessional behavior, I have no doubt the new owners will not be successful is this business. We’ve taken our business elsewhere. You should too.

Elegant kitchen and design was not only the best quote that I got for my countertops, but also quick to respond to my needs. I had delays with my kitchen due to other parts arriving late and Mike was super flexible to make timing work. They did a quality job and I definitely recommend others to use them for their kitchen renovations.

This place has great prices that can’t be beat. If you are looking for place to design your kitchen, this is not that kind of place. They deal mainly with bulk orders and contractors. I went in with the cabinet sizes that I needed and had a great experience.

Awesome cabinets! Went there, she was super busy and told us to leave the layout and she would call us. I wanted to go over things so we hung out and waited. She is a little abrasive but that is just her personality. She was super helpful and funny once you started talking to her. The cabinets were awesome and am headed there today to get my granite. The prices are unbeatable. No, she isnt going to cater to you like home depot, but she is straight and to the point but you get exactly what you want for a better price. I got her name from some builders I know and have referred a ton of people to her. Will definitely use her again.

Went in to look at some granite for our kitchen and bathroom. Walked around the store with my wife and daughter for about 15 minutes, and we were completely ignored. There was another customer being helped but they could have at least acknowledged that we were there. A second employee (not engaged with a customer) walked right past us like we werent even there. Not a word even as we walked out. I will not be going back.

All you need to know before you walk in is the size of cabinets you need right from the start. This is a family run business with few employees so dont expect to sit down and get custom kitchen designs like the big box stores. Ive priced kitchens here and big box stores I.e same kitchen at Lowes was about 15k more! Do your homework, save your money, this is the place to go.

This place cannot be beat for the price and quality. Their cabinets are top notch (solid wood, soft close, good selection, etc.). We wouldve paid double if not triple anywhere else.Just a heads up, it may be slightly difficult (and frustrating) getting them on the phone at times, but thats because theres only one person there and Im sure it gets hectic. Keep that in mind.They dont do custom depths. Standard base cabinets are ~24 deep and I needed a couple of mine to be shallower (18 to be exact) and I didnt want to use wall cabinets as bases. So if youre looking to have some cabinets cut shallower, youll have to find a carpenter or a contractor that does that. Took me many phone calls to find someone. This is an edge case so I didnt remove any stars.Hope this helps your decision making!

Walked in to purchase granite for project on Chesmont. Salesperson didnt acknowledge us. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes for her to approach us we asked are you going to help us? At which time she said what you need, are you homeowner? We responded we are home owners and we own a renovation company. She never got out of her chair and responded, we deal with builder.Maybe we didnt look like business owners to her but clearly we were stereotyped.

Other then the owner who barely speaks English, the pricing and quality is hard to beat. It would be a lot better if the customer service was take up a level or so
