Justin Skinner is a very prompt manager and he is easy to talk to. Jason Davis is another sales manager that was also very easy to work with. The business manager Bryan Ford was very efficient and got us out of there in a timely manner. Our sales guy Ryan Austin was super easy to work with as well and takes care of you. Just ask for Ryan. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our experience has been a nightmare. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle on 8/26 and as of 9/6 the vehicle would not start and left us stranded. We purchased the warranty, when we called we were informed they had nothing in the system on our warranty purchase so there for we were instructed to go through our own ins company in which we refused to do. We were able to get the truck back to the dealer and requested they have it fixed at no cost us and to also provide a loaner vehicle. We purchased a Suburban and they offered us a Honda FIT after hours of going back and forth. Received a call that the starter went up on the truck and once the parts came in they would get it repaired right away. We were informed the truck was ready for pick up. Arrived at the dealer 9/9 for pickup to only find there are more issues. There was other service to be completed such as the Diamond Coating for inside and out that we also purchased. It was documented that all service was completed from looking at the truck you could tell it was not done so the question was asked to the service dept was the coating completed and was told no yet it was signed off on as being done and we were told we were all set. I would not recommend this place.

Great experience bringing my car in for what ended up being a bad wheel bearing. They helped me immediately, told me beforehand that it could be the tires, but then called me and clarified that the tires looked good and after some time investigating they found the bad part. Extremely grateful for this, as they could have easily convinced me that I needed new tires.This is a group of trustworthy, service-first people who are happy to help you as quickly as they are able!

Bought a car 5 months ago, I’ve had four brake replacements…. I wouldn’t do any business with ROBERT WIGGINGTON AND MARK SOWDER, the only words I can describe them is disrespectful scam artists. I wouldn’t do any business with these people. The only reason why I’m giving this place a two star is because a guy name RICK GIBBON. He’s a great guy very friendly and he was able to find the problem and fix it with no charge so thank you Rick. I wish you the very best.

I loved this place and I have been taking my car for service for as long as I can remember until I took my car for service 2 weeks ago and I have had numerous issues with my tire pressure/tpms since. I went back to have them check what could be wrong just to realize my tires had a psi of 50 which is not even close to my regular 32. Clearly someone put the wrong amount of air in my tires during the last service I went to. After waiting of over an hour I was told one of my tires had a nail and had to get a new one. I have lost my trust in this dealership. I dont understand how I get such service after paying lots of money for what I thought was supposed to make my car better. I am absolutely disappointed

Ryan is such a personable individual with a marvelous sense of patience. He made sure I was taken care of in every sense possible and continued to check on my satisfaction with the car I purchased. If you go to this location, I would undoubtedly recommend you dealing/ setting up an appointment through Ryan.

We had an accident with our car over 100 miles from our hometown. Drove here in hopes that we could drive the car home. They checked our car and made sure it was drivable. Everyone there was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. The wait time was around an hour.

These guys will try to rob you. Calling it market adjustment these guys are quoting $2500 above MSRP which is way high. Unless you want to get robbed please research your market well before coming to Heritage Honda. There are numerous other dealers who charge less than these guys, please please research.Terrible experience.

I have been trying to order two new headlights since July 2021. I have spoke with several different people including the manager Mark in regards to having them ordered. Each time I was told they will be ordered but clearly they have not. I was even told they did not have my email address and phone number on file. Which is another lie; I have had the exact same email and phone number for over 10 years. In fact, I have received several emails AND phone calls from Heritage over the years. Including within the last month with them asking me to trade my vehicle in. I even came in for an oil change at the end of August 2021 and expressed my concerns to Erin and once again; I was told they would be ordered. So to use that as an excuse as to why after three months I have not received my order shows that this company does not VALUE a long time customer.

McKenzie was my sales person he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond in every way shape and form. I traded in a car that was in the collision center and they gave me an excellent price on a 2018 pilot. I noticed the car had a small chip in the windshield and the next day I went back and they scheduled me for the repair free of charge. McKenzie also helped me with another car I have that needed performance tuning. He found a shop for me to go to, one that also had availability immediately. He checked in with me every day for like the first three days to make sure that everything was covered. Can’t say enough good things really enjoyed my experience!!!

Mark Sowder provided excellent service at the service department. The service experience was great and he didnt try to offer me additional services that was not needed.

I have been consistently pleased with the service I have received from Heritage. I mistakenly put 2 gallons of diesel fuel in my tank before realizing the error and filling the rest of the tank with gas. I made an appointment to have the tank drained but Heritage called me and offered to expedite the service and get me in earlier so I gladly accepted their offer. My service specialist, Erin, was professional and courteous. She arranged to have a driver take me home since the work required a significant amount of time and I had combined it with a routine maintenance service; then called to tell me the work was done and sent the driver to pick me up. They had drained the tank, inspected the fuel system in general and cleaned the plugs, then test drove it to make sure everything was ok. Very pleased. Everyone with whom I dealt, including the driver, was very pleasant and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Mechanic Rick Gibson went above expectations by taking me on a test drive after normal close of business to assure me (and himself) that the problem was solved. Thanks guys!

