If I could rate zero stars I would. The blonde girl working here has the worst attitude, and should not be in the customer service field. I’ve come to this location twice, and both times she’s nasty and ill mannered. I get your job can be stressful at times, but in the case of a grocery store Starbucks and there never being a line… take a step back and evaluate whether or not this is the right job for you. Didn’t even end up placing an order because of the bad taste left in my mouth. Absolutely terrible.

Feel bad for Starbucks! Getting one star because of this blond girls attitude. If you are not happy working here, you can leave. Dont ruin our drinks.

Girl working there today...extremely rude. Perhaps if you had a better attitude, you might not be working at a Starbucks kiosk...in a grocery store. What you put out comes back to you. It’s really not that difficult to be pleasant. Do better Starbucks! Secret shop your locations and see what we see and deal with.

Young lady at the register had bad energy and act like she doesn’t went to be there, it’s shows in the quality of the drink never coming back

Obviously a well known company. I like the atmosphere, very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is displayed beautifully but is a disappointment, doubtful that any real baking goes on here. The coffee, for me is nothing special. You will definitely pay too much for your whistle.

I put a 4 cause it depends whos working. If its the manager Steph than your in for a awesome drink. The one younger girl seems to have a attitude if you tell her she didnt make it right. That being said, thats the only issue Ive ever had.

I dont think Ive ever had someone put so much care into making my drink at a Starbucks before. The Barista was super friendly and even made up a tiny little cup of whipped cream with a tiny straw for my daughter. Made my day!

I rate this Starbucks a 1 because it is in a grocery store and you have to get out of your car and take a walk to get a coffee. Cant do all that when you are in a work rush

Google maps stated they opened at 5a.m. I arrived a free monies before 6 a.m. The guy said they didnt open till 6a.m. I waited around and finally about 6:15 I was able to order. Same good quality coffee as all other starbucks, just disappointing when you have to go to work either with no coffee or be late to work cause someone cant open on time.

Came here with a be right back sign and nobody showed up, went to Dunkin donuts instead

I am always a little underwhelmed by in store Starbucks in comparision to full independent stores. It is still good though.

Terrible. I asked for cream, they pointed at the counter with half and half but yet didn’t make any room for cream. Literally stood there struggling and spilling coffee everywhere. Not coming back.

Great coffee, customer service, and nice little cafe lounge.

When i went to the starbucks at safeway there was nobody behind the counter. A cashier had to call somebody to get me a drink because they were off somewhere, they were not in the bathroom.

My favorite is a quad venti Java Chip Frappuccino afocado

They do not accept mobile payments or the offers, so thats a big problem for me. Otherwise, its your typical, awesome Starbucks experience.

Its definitely off putting to watch fruit flies swarm around the brewers as you order your drink at this kiosk. To me, this is a sign that they arent keeping this location as clean as possible (not cleaning up spilled drink components, unclean floor drains).Service here was just okay, nothing that went above and beyond but nothing that rubbed me the wrong way either. My drink was good and came out quickly. The employees seemed overwhelmed, but thats probably from gaining a lot of customers from the temporarily closed Bel Loc store.