I have purchased many cars over the years from many dealerships but I feel the need to write this review because of the outstanding customer service and overall experience my wife and I had here at Heritage Honda of Parkville. Dallas was our salesman and he was great. My wife arrived first and he welcomed her and got the process started by getting her car appraised. He listened to what she wanted and didnt try to push anything extra. When I arrived he got me up to speed on where we were in the process so far and then proceeded to listen to what we were looking for exactly.I must emphasize again that Dallas listened to what we wanted. He took everything in that I told him and he got us a car that matched my exact needs from color to price and everything in between. Dallas also did a wonderful job of talking and listening to both me and my wife. He never ignored either of us and payed attention to us both. It was quite refreshing to have a sales person that listens to the customer needs instead of pushing what they think the customer should get.Dallas is by far the best sales consultant I have ever had when purchasing a car and I want to thank him for all his help, he should consider being a trainer.I also need to compliment Michael in the Finance department. What a refreshing character. After a long day of work and then a long evening looking at cars to end the day with Michael was great. In my experience the Finance people are usually pretty dry and matter of fact when it comes to presenting the numbers and signing all the documents. Michael really livened up the end of a long day and made all the paperwork stuff kind of fun and entertaining. I bought a Honda Ridgeline here in October 2020. Troy was the sales person and he was very patient with me and although he was fairly new to the dealership, he was knowledgeable.I went for my first service appointment yesterday and Dora was my service agent. There were multiple cars waiting for drop off and Dora was taking control over the situation. She was very efficient and it was clear that she had been doing this for a long time. Everyone that I have spoken to in person and on the phone has been very friendly and helpful and I am so appreciative of that.

I came in there after two unpleasant experiences at other dealerships and was treated with respect and very well taken care of and ended up finding something I wanted. My sales person Jonathan Solovey was very helpful during the process of looking for something I wanted. I would recommend asking for him as your sales rep if you plan on going there.

As expected, Honda Parkville Sales came through on both the trade-in & new vehicle price. They really will work tirelessly to get you the best deal they can. Love my vehicle...went to get my second key programed and my tags put on . Waited 1 hour and felt like, if I hadnt questioned if my vehicle was done I would have been.sitting longer. The service department was not working together, a little unorganized.

Worse communication within a company I’ve ever seen. Went in to look at a vehicle and was waiting on a call back for my finance information. Got no call back, disconnected 6 times in one day due to them “transferring me to the right person” and the. Promptly sent to voicemail everytime. I would never do business here if my life depended on it, also witnessing my friend buy a vehicle this company will lie to your face about the deals they can actually do and will actually do them for a lot less when you’re about to walk out their door. I am searching options in Honda between CR V and Accord Hybrid from 8-10 days and connected to multiple dealerships near around. During this shortage time mostly dealers are taking benefits of current situations and selling cars on over prices except 2-3 dealers. Heritage Honda is one of them who are still offering better price comparatively to others dealers. We didnt had any deal but I am giving this review based on the my current market search experience.

I have had a great experience with Heritage Honda Parkville. From buying there to service, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They gave me a very fair price on my trade and a great price on my Insight. About 10 months later, I took it in for service on a recall and the experience was just as good as when I worked with sales. They got me scheduled quickly and the repair was done that day. I would absolutely recommend this car dealer.

Customer service reps are rude. Theres maybe One or two good ones. The only time u get anywhere is by talking to the cashiers (former) or service managers. Ths location is the worst.

I was in surfing for a new car. I was reference by a friend from New Jersey. I contact Parkville I am interesting to buy civic. They emailed me the “reduced price” to $16,484 and I was like perfect! (It was too good) and I asked them to make an appointment and I called them and ask what I need to bring since I will pay it off by checkbook and I made a offer for $17,500 and Erin said it’s reasonable offers!!! I asked them I need the final price so I can prepare for it and out of blue they emailed me that the final price almost to $25K. They said I am not active military, recent graduate student. I was so confused. My planning has ruined, I asked my boss to switch shift so I can have a day to buy a car now I gonna lose a day at work because of this.I won’t forgive you, Erin Roche. After I told you it’s too much. You gave me a cold shoulder. Shame on you.Update (1/7/2021) - The Honda respond to everybody else comment but avoid me? Guilty as charged!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would definitely recommend finding another dealership if you like even just basic customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with their service department since Monday July 12th (4 days ago at the time of this review). Ive called 4 times, left 2 messages, and tried to have them call me back twice through the online portal. I even had one person say she was personally going to email the service manager to have them reach back out to me. I have zero return calls from all of this. This is by far the worst experience Ive had with trying to get service done on my car. It has completely soured my experience on this dealership as a whole.

Pretty good as dealerships go. The service department is great and makes up for the weak sales end. Sales makes promises that they dont follow up on. The service department has fair prices and does a good job following up.
